After 3 years with quinnbet iv closed my account they are scamming people left right and centre to say they are the worst iv play with would be to kind I closed my account for 3 reasons 1….. there customer support is shocking one gives you a goodwill gesture and another comes along and takes it back with no reason and wont explain it and then ends chat….2 after 3 years playing I made a complaint about how bad there slots were and that you only ever win 360 cents or 1.20 I play a slot last monday and 106 spins at 1 euro a spin and I did not win one cent not a penny and one win did I get for 106 spins this has happened here more tomes then any other site ……. and then to top it all of the same day I made a complaint they come looking for my bank balance and want to know how much I have in my account are they for real and because I refused to give them my balance they have now refused to give me my money back it's only 33 euros but they wont give it to me this to me is robbing me all because I wont tell them how much I have in my account are they for real
…… I'm going to post all the live chats and emails from them on ever other site so people can see what quinnbet really are like quinnbet your a joke and if sean quinn has the like of the support team that he has now well he wont be to long before he goes bankrupt again as your costing him good good customers with the way your treating people ???? WOULD BE A ZERO STAR!!!! Please listen to the negative reviews… I am not bitter or a customer who lost money. I opened an account, deposited my money and had a bit of luck with the horses. I was then informed my account is temporarily closed. I was then informed to supply ID of which I did. I was then told I had previously self excluded, I had never played in there site before, if this was the case I should not of been able to join and deposit. They were happy taking the money when the horses lost but when I won they stopped my account. They are not paying the money I won and apparently going to call me as they have offered to re open my account but I do not get my winnings. They are criminals and are not governed by UK gambling so they can do what they like. I will not stop getting the word out there as thieves go to prison and this company are just that!!!!! I know they are going to push the blame when they answer this post, so I will get there first. Your answer will be lies and hopefully anyone reading this post will have done there homework on this company unlike me ( will never make that mistake again). Please find a company to use that are regulated by uk gambling commission.

Played a few times on several slots, to say the games are rigged is a understatement. Literally the worst outcome all the time. Lost 250 on stakes no more than a 1 mainly 60p. This has happened everytime I've used this casino. Self excluded now as rtp on the slots are terrible. Played thru 200 plus spins no bonuses or decent wins. Yet again connection problems after playing through 100 plus spins. Honest review

So deposited yesterday was abit unsure after reading reviews but most was verification issues the bad ones but all bookies do this ..
withdrew 3600 last night then they wanted the verification , still annoys me how this works with ALL bookies they ask when it comes to withdrawing but still did it .. was accepted this morning .. then had to confirm if I was okay with gambling before they processed withdrawal which I really did find off and worrying tbh I though here we go delaying game .. replied to that email .. one hour later withdrawal is in bank …
so took it under a day to verify details and receive payment which to me is more than fine .. was my first time Using but I think I will use again ..
Only thing that annoyed me
Was the gambling question which I think is done wrong way around the should have to confirm this before u are aloud to deposit not withdraw seems wrong way around ..

To me quinnbet does not care about good customers or even try to look after them for over a year now iv losted over a 1000 euros a week every week yet I missed two weeks at different times and I got a 1 euro bonus the first week and not a thing the second time not one bonus did I get you try to tell them anything at all and it goes back to you as are you ok with your level of spending everytime it's the same question ???? I deposited 250 and took off 500 same day. 250 went straight into bank that same day but the other 250 still says pending. Could anyone advise. Haven't had no messages or emails asking for proof of anything. Why would 250 be paid but 250 not. Is this because its over all profit?

I deposited 10 for a football bet and discovered 948.00 was taken from my account. Quickly got in touch with my bank and Quinn so that funds were not removed. Closed my account as I have no confidence of there security or the customer service.

I don’t understand the “due diligence” policy at this casino.
If they are following gambling commission protocol they are going a very strange way about it. You send valid documents and they get back to you with a “you can’t afford to gamble” response.
They allow you to deposit thousands, but won’t return it when they realise “you can’t afford it”.
Going against their own rules, and what they seem to think is the right way to go about it.
I am not happy with the way they have treated me.

I only registered yesterday with this site
and was a bit dubious as I’d never heard of them and after reading some of the negative reviews. Anyway I decided to join and try them out after today’s racing I had 1,400 in my account through winnings withdrawing this at 310 pm by 3-45 the money was in my account I could get on with every bet I placed no problems found them to be a great site. I have no affiliation to this site whatsoever and I’m giving my honest opinion if anything changes I will certainly re review what I’ve just written but at the moment they have been 1st class

I joined about a week ago after a bad expereince with a terrible Malta based bookie and have had no issues whatsoever (touchwood) with Quinnbet.
My application went through quickly and I made a deposit right away. After my first bets I found the promised bonus free bets the next day so was very happy.
I have made several withdrawals and deposits without issue and without charges. I like the layout of the platform and the white background gives it the clear, crisp Google type of decluttered page and yet the Amazon organized feel. I find it makes locating information excellent.
This is possibly the best sports bookie I ever used (fingers crossed).
I felt I needed to leave a review as I really am enjoying the site.
The two areas maybe for improvement are firstly when I go into my open bets or bet history, and have to click on each one to see what the event actually was as it makes it hard to track bets at time. Maybe just a litlle more info if it can be fit into each line. But thats a small gripe really.
Secondly when I scroll up or down the page there is a skip due to the top banner getting priority so I lose track of the information beneath it. It needs to run smooth and have equal importance. Small gripe though again.

The customer service/online support is very very efficient and easy to use at any time. There is a large choice for betting horses and others sports in many many countries. I have a very nice experiences in sport beeting and Casino and there is a gamble control limit that you can set up online if you are afraid to loose to much money like me and I am still winning. Really good sports betting site I’ve never had an issue with QuinnBet and I’ve been with them since I discovered them about a year ago. Avoid! New to the site and thought I’d deposit today, wish I’d not bothered, mid way through playing starburst, on a winning streak and the game just reloads itself and then guess what on a losing streak then, spoke to live chat who said to clear cookies and it should resolve the issue, Sharon on live said the tech team had no issues with the game, so cleared and restarted and it did exactly the same! Seriously this site needs to be looked into big time. I definitely won’t be making any more deposits

The site is perfectly working then mysteriously always goes down with technical issues. So there is no way for any continuity. They do this purposely to stop you getting ahead if you made money from them. To add further, they don't reward decent paying customers but they're happy to take your money. There are many decent sites out there like bet 365 ladbrokes and William Hill with much better offers. Take a good look elsewhere but i would seriously avoid Quinn Bet because they are inexperienced and amateur in the gambling industry.

Genuine review.
AVOID. Deposit over 100 pounds and catch only few bonuses which paid no more than 20x. When you get a bonus,slot starting spin in strange way not like usually. Wasted time and money. Self excluded from there. Don't waste your time. Better use popular gambling and betting sites. At least you will win sometimes.

Refused advertised free bets as someone else using the same IP address had apparently received them previously?! Obviously I can’t prove this either way which they are well aware of. Amazingly this did not come to light until after the requirement to have a settled bet had been fulfilled.

This is a legitimate review based on my experience with quinnbet since joining. They have a good reward system with regards to free bets, they have all the bells and whistles of other bookmarks but their app and their customer service is terrible, I placed a bet on faller insurance and the horse fell at the first but I wasn’t credited with a free bet or reimbursed my stake so I contacted support they told me they didn’t offer faller insurance and it wasn’t listed anywhere on the site even though it was a selected option on the race card, I told them this and they asked me to prove it by sending them screenshots, so I did … well needless to say their attitude changed “oh yes we do offer it but you definitely didn’t place a bet on it” basically this company is as dishonest as they come but what can you expect when they’re owned by a businessman who went bankrupt and lost all of his companies bar this one, save yourself the trouble of getting scammed and bet elsewhere.
