Closed my account, reason being is that was 'a security issue', customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. There was no security issue, they just wanted to close my account & keep my money. They can do it to whoever they want, whenever they want & claim 'security issue'. Paddy Power have done the same to me. Do not use.

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and wont pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my 120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it's now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn't forced to make a withdrawal. I won't use bet365 again. For a bookmaker to do this and have me miss racing's biggest day in Australia is pathetic. If U lose and just give them money it's ok but if U want Ur winnings it's crap

These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Unpleasant people to deal with generally.There is no shortage of book makers so within a few hours Ive withdrawn my business. Avoid this place or play at your own risk. Terrible place.

Horrendous company. Rob, steal and cheat their customers.Stole 200 off me claiming they forgot to turn a market in play and so voided bet. They have no contact telephone number, no email address but only a sh1tty Live Chat service staffed by foreigners who leave you waiting 30 minutes for a reply and don't understand English.Yes the company is that bad!Betfair and Paddy Power are run by the same people so stay clear of Paddy Power aswell.They are forced to advertise heavily on TV and Radio as no one has a good word to say about them, so they are looking to prey on the naive who have no idea how corrupt and unscrupulous they are.Do NOT join Betfair or Paddy Power as they will take your money and try to ruin your life. There is no proper regulation in the industry so they behave how they like, (see Football Index saga where over 100 million was stolen).

I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Also Sportnation I hope you respond to this and Ill throw the transcripts in for you too.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

However, the reason I am giving 4 stars is none of the roulette games operated correctly on the mobile site (I tried 3 browsers and had the same issues) and in general the UI of the website can be a bit laggy. But overall, it's a thumbs up 👍🏼

Until recently I was very happy with the service until I had a, poor experience when I withdrew some of my winning balance, it was credited to my bank but immediately took back, I have since been issued with this money back, but this should never of happened. I have then just placed a bet on live roulette, my bet was rejected indicating I had not placed the bet in time, I then repeated my bet to see my original bet (which I would of won on) be taken! Disgusting service as there is no online chat available whilst playing that game on the roulette wheel I was on! I am going to give yourselves and this site and if nothing improves I will be closing my account!

A good array of bets and offers, albeit niche offers, but occasionally there are some neat offers like a recent Ryder Cup offer which gave 20 free spins for a game per placed bet! I had some issues initially getting the free spins but that was sorted after a couple of chat sessions and I have used them now and made a few pounds! Overall, a decent looking bookie with plenty of emails and communications. I don't do the casino much, preferring sports bets, and for sports this bookie seems pretty decent with some reasonable prices.
