Played 200 spins on big bash splash to finally get a bonus game, which awarded a whole £1 in 10 spins! So then went to bigger bananas and threw £30 at it to win a whole 40p at £1 a spin. Nothing worse when you expect your loyalty bonus to be a certain amount after a bad week and you log on and see you didn’t qualify due my own stupidity and naivety. Same thing happened a couple of weeks ago and rules were quoted and that was that. Well today I spoke with a lovey girl Zara and explained the situation.
