What started as great customer service and great promotions has turned into a farce. Because I won money on a few horse races and withdrew my winnings my account is now restricted to the point where I cannot make a single bet on horse racing. Completely avoid unless you are planning to lose money. If you win you will be restricted. Promotions are only there in the hope they will get someone who loses all their money. If you win you will be punished and restricted. A real shame as I thought this site could compete with the big betting sites but this has ruined their reputation for me.

Decent site but football odds can be a bit crap at times. Often got offers on some of which are pretty good but they are mostly sent via email or text, can get confusing because sometimes you get sent an offer for Sportnation but no RedZone sometimes Red but not Sport, sometimes both, sometimes neither so I'm never really sure what's going on.

Decent bookie, website can be a bit confusing at times as the promotions page hardly has any of the actual promotions they run. Would be nice if that was updated regularly.The whatsapp group is actually a genius idea, kudos to whoever thought that up. Payouts are also decent, paypal would be a great addition.

Great bookie, got some nice offers every month just have to check the wagering isn't same for each offer. Decent odds and withdrawal without any issues. Not works with a e wallet like skrill etc. for depositing ore withdrawal cash.

I have started playing at redzonesports a couple of months back and have decided to cut any further actions with this website as I bumped into several critical issues. 1. One of my last withdrawals was requested on the 11th of December and I have it still as pending with no information whatsoever. Not only that, I had to figure it out myself as I none of redzponesports representatives felt like they needed to tell me that the withdrawal has not gone through for whatever reason (we still don't know in nearly 1 month and I've sent at least 20 emails to force actions). Withdrawal would have never been even looked at if I dind't raise the dispute. 2. While I was raising a dispute, I've added the transaction number, but till the 24th of December their customer support kept assuring me that the withdrawal has gone through I just need to wait until it arrives. Of course, it never did and luckily not everyone in redzpone is so incompetent and was able to tell me that my withdrawal has unclear status and would need payments team to assist. Today is the 2nd of January and I am still fighting for at least any update with regards to receiving the money which I've rightfully deposited prior. This has been, by far the worst gambling experience I've ever had and I would never recommend this website to anyone. There is a chance you might not face the same payments issues and would never need to acknowledge the level of customer support here, but I don't think it's worth a risk. It caused me a lot of stress and it's totally unacceptable.
