Provided all info requested and was verified to deposit and play.When it can to withdrawing I was asked to supply multiple other documents which I did but nobody seems to be dealing with my withdrawal.Carla in Customer Service has been as helpful as she can be but nobody can tell me what is going on, how long it will take, and nobody will let me speak to the department that is supposed to be dealing with my withdrawal.

same old same old. when you win they again ask for documents. bank statement, bank card, proof of address and so on. I really don't understand how the majority of betting sites are even allowed a license. because they do NOT like it when you win. and will hold on to your withdrawal longer than necessary, and even sometimes close your account. but it's ok with me. I've already contacted IBAS. and it's not the first time I've had to contact them to claim my winnings.Update: I have now received an email from Ana telling me they have not received any documents. Just another excuse to hold on to my withdrawal longer than necessary. My documents were sent by replying to an email I received from carla. I have asked for a subject access request. Once I receive this information. I will then forward it on to the gambling commission. Where Debbie Carter (I know very well) will see that my documents was sent. And that Ana was full of it. Like the majority of these people. But I'm guessing IBAS would have already contacted space casino by then to claim my winnings. These people really know how to dig themselves a hole. And get themselves a bad reputation.

This is not fake believe me Chris c sorted all my withdrawals in seconds what a delightful man I see bad reviews and was worried but I had no need to this site is brilliant I won 1500 off 20 pound and got every penny I’m blown away thanks again Chris can’t recommend this enough

Nightmare to receive your funds if you card expires or get renewed, they want all sorts of information all in one document and to go through your bank statements. Wouldn’t let me put my up to date card on to withdraw, just silly and time consuming

Good games to play but the issues start when you win they will do everything to nor pay out and refuse your winnings deposited 237 won 2582 space casinokept it however started legal proceedings and anyone who wishes to join me should just message for info fully committed to back this on we have 6 kids taking money off a family like that is devastating so I will do what ever it takes to get that full 2582 for my family

When I had finally got the information they demanded in the format they insisted upon, they had closed my account without paying out my money. Thieves.

I have had nothing but good experiences from this site,and I play on a few,seem really fair and withdrawals are really fast,I have tried to verify my account but was told it was already done electronically,I usually verify straight away,I think its 50-50 with wins and losses but if you are only playing for a bit of enjoyment I would recommend 5 stars from me ?

Having previously left a good review for this company, unfortunately today they have shown their true colours. They have closed my account without any reason. The thing to note is that I have done well at the games on this site and have won more than I have lost. I can see other similar reviews on here and it appears that if you actually get some decent wins then you can receive the treatment I have. This kind of approach should not be allowed and am disgusted at the way they have treated me.

I can see other similar reviews on here and it appears that if you actually get some decent wins then you can receive the treatment I have.
