Deposited £250. Won £650.77. When the bet settled my account was suspended and they asked for verification. This was not accepted and I was then told Sportingbet would be keeping both my deposit and my winnings. Should have read other reviews before opening an account. Can’t believe they are part of the Ladbrokes brand. Avoid I beg you.

I was a member for months of sporting bet. My account was never in profit until one day I had a reasonable win that made me £400 in profit.The moment this happened sporting bet froze my account and have refused to pay me my money.I have received over 63 apologies and 20 different promises that the money was sent, they even supplied me with a false banking transaction number.At one point I was even threatened by an advisor called Viktor and had my bank details embezzled using my funds as bribery.This has been going on along time now.What ever you do don’t deposit with these criminals.

Opened an account, I was fully verified through agecheck.com and told I could deposit/withdraw freely. Deposited £200 and won £1100 over 4 hours of play. Withdrew the money and sent DL and utility bill. I was then told that I had previously had an excluded gala bingo account and my withdrawal was not valid, what is that about!? I staked £200 fairly, no bonus, just risk of my own funds, if I lost this then nothing would of ever been said. The only fair thing to do would be pay me what is rightfully mine, you verified my account and sent it to me in writing, then after withdrawal process spotted a ‘problem’. I have just paid the £80 to take this to small claims court and if I don’t receive payment within 1-3 working days I will take it to the newspaper and social media.

Opened account won football bet they closed account soon as I tried to withdraw. Should of read reviews first seems to be there normal thing to do . Scam site avoid at all costs . Terrible company. Under the LC Brand and like the others they have closed my account without giving a reason. but what’s worse if they are withholding my money and despite sending the ID they requested are now saying I withdrew more than I deposited overall. That’s meant to be the point of placing bets! I am disgusted and this should not be allowed. I will be going with this all the way to the Gambling Commission if I don’t get my money back. Simple: avoid it at all cost.Followed the process to verify my account with all the documentation needed, but my withdrawal requests are not being processed. Not only that are not giving a proper explanation, the support does not exist:- email them 4 days and 1 day ago, with no reply at all- chat support gives contradictory inform, and no respect to timelines they mentioned. E.g. They said I would receive a follow up by email in 24 hours, and nothing; an agent tell me the withdrawals were processed, and then proceeds to tell me right after they are not.I am in contact with the gambling commission from my country. So please, read the reviews and avoid them like plague.

Worst gambling website, I had a treble and they all won, the last race they reverse the placing as an amendment result and they didn’t pay me. The only one who doesn’t pay first past the post. Avoid ANY Casino owned by the Ladbrokes & Coral Group, Trust me I’ve tried them all and I can ?% Confirm that every Spin and Bonus payout is Scripted. Absolutely atrocious – currently been on the phone and chat for over 1 hour waiting for incompetent people to redeem the rewards that I have wagered against – like talking to a brick wall. Terrible site, offer was deposit 20 get 20 free spins that they mailed me directly on the site, so I deposited and didnt get my spins, contacted them and they said the offer doesnt exist on there system, I emailed customer services who then said I received the offer and stated a time and date prior to me even making a qualifying deposit with them. This is my third follow up and my issue has yet to be resolved !Account has been reactivated for more then two days already yet the withdrawal fund has yet to make it to my account. So this morning I contacted sportingbet via their live chat function. Chatted for about 20 minutes and nothing fruitful came out of it. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter!
