I would be very wary of Space Casino.I am a happy member of Bet365, Ladbrokes, Virgin Games and many other bookmakers. These bookmakers all have strict ID requirements to verify your accounts which can be frustrating but are do-able and possible.This issue is, Space Casino go beyond industry norms to require documentation which they know most people wouldn't be able to obtain so they can keep your funds. Most websites you'd expect to send a picture of your drivers licence, possibly passport if you didn't drive and a bank statement. Some more panickity casino's would require a selfie with your drivers licence in hand.Space Casino, however, do not accept bank statements as proof of address. If you're in the situation which I am in, in which your partner is the bill-payer then expect never to be able to have your Space Casino account to be verified and your funds to be kept by them.You can send Space Casino your drivers licence (front and back), pictures of your debit card and a bank statement however this is all obsolete if you don't have any government letters, whatever they may be. Rishi Sunak tends not to write to me often. If you don't pay the gas & electricity in your name DO NOT USE THIS CASINO BY ANY MEANS. Obviously, they reject mobile bills as utility bills.Please enjoy my £128 at your next staff do. The money is a lot to me but clearly means a lot more to yourselves. I will have to contact IBAS who will get my funds withdrawn (eventually) but it's a long wait time.

The one star is for the most ridiculous Responsible Gaming Dept in the UK casino industry (in my opinion of having been VIP with most major firms).They are not experienced to understand the difference between a poor addict losing £10 and a wealthy punter losing £1,000. They go purely on the amount, not the relativity to the persons financial situation.Had my deposits blocked so many times and had the same conversation with them ( with supporting evidence of finances) and yet every new conversation shows the ‘rep’ hasn’t bothered to read previous notes!I’m sure they will respond to this with stating the importance of checking punters financial well-being. Experienced punters know this - no one minds the odd reminder, but this lot, yet again block account on a Friday so basically no play over weekend.Message is, if you bet any large amounts - avoid!!

Another fixed up rigged casino !I joined and deposited over £200 and didn’t win one bonus on numerous different slots I tried. I was playing for hours and hours NOT ONE BONUS?!??It’s an absolute %100 scam, didn’t win a thing above £10 if it was random I’d have won something at some point depositing through £200, no?? Opened account. Deposites £20, won £181. When started withdrawal got email that my payment details do not match registration details and then they blocked my access and asked for documentation. I did send them but its been 24hrs and no repsonse. Don't know anything about wrong details but can't check as account blocked. Very dodgy

Well what a breath of fresh air it is to speak to actual human customer services without a 3 hour wait, my questions were answered quickly and efficiently my Mel, she was nice and informative with her replies. Game play on the site is enjoyable, deposited £25 and withdrawing over £3k so impressed is an understatement. I've sent my documents off to be verified so can't comment on this yet but once I've been verified I will update with how long it took, but so far I'm very pleased with this site..

Worsted gaming site ever!!Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! It let's you withdraw a little amount, but once you have done that it pulls you in, so you spend double and triple the amount you have taken out!! It doesn't even give you a good run on any of the games, it also logs you out in a middle of a game, and crashes the game!!! Save your money!!

Avoid this site like the plague!!! They start off good m, you wager your bonus to their requirements, then they tell you that you broke the rules from the terms & conditions. I won £1110.18 playing by the rules. They didn't reply to any of my messages via email, blocked me from accesing online chat then closed my account, so I don't know where my winnings have gone. I am going to take this further and at least attempt to get them some sort of consequence, even if I don't get my money back, if it stops other people falling for their lies, cheating, fraudulent site then il be happy. Worst ever site DO NOT USE!!!!EVER!!!customer service is crap aswell. No communication to help you with queries, you just get told to be patient. Shocking they are still allowed to carry on as a business.

Absolutely avoid Space Casino.I used them for a while, then, having won a significant amount of money, they requested proof of address, ID etc, which I duly supplied.Having successfully uploaded all the documents, they have closed my account for no reason and kept my winnings.I'm in the process of reporting them to the gambling commission and Action Fraud for theft.Whilst I'll recover the stolen money, I want to warn fellow gamblers of my plight and implore you to avoid this site.I strongly suspect the 3-4 star ratings are false.

After what was an ok start, this casino has swiftly become the worst I have ever dealt with, In simply trying to withdraw £500 we have exchanged 16 emails as they keep asking me for more and more information under the guise of "REGULATORY" and DUE DILIGENCE matters. I know this is all horse s**t because no other gaming company has needed such granular detail on everything ever before. Because the law DOESNT in fact require them to have as much info as they say they need.As a result I have instructed solicitors, have contacted the owner of this casino directly on Linkedin and have contacted the ICO to take out a subject access request against them.They are very clearly holding customers withdrawals as long as possible so as to accrue the interest for themselves.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I believe them to be acting like criminals

After trying to withdraw to a new bank and deleting my old one they wouldn't send me my money. In fact it had even disappeared from my banking history!! Even the money deposited to add my new bank account was stolen!They asked for evidence the old bank was closed and even after providing my closing statement there was radio silence!I'm not going to chase you guys around to beg for my own money back but other people beware, they WILL steal your money and erase any trace of it.
