I have had so many issue with this joke of a company, my advice is STAY AWAY from this site and it’s sister sites. I’m in the U.K. and all I did was deposit and play. They close my account with MONEY AND WINNINGS still in my account. It’s bn an absolute nightmare trying to get it back. Worst site I’ve ever used

Stay away. I self excluded, few months later tried to open account with all the same details and they opened, then deposited and win. They restricted the account and told me that I need to send certain documents to withdraw. When asked why let me open an account despite the self exclusion they told me in their t&c if I self excluded I’m not allowed to open another account. So if you self excluded it’s you duty to stay away!!! Still waiting for my money

Joined this site, without knowledge that it was part of 'Mr.Green', as I had self-excluded from there. Allowed me to make deposits - offered neither a bonus nor free spins - contacted them about the self-exclusion from 'Mr. Green' and they replied 'sorry to hear that you wish to close your account - blah! blah! . I was promised a refund of my deposits via 'live chat' and then another e-mail voiding this - I have now permanently self-excluded from this site and Mr. Green.

THEFTS, they let me sign up, sign in, make a deposit then block me out the account. Emails from the days later not willing to refund my money, which is theft. Its the sites responsible to make sure that if you are self excluded from a sister site to let even let you sign up let alone play on their site. Very bad website that pays nothing if you win and the bet scores as a loss. I had a goal between minute 60:00 - 69:59 and finally there was scored in the 70th minute, so that's good. They judge him wrong and despite many evidence they continue to say that the 70th minute does not fall within that time frame and I have the bet wrong. They just steal your money, because 70th minute is 69:00 - 69:59 so my bet is correct! Just scammers and steal your money! Keep saying that they stick to their answer, even though I have received other bets in the same way !!!! So they also talk to themselves again! Liars!! Answer to Redbet; That is bullsh. You guys are telling this in several emails; - we have given enough, wide and detailed explanations on the settlement decision. - Our settlement stands correct and we will stand by our argument. - As we have advised this is the final decision of the dispute this will not be reviewed further. - please see below screenshot sent from yourself showing the goal was scored in the 70th minute and therefore the bet was a loss - as we have advised you numerous times - this was sent off twice to be looked into by a more senior member of staff and both times they have come back with the same answer that the bet was a loss. So please dont tell on this website you want to solve the case, because even in your answers you admit it was the 70th minute, but you still judge the bet as wrong !! I recently signed up to Redbet and has some success. After withdrawal verification was taking an age, so I inevitably reversed the withdrawal and lost (which is what they want of course). My issue is this. Upon further reading on their policies on slow verifications and payouts, I see that Redbet confiscate winnings and refund deposits from players who have previously excluded from Mr Green. Upon initially signing up I was unaware that these two casinos were connected (they operate on different UKGC licenses). Now, I have played at Redbet on more than one occasion since my permanent self exclusion with Mr Green (in 2014). If Redbet are confiscating winnings from players who are excluded with Mr Green, how can they keep my losses in the same situation? I've contacted them about this and they keep delaying response.

Conclusion: This bookie uses stalling tactics when you're trying to withdraw profits off their website: Ridicilous amount of time during their verification procedure and not processing withdrawals. Look at Askgamblers to all their unresolved complaints of other players reporting their stolen funds which was never returned to them. In most cases they don't even reply. profit is 5000EURO which i have made by betting on their sportsbook. My account was limited very quickly and as i tried withdrawing these profits all verification trouble started when my account was previously already verified. I have 6500EURO on pending withdrawals since the 24th of August and we're at the 9th of september today. This is obviously a ridicilous amount of time. They're happy taking your deposits but when it comes to withdrawing profits, they'll pull off stalling tactics untill you get hopeless and untill you will stop chasing your money. They're replying to all reviews on this website without giving any useful information to make it look like they 'care' and that they're 'involved', but in private they'll continue using their stalling tactics to make you feel hopeless and frustrated. I will keep you guys updated regarding my situation on Redbet, editing my post if my case has been resolved or not. We'll see.

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. On the 9th of August I signed up with redbet, by the 11th of August I’d won a nice sum and all of a sudden my account was blocked. I contacted customer service on live chat and they explained it had been blocked pending verification. Fair enough I thought, having experienced similar things with more reputable bookmakers (they took less than 48 hours and I won more there!). I provided the requested documentation straight away and was advised it could take up to 72 hours to sort then my account will be unblocked. After the 72 hours I had no contact or update so I contacted customer services on live chat again and was told my account appears to be verified but was still blocked and had been escalated to another team. Asked how long this would take and was told no more than a few days. Given the sum I’d won (5 figures) I thought fair enough. Well long story short after contacting them pretty much every other day at least since I still don’t have access to my account to withdraw my money. I’ve provided more documentation since, that they didn’t even ask for (driving license, passport, bank statements, card photo, selfie holding card, PayPal accounts, source of funds proof) and still after nearly a month I’m no closer. I’ve probably spoken to every customer service agent they have and they can’t do anything of use. Not their fault as they’re not given the ability to but I just wish someone would take accountability. Having worked in customer verification before I know I shouldn’t take this long. So I have no idea what’s going on. No one will give me a clear update or timeframe to get this sorted. Now raised this as a complaint and will try my best to escalate the matter. Steer clear from RedBet as they are incompetent if you actually win anything.

Redbet is stalling me with my account verification. Customer department keeps telling me that 'my account is with the relevant department'. Account was already verified. But when i tried withdrawing my funds more documents were being requested even though my account was already verified. I've sent these documents and they're just stalling me telling me that my documents 'are with the relevant department'. This process is taking more than a week by now.

When it comes to depositing your funds nothing seems to be a problem. My account was verified within one day, and funds can be deposited instantly with various deposit methods. When you're winning however, your account gets limited very quickly, and when you're trying to withdraw net winnings everything seems to be a problem. I had to send selfies and proof of deposits a week ago and i am still waiting for an answer, my mails are not being replied to and customer service employees can't help me either. Please be carefull with this bookie!

3 weeks since I first tried withdrawing my funds I am still being given the run around by customer service. As expected no problem at all depositing but soon as I go to withdraw a lump sum they need documents for ID which is completely fine. Sent all documents through and I was told they weren't good enough or they needed to run extra checks, the documents followed everything they asked for and after having to message everyday for an update a new excuse was added...'it's been forwarded to the relevant department' 'It's out of our hands you just have to wait for an email' constantly asked to speak to someone higher up and the question is avoided, it even got to the point they rang me to do extra checks and even the woman on the phone said 'I can't see a problem now we have done everything so congratulations on your winnings you just have to wait for an email confirming this now' and guess what....NOTHING! Everyday I'm trying to get my own money and enough is enough the gambling commission is my next stop as it states in their complaints procedures that they cannot 'demand additional information as a condition of releasing those funds if they reasonably could of asked for that information earlier' it's in black and white and enough is enough STAY AWAY!!

I signed up a month ago and made first withdrawal Tuesday. knowing they would ask for docs i looked on their FAQ and sent them in before they needed to ask. 10 minutes it took to verify my account!! that's how quickly they responded on email! However I have been waiting now for more then two weeks after they promised me to do so. I keep on getting messages from their support that it was send to the team for review. They are just dragging it on just like so many others have reported it here. If you really want to play online make sure to play somewhere else and stay away from this company.Worst experience ever. I have been accepted and have won a nice sum. after I wanted to pay, I was immediately blocked with the reason that I was trying to open a second account. if you lose there is nothing wrong but if you win you are suddenly blocked and you do not get your money. pure scam.

Redbet is another interesting online bookie. They offer withdrawals quickly immediately your documents have been approved. They do not appear to give a lot of offers to customers such as cash-backs on a weekly basis for every loss that was made that week. Furthermore, the bonus codes they provided do not seem to be working and when I contacted the customer service, they only gave me a 10 bonus rather than the 50% that they said they would give on their promotion page. Be that as it may, they give free spins and bonuses often.

Awful company, we took £100 cash match welcome bonus and played through roughly £400 as we won this amount, we decided to cash out at £200 and it wouldn’t allow us to. We tried to use live chat and call them but nothing would get through. So we withdrew our original £100 and it took our bonus £100 with no warnings or messages to warn us of this. Basically you cannot win don’t waste your money bet with the more reputable sites avoid REDBET.

From June 2019 until the 21 July 2019, I was able to Join Redbet casino although I was still under a self exclusion with William Hill until August 19th 2019. William Hill took over Mr Green (which is the same company as Redbet) at the beginning of 2019 and they stated that from 19th June 2019, if anyone who is excluded at either William Hill or Mr Green then they would be excluded from all sister companies. However, I was not self excluded from Redbet until 21/7/19 into 22/7/19. I am a severe problem gambler excluded with William Hill several times. Redbet, owned by William Hill, allowed me to access, deposit and play on their site. I complained about this and the lack of check made to identify me and exclude me as I was also excluded from WH. I kindly asked for a refund from Redbet they declined. I strongly believe Redbet should have taken some responsibility by doing the correct checks and protected me as a gambling addict and vulnerable player by blocking me from joining or carrying on playing at Redbet when I was already excluded with William Hill.

I signed up to to Redbet using a promo code to get 20 of free bets upon making a 10 bet, which was to be paid into my account upon the bet settling, whether I won or lost. No bonus was paid into my account, I spoke to five different members on their Live Chat on several occasions to no avail. Some told me they were referring my case to their superiors who would contact me within a couple of days - I was never contacted. One told me the offer was only available to the first 100 people to sign up - there was nothing to say this in the T&C’s, which I pointed out to them before they backtracked and said they couldn’t work out what was wrong and would refer the issue to the aforementioned superiors. One told me the bonus was only available to people who lost their first bet - this has also a lie and referred to a different offer altogether. Whenever the staff member realised I had read through all of the T&C’s and wasn’t accepting their lies they would fob me off by claiming they would raise my case with superiors before signing out of the chat when I hadn’t finished talking for me to never hear from anyone at Redbet again. The worst experience I have ever had with a bookmakers. Avoid at all costs.

Bonuses are awful. 25% of your first deposit for sports bonus and 35% wagering for casino and only 5% of each spin counts. Offer the same prices as much better companies such as 888sport who have a loyalty scheme.Only.positive is quick replies from live chat team however they are pretty clueless at what they are doing and very repetitive with their responses.

Payouts are normally within 12 hours, sometimes sooner and you get a weekly reload bonus. Never had any issues with them. A trustworthy casino with easy KYC procedures. Would have gotten 5 starts if a few more ad hoc casino offers came by but excellent outfit.

Hidden in T&C’s that you have to wager all deposits once, however not told this when signing up. It is important and should be stated on initial sign up page, as other firms do if a bet pays out in free bets. Also state some anti-money laundering regulation that states all deposits must be wagered once. This is news to me, I haven’t heard of a regulation which states this nor have any other gambling firm I’ve used ever told me this. Absolute cowboys, avoid at all costs.
