I deposited €100 into my account as I wanted to try my luck at the slots. I went into the game and after a few spins I hit the jackpot and won 1900. Then I realised that I had some casino bonus and the spin where I won the jackpot came out of this balance. Not to worry I said I’d just do the standard 35x wagering requirement and if i win more great and if not I’ll place some sports bets or else withdraw what I’ve got left. The 1900 I won was now down to 1600 and still showing in bonus funds so I started a chat and the agent (Arlene) said she would look after this for me and this is where the problems started. I was sent €100 and told that when playing with bonus money the max payout is €100. I asked for the terms and I was sent the wrong terms stating the max payout is €1000 so when I queried this I was sent different terms saying the max payout is €100???? I was clearly expecting to get the remaining €1600. What happens to the €1500 you won’t send me? I’ve played on lots of online casinos in my time and NEVER had this issue. Avoid this site as they are not reputable. Poor customer service and their terms and conditions are shocking.

Dont be fooled by this shower .
They offer quick payouts and great bonus but they set their casino to compensate with a very very low payout ratio not the industry norm .
The payout rate is shocking im a big gambler and lets just say iv played 4 grand and my payouts have been 250 and yes i was stupid enough to do that keep well clear from casino.

Updated this to 4 stars i had only made 5 quid profit from my nights play but just found out it was ten percent plus wimnings back from fridays play so i find that i am now 22 quid in profit, one reason i join these is they lack tv advertising and i like this as that alone cost millions per year and to think that comes out deposits plus ceo and mamagers whatever they take in profits leaving the gambler skint and that's why all gambling tv advertising should be banned, they do however advertise on social media and again they should cut back on this especially the sites who already have a large number of customers, as mentioned previously they should play there part in responsible gambling too. Instead of a silly advert telling you to gamble followed by a responsible message, i would say give these a try as the promos like the ten percent extra on Friday's wins might just pay off or other promo that say ten percent loss back could be good but main reason you should join is there lack of tv adverts, while sky paddy poorer or willy hill tombonkers bingo sites spend millions of quid of your deposits on them only to throw back at you responsible rubbish 😁

I like this app but had one problem with a bet which it said handycap – 2 goals I done well thaught I had done as it had only said – 2 and thaught I had my bet up, well that wasn't the case as live chat said it was – 2 and to draw but it never said that and that wouldn't be a bet I would do ever. Other than that experience it's been spot on, would also like to see my teams and scores on my bet slip instead of it just showing your teams and not what's going on. That's 1 thing I don't like on this app.

A lot of the time when I get a bonus game or feature in casino games I get game error afterwards and can't continue game .
Some games spin irrationally and generally when this happens they play really badly.
Sometimes it says game error on the first spin but still takes the stake.

I only joined because of the good reviews on here but I've come realise the positive reviews are obviously fake. I do not believe for one second that your games are regulated and tested for fairness. I've played these same games at other casinos and I've never seen anything like it. Dead spin after dead spin and zero wins during bonus feature. This is not on occasions, this is literally every time I play here. There just doesn't seem to be any chance of ever winning. The same games at other casinos at least give wins at times but here it's impossible. I certainly wouldn't recommend this betting site.

Everything is great here, quick verification process and timely withdrawals too.

Great site, very nice on the eye. Helpful customer service team who also verified me within an hour of sending in my documents. Got a nice return on slots from a welcome bonus. Another thing that you need to know is that if you pay for a bonus , lets say €10 you will in fact only be able to play €9.80 of it, for some silly reason your not allowed to play that last 20 cent ,to my mind this is misleading customers ,and in breach of the sale of goods and supply of services act as the product is not as described by quinnbet, so some one of a legal qualification needs to take this up, also a certain lady who is now in charge of customer care needs to mind her manners a bit more, i left paddy power because of that kind of thing,also keep a very close eye on your bonus today i completed 125% of the wagering requirements yes 25% more than i needed to, and the bonus didn't end, all you will be told is that its caused by an unfinished game( because of the glitchy quinnbet website) and that your device is the issue, when it plainly isn't because exactly the same games work perfectly on the same device on other websites like playojo, and as for the quinnbet technicians, they never seem to be able to replicate the issue, maybe if they weren't sitting on their own middle finger ,they might actually get around to fixing a few things, but so much of quinnbet seems to be farmed out to third parties from what i see so i doubt quinnbet have any technical control at all

Excellent website, so I’m honestly baffled by the negative reviews. I registered with no issues and deposited 50. I ended up winning 1000.00 on some slots and then I went to withdraw. I read the sites policies about verification so I sent my ID and proof of address via live chat and a very helpful lady called Sharon informed me I wasn’t required to complete verification at the moment and my withdrawal should be with me within 4 hours. Quinnbet's slots are absolutely terrible for win returns and I play at enough different sites to see this. Today I put in 500 pound at 2 pound spins and no bonus was in site atall. If I wasn't in the UK I could of purchased the bonus 3 times over, so would of had a better chance of actually getting some of MY money back… it goes to show what some of these casinos are getting away with. Plus we're was the rtp? Normally you get little wins in the base game to bring you back up to near enough your deposit. Anyways you can keep the net value of 3000 I have deposited. If you like additional markets on football these lot are good. Usually offer a few lines for corners and cards markets, whereas other bookmakers offer just the one line or even worse none.

Have to give them credit after reading so many negative reviews. Had a little flutter last night doubled my money, no drama paid out in a matter of hours. Customer service was rapid and friendly when i had a query. My advice would be make sure your electorol registered to your address and don't put stupid amounts on if your a new customer obviously gonna be a delay if you paying in 2 grand and taking out 4 grand gonna be extra verification and security required. Enjoyed the virtua sports the football took me back to fifa 95 will be going on again.
