I joined today having read good reviews.
Deposited 1000 and played on horses & greyhounds. After 5 hours, I was restricted to 25 bets!!!

Utter waste of time. I’ve lost more at a game of snap.

The customer service/online support is very very efficient and easy to use at any time. There is a large choice for betting horses and others sports in many many countries. I have a very nice experiences in sport beeting and Casino and there is a gamble control limit that you can set up online if you are afraid to loose to much money like me and I am still winning. This is one of the best Casino online that I have played with and the only one now I forgot about the others since.

Really good sports betting site I’ve never had an issue with QuinnBet and I’ve been with them since I discovered them about a year ago. They have always paid me out and always give me my bonus/free bets which are very very generous and finally every time I’ve had to contact customer service for anything they have all been very nice people.

Avoid! New to the site and thought I’d deposit today, wish I’d not bothered, mid way through playing starburst, on a winning streak and the game just reloads itself and then guess what on a losing streak then, spoke to live chat who said to clear cookies and it should resolve the issue, Sharon on live said the tech team had no issues with the game, so cleared and restarted and it did exactly the same! Seriously this site needs to be looked into big time. I definitely won’t be making any more deposits

I have been on this site for some time. I enjoy their sport betting. Especially horse racing.But casino slots- best stay clear . If you happen to win once forget about winning again. if you increase your stake you can see how the games software works . No chance of winning . That's my experience with quinnbet.

The site is perfectly working then mysteriously always goes down with technical issues. So there is no way for any continuity. They do this purposely to stop you getting ahead if you made money from them. To add further, they don't reward decent paying customers but they're happy to take your money. There are many decent sites out there like bet 365 ladbrokes and William Hill with much better offers. Take a good look elsewhere but i would seriously avoid Quinn Bet because they are inexperienced and amateur in the gambling industry.

Genuine review.
AVOID. Deposit over 100 pounds and catch only few bonuses which paid no more than 20x. When you get a bonus,slot starting spin in strange way not like usually. Wasted time and money. Self excluded from there. Don't waste your time. Better use popular gambling and betting sites. At least you will win sometimes.

Refused advertised free bets as someone else using the same IP address had apparently received them previously?! Obviously I can’t prove this either way which they are well aware of. Amazingly this did not come to light until after the requirement to have a settled bet had been fulfilled.

I opened account was a bit miffed when I withdrew 100 but only received 25 then 75 a couple of days later I enquired and a polite lady called Pauline I believe explained about net deposit as I was a new customer I believe it's to do with money laundering but been very good offers free bets cash outs and of course best odds guarantee top notch dglshewett

This is a legitimate review based on my experience with quinnbet since joining. They have a good reward system with regards to free bets, they have all the bells and whistles of other bookmarks but their app and their customer service is terrible, I placed a bet on faller insurance and the horse fell at the first but I wasn’t credited with a free bet or reimbursed my stake so I contacted support they told me they didn’t offer faller insurance and it wasn’t listed anywhere on the site even though it was a selected option on the race card, I told them this and they asked me to prove it by sending them screenshots, so I did … well needless to say their attitude changed “oh yes we do offer it but you definitely didn’t place a bet on it” basically this company is as dishonest as they come but what can you expect when they’re owned by a businessman who went bankrupt and lost all of his companies bar this one, save yourself the trouble of getting scammed and bet elsewhere.

The app is crap better off betting online,however the customer care is sound.I opened account for free won around €50 with free fiver bet deposited 10 so I could withdraw and won another 30 and have a couple of free bets left.(I think the bad reviews are anti Quinn for reasons beyond quinnbet)

A very good company that helped flag up my gambling addiction and put measures in place in helping me close down my account. If you can control yourself it's a rewarding company to gamble with.

Regarding Liam who gave a 1 star review, please ignore as on the virtual football there is no 5 goal scoreline as there can only be a maximum of 4 goals in the game.

For my own good I won't and can't be gambling with them anymore but would recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately had my card details used on there site totalling over 600 contacted my bank regarding as soon as noticed also emailed these to which there aware it’s been used on someone’s account they can’t share details funds are pending with my bank only they can cancel or send back to the rightful card owner to which they won’t absolutely pointless they don’t really care happy they have fraudulent funds said chase up with bank an police to which I will be. You are missing 1 star as withdrawals are a little slower than some sites (some now offer a 2 hour visa fast withdraw). It's not a criticism, more of an idea. Love your site. Great responsible gambling controls also.

Right guys please listen i played the virtual sports today i had watch the Newcastle vs man city game over the last few weeks they played twice i missed the first fame but on the second one i put i bet on as soon as i placed the bet they logged me stright out and wouldnt let me view that game soon as that game ended which i dont know the score the next fame game stright back on and the other sections the dog horses where i didnt be was still showing only that ine game didnt show and thats because they didnt want to pay out because i played correct score on it. What and absolute joke of a site. I played the roulette on here thinks i was the classic roulette. There 37 number on that wheel amd it landed on odd numbers 19 times in a row you cant tell ne that not fixed at all i advice everyobe to those other comments and go with somome eles like ladbrokes of 365 they dont lie and cheat you. Been with Quinnbet a couple of years now, customer service agents are always friendly and helpful can't fault them in any way, slots seem to be heavily weighted towards bonuses, very slow to process a withdrawal, don't cancel a withdrawal from what I have experienced your guaranteed to lose everything, very poor returns from bonuses, whole site seems to be aimed at you qualifying for bonuses,some bonuses offered are uninteresting,others are interesting but the returns make it unworthwhile,

The staff lie and make their own rules on bonuses one will tell you one thing while the other will say completely different. I urge you to join a trusted betting site like betfred coral etc please dont fall victim to these people. Untrustworthy. Joined with promise of €30 in free bets following a €10 bet. When I reminded them to give the bonus they said I did not qualify as per their terms and conditions that state: 29. All QuinnBet promotions are limited to one entry per customer.
I argued that they had my passport and address details and no other customer could possibly be confused with me. They changed their position to say that the offer is only available to one customer per each household and IP address.
Could not trust them to pay a winning bet. Avoid

Terms and conditions clearly state wage one bet to qualify for a free bet, did that and claimed the free one, tried to withdraw it and I got the same automated response about three time when questioned why the withdrawal was declined. Without doubt one of the poorest betting sites Iv had the misfortune to use. Stakes slashed to laughable amounts after a few small wins. It is high time the gambling commission clamped down on these outfits who are happy to fleece the punter for thousands but limit there own losses to pennies. Great site to play on, Has all the best casino games and as good as anywhere for prices on the sports. Site works perfect and is easy navigated. The livechat team where 100% when I needed to speak with them. It's a casino that does something very sneaky. After a while they play the "gambling responsible" card and they just freeze your account with money on it. So be very careful because they don't pay the money back they just block your account in the name of responsible gambling. Very scary! I lost 1,200 and when you try to get in touch it's impossible for them to discus it.

Warning! They also tell customers that they have self excluded when they haven't. I mean look at the statistics above. 55%has a bad experience. That is not acceptable levels of operations in any company.

Been a customer of Quinbet for a few weeks now and it's not a bad gaming site but the sport book is very difficult to navigate through. Not sure if it's because I'm using an iPad android but it's a pigging nuisance. I try selecting horses it keeps going to the football betting then when I finally managed to select my horses the ew betting box was removed it completely disappeared. I then had to go through the same process again try to select horses for it to keep going back to football. Anyway after shouting at the screen and stamping my feet I managed to get my bet on.

I then played blackjack which is usually the only casino game I play. The platform plays well its loads ok and is crisp graphics are OK so not a bad experience like with the sportbook.

No PayPal depoist method on this site but I did win on the casino platform so I will update how long its takes for me to secure that payment. Payment is going back to my card so usually its between 24-48 hrs will update soon.

So summing up someone please from Quinbet sort out the sportbook on the site or at least give me some detailed information is it because I'm using an android phone.

It has been quite long since I started making use of Quinnbet and I have never encountered any major issues with the bookie. Although I will be honest, their website is good but I think there are a few things they can do to make it great especially if they want to retain their customers. If you lose your first bet, you get 10.
