Website functionality and appearance could be slightly improved but customer service is top notch and the odds are competitive with good offers and free bets available. Had a recent tech issue where some bets hadn’t settled correctly but the live chat agents I spoke to (Blaithin and Zara) were helpful and kept me informed. Also needed help with a withdrawal and Anna was very efficient and helpful. Would recommend!

I thought there was new rules on withdrawals in the UK. I believe withdrawals need to be instant. I’m currently waiting on a withdrawal to be processed. Even though I have asked them if there is a problem. I’m expecting them to ask for ID and a copy of my details. I think it is wrong of casino/betting companies to take your money but delay any payout. If online betting companies were made to do this on account set up, it would be done instantly because they want you to spend money. There seem to be a major problem here and it isn’t in the best interest on the customer and ultimately works well for the QuinnBet on the short-term but long term customers won’t return. A bad word always travels faster than a good word.

Absolutely awful. Hang on to winnings and when you speak to customer services just told to wait. Quick to take your money not so quick to give it back when you win. I shall not be using again

QuinnBet I found to be a decent casino with a nice variety of games and the Monday weekly bonus is one of the better bonuses I have come across. Never had any issues with withdrawals being rejected or hassle verifying my account.But…there are two reasons why I tend to play with other casinos more often than Quinn.1: The withdrawal times are absurdly slow. For a fully verified account I believe withdrawals should be instant like what most other popular casinos offer2: All casino games do not have a turbo or auto play option which in my opinion makes the gameplay seem dull and boringIf withdrawal times an gameplay were not an issue for me QuinnBet would easily be a five star rating

Had an account with quinnbet for 2 years deposited i don’t even know how much minute start getting wins they start saying crap about documents won’t pay out my £155 withdrawal and just took £20 deposit and closed my account

Quinbet requested I provide a photo of my driving licence together with a photo of the debit card I was to use on my account going forward. I provided both. Quinbet then asked for a photo of a debit card I had previously used and which I had asked to be removed. I could not see the relevance and made Quinbet aware that the card as not going to be used going forward and could be removed from my account. Quinbet insisted that the data was required and when I refused they closed my account. BONKERS. I have been using Quinbet for several months with no issue.

Has to be the worst betting company to trade in the UK. Please anyone reading this do not use them. I won two decent wins first time in decades. First time it was a couple of thousand and they wanted ID and payment card to verify which I done and they verified within 24 hours and paid out.. but I’ve since won a few thousand more and they’ve again asked me for the same things plus bank statement for last month even though I’ve only deposited this month and they’ve cited their requirements ‘obliged by the Gambling Commission to undertake a level of Customer Due Diligence’, but yet are still letting me deposit so make that make sense? They’ve now had my other documents for 3 days and no reply, generic responses via chat so I will have to set up a county court claim. Will never ever use them again, please people don’t be in the same boat as me thinking you’ve got lucky to enjoy Christmas better, only to be scammed.

Great first experience. I always like to try making a few bets and test a small withdrawal. Odds were very good and I actually won a few bets, for a change! Withdrawal was extremely quick and there were no stalli g tactics like some bookmakers use.

I have only just started using this service and I, remarkably, had a small win over the weekend. I drew out some of the funds and they turned up in my bank immediately and consequently impressed me. However, I then had a slightly better return and I tried to withdraw some of that yesterday afternoon/early evening, and that is still awaited with a message telling me “its in the queue”????? Not so impressive.

Your website needs a total revamp. I am a Test Manager and have worked for Corals and your website is very average and compared to other competitors is in its infancy. I have the following comments:1.During the week your website went down for several hours. When trying to log in no information message was given that there was a problem? Very poor.2. Compared to other websites l like BoyleSports or Bet365 you have a long way to go.3. Site is very bland – no colours, not easy to navigate around ie not vey user friendly4. If you access say Tennis you don’t display these in time order they will start or competition etc5.Often I have bet on American/South Africa racing but when I press the WAtch button I don’t get to see the race? It tells me I need to bet 1 euro which I have done? Very poor experience5. Horse racing – more often than NOT your prices are lower then that of your competitors? Also, range of bets limited compared to competitors e.g. match bets, favs vs rags,. No in-running betting. No form provided on horses.6. In Play – again layout very poor and takes too me to find the event I ant to bet on. A lot of the time there is no details on current score etc. needs updating.7. Placed bet 88776768 and it did not settle for ages. Had to send chat mail. Poor service.8. As stated above sometimes it will not let me watch a race in America/South Africa albeit I have placed the appropriate wager amount. When I sent a Chat mail for this the response was not acceptable as it stated oh I see your horse lost??
