Zero star if that is possible to do that. Do not play at here if you ever or always win thousand even thousands like me, they do something call diligence check and hold my withdrawal and asked for my bank statement, which I showed and explained to them. I think they just try to find a reason to seize my money or refuse to pay me. Be careful everyone before you trap your self in this con.

Joined this casino because of the reviews and thought I’d leave an honest review. It hasn’t been a great experience so far, bonus rounds rarely go past a few pounds and the system clearly doesn’t take amount wagered into account. Its a very volatile casino so be prepared to be at a loss.

Update!! So been told by roberto (he has been lovely) that there just waiting on one last go ahead from the relevant team. So let’s hoping 🤞🏼Been playing on the site for a while now. And nothing has been a problem,depositing or playing it’s been great apart from last night when I had a huge 10k win. Documents had previously been uploaded and verified. So soon as I withdrew last night (bear in mind had to make 2 withdrawals as max was 5k) plus money left in the account. I had my account shut and told to contact customer services which then they asked for bank statements etc. this was all uploaded a done. So now over 12 hours later. Still no update of anything? What is happening with my winnings or my account? The customer service guys are lovely don’t get me wrong but telling me the same thing. I don’t want to be getting told the same thing I want to know what exactly is going on with my money that I fairly won a fairly deposited to win. With no problems at all. Today I should be happily celebrating my winnings but instead worrying if I’m even going to get this? Just hope greatfully that this is just a blur and it gets sorted as I’m hearing so many bad things 😢

I am not sure how many stars I want to leave as I have been happily playing along on space casion since 19th October, and there’s never been an issue depositing, however tonight I made a withdrawal for £600 within 10 minutes of making my withdrawal my account was locked and I was asked to contact customer service, which i duly did. I have posted their response below. If my winnings reach my account I will come back here and update this and change my review rating. What a con , I’ve signed up and followed instructions so that I also got a free bet if I lost. I wasn’t automatically credited this free bet and had to chase it up. I used the free bet and won and since then I’ve been unable to access my account. I haven’t done anything wrong and space casino have took my winnings. And just stated they can do this for no apparent reason. Disgusting

I take back what I said. So on the 27th October I made an account got fully verified. I redrew £85 total in different bits got all the payments fine. Decided to play yesterday. I spoke to live chat just to question how much I won, total, how much am I in credit or am I in losses. They said overall winning was £400 in credit £60 said thanks for intimation enjoying this app. Tried to go on it 2 hours later to get told speak to customer service can’t access account so I spoke to Scott who I always do and he didn’t know why either do raised it to higher up people. Got email today to say we are sorry to say as a business account we are closing your account under section 3.5 which then says they don’t have to give you a reason as to why. So it’s funny how I made decent money to then get closed the very next day. I wouldn’t waste your time with this app. My boyfriend tried to make an account and they suspended him before he could even log in and play. Don’t risk it guys there’s better apps out there. Bet Goodwin is better than this I won £90 yesterday on it and got money fine account still open

I will be writing daily reviews on here whilst my solicitor is drafting his letter to your company . Day 2 . No communication on the status of the check at all. So my withdrawn money (around £1100) is still held with you. My account is still frozen. And there is nobody to ring and speak to . Or complain to. Simply will have to “keep patient” and wait until whenever the relevant team can be bothered to carry out the check . No timescale given . And nothing I can literally do further in terms of your customer service options . My solicitor has been notified . Will keep everyone posted what happens tomorrow

Absolutely ridiculous . I am owed money from a withdrawal which I made . Now my account is blocked as they say they need all of my bank statements which I sent straight away . Surprise , surprise , no response from them after that. Therefore they are simply holding money owed to me and have frozen my pending withdrawal . Make that make sense. Spoke the customer services and obviously they can’t help as it’s a different team . And only option is to wait for their email . Horror show and literally zero options for me to do anything about it. Shame on you

I deposited $100 and won about $500 in total. It has been over a week now and nobody is telling me why my account has been blocked and where my withdrawn money is, even though I have completed the verification process in full. Why is this taking so long and why has support stopped communicating with me? This is unacceptable.24/7 customer support says that they aren’t allowed to tell me why my account is blocked and why my money is being withheld, but that I will get an email explaining why, if I asked for it. The email I got from the support team also told me that they didn’t know why my account was being blocked because they don’t have access to that information because it’s “not their department.” They are now ignoring the emails I send asking for an update.
