I wish I could rate them 0 stars but most of all I wish I had read the reviews before making an account and depositing a penny of my money with them. I made and account with them and deposited 10 just to test them out. I like to do this any new bookmakers I consider betting with because there are a lot of shady bookmakers out them (I guess sporting bet are one of them). Anyway so I bet on a football game and the bet won. I made 50 so my account balance was now at 60. I then decided to withdraw all the money from my account to test out what their withdrawal process is like but deposited a further 20 before attempting to withdraw because my initial deposit had been by bank card, but I wanted to withdraw with PayPal because you get the money much faster. I wasn’t able to withdraw with PayPal because I hadn’t made a deposit using my PayPal account hence the further 20 deposit. My account now say my at 80. I then tried to withdraw the 80 and a couple of hours later I got an email from claiming my withdrawal request had been cancelled they were asking why I was withdrawing the money. I pretty much had to justify to them why I was withdrawing my own money and my own winnings. I was very angry but I responded to them and explained that I was withdrawing because I wanted to cash out whilst I was ahead and didn’t want to risk losing my winnings. An hour later I get an email from them saying they had gotten my response and I was now able to try again to withdraw if I wanted to. I sent another withdrawal request to go to my PayPal account and went to bed. In the morning I got another email from them saying my withdrawal request had been cancelled because I had to withdraw using the same method I had used to deposit (even though I had deposited using PayPal too). This makes no sense because I’ve deposited money using a bank card with other bookmakers and then made a deposit with PayPal at a later stage so that I could withdraw to my PayPal account instead and I never had an issue withdrawing. Also this was a problem when I wouldn’t have been able to send the withdrawal request to my PayPal account in first place as it would have had an error message saying I had to withdraw through the same method I deposited with, how instead it allowed me to send the withdrawal request and someone from their end manually cancelled it and it feels like they are just stalling and trying to find reasons to keep cancelling my withdrawal requests. So I said ok whatever I’ll withdraw to my bank account and wait a few days it’s no big deal. I would have preferred to withdraw through PayPal and have the funds in a matter of hours, but if that’s not an option then I have no problem waiting. I’m writing this review the same day I sent the withdrawal request to go to my bank account so I don’t know how it’s going to go and if they are actually going to given me my money but based on what the reviews are saying and based on what happened a couple of hours ago, I have my doubts that I’ll get my money from them. I’m probably going to be waiting for over a week without ever getting my refund and when I contact them they’ll tell me I need to provide proof of ID and then they’re either going to say the image isn’t clear enough like they have done to other people that have left reviews, or they are going to say it’s all good and tell me I can try to withdraw again. Then I’m going to have to wait another week and they are going to then ask for a bank statement and on and on and on just so they can stall my withdrawal as long as possible and hope that each they cancel my withdrawal request I just get fed up and end up betting the money away on their site. Anyway what happened a couple of hours ago is what has led me to leave this review and further shows that the scumbags are scammers. They tried to take money out of my account even though I didn’t try to make a deposit. Thankfully when I’m testing new bookmakers I use a bank account that has a very low amount of money in case they try to pull what sporting bet tried to pull and try to take money out of my account even though I didn’t deposit. Thankfully I only had 30 in my account and the deposit was declined by my bank due to insufficient funds. I have no idea how much they tried to take from my bank account (transaction history or statement doesn’t tell me that) but it was probably a lot since they knew that the likelihood of me ever deposited money into my account they or ever using them again after the crap they had already tried to pull was slim to none. I had 300 in my PayPal account which I withdrew immediately because they have access to my PayPal account too and I’m not sure if they can take money out of my PayPal. I’ll have to call PayPal to ask if they are able to open a request to take money out of PayPal account before leaving anymore money in there and I plan on cancelling my bank card and ordering a new one so these crooks don’t have my bank details

I am so disappointed on sporting bet. I have withdrew my money from 23 December 2020 and its still pending even nw. I call and complain they said I must send bank statement and ID Copy I did that. Even now I have not receive my money. It very disappointing bcoz when you deposit within seconds its deposited when you withdraw it takes long it can be days or Month. After withdrawing most of my winnings the next day my account was closed, apparently I had requested it.(I had not) They now refuse to return my winnings saying they could refund the money but they won't because it is just under 10. This is theft! I tried to escalate the issue but they just ignore me now. They have already admitted they are keeping the money so small claims court at their expense it is. Avoid these thieves at all cost.

Signed up on Saturday morning not a problem, got an email saying I was fully verified and could deposit and withdraw! deposited money and played for the day withdrawing money at tea time, woke up Sunday morning and my account was closed as I had self excluded on a sister site which is fair enough, but why let me sign up, tell me I’m fully verified and deposit!!

Really sad seeing all these negative reviews, I've been using sportingbet for years and I can honestly say it's the best site by far, they cover all sports and if you're a fan of slots, they've got every single game you can think of (not all casinos do) their customer service has always been on point, if you use fast bank transfer you get your winnings within 24 hours, I withdrew some cash at 3pm y'day and it's already in my account 12.30pm. They've added a withdrawal lock feature which I absolutely love, there's been one time too many where I've reversed it and lost the lot, Only thing I wish they had was live videos for horse racing but apart from that I can honestly say I can't fault them so all you that are leaving bad reviews are clearly dodgy.

On that game i have 3 void bets. This is kind of scamming customers or just homding money, I don't know and I don't care, but this will be forwarded to IBAS and Gambling comision and if needed will be proceeded in the court. If I could give the site 0 stars I would, they first froze my account and refused to let me access it after I withdrew funds. They then would not respond to any of my emails and after two weeks told me that they would not be giving me the money based on them thinking the account was fraud. This was clearly not the case as I had given them 5 forms of ID proving it was me. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

I only got to make a handful of low value bets (a few pounds each) before Sportingbet restricted my account. I understand why bookies might do this sometimes but can't see any reason why on earth they would do so in my case. The email from them telling me this was extremely rude and unfriendly. Seems like a really horrible company that couldn't care less about its customers.

Contacted Customer service 3 times to get ‘we will respond when the appropriate department have responded’. Scam of a company, why bother with so many quality operators out there.

After reading all reviews I thought it would be only fair to write one myself. Deposited on Saturday placed football Acca which won late Sat evening. Made withdrawal money in my account today Tuesday can’t get any better than that. If you have a complaint with the site you should ask yourself if you have done anything wrong first?

Ashley from SportingBet... I went to place a bet on the US open, saw that there was an offer and it was bet 50 inplay on the tennis and get 10 free. I accidently placed one of my bets on the ATP challenger after their link to send me to the US open matches, sent me to all of the tennis. So out of 5 tennis matched, 4 were on the open and one wasn't. Ashley was the person I was speaking to on live chat, she was reluctant and not forgiving about my situation. It was clearly visible that I was doing the offer and that it was a mistake, but no free bets were given today. Non forgiving company, awful customer service

I didn't even play, I didn't touch the bonus they gave, but I can't get my own money back?? and they encourage you not to take money out? avoid!!!!

when they see that you bet has a good percentage to win, they block the cashout from the moment the second or third event begins and does not unblock until they are lost or almost lost (or the bet is over and you win). I have many tests with lots of photos. last game of ten lost to a goal and after the second game never seen the cashout available. Everything is fine but when it comes to a 85 milla pound bet, you get nervous

Scammers, gave me a “welcoming bonus” but because the bonus didn’t meet some condition that I had no idea about (I was supposed to bet additional 200$) it not only waived the bonus but also the winnings from my money I bet!!! The support told me that they are legally entitled to do which doesn’t make it any less of a scam. Stay away from these crooks I was their customer for well over a decade, will never sports bet again.

Then i was informed my account is blocked and i have no idea why, and when i went on live chat the staff had no idea either. So i ask for my deposit to be refunded no sir we cant do that as we need to email another dept. Avoid at all costs, Update After providing a government ID card amongst other items my account was opened, strangely when i opened the account i was fully verified then a few moments later i was blocked very strange. Anyway after contacting paypal to resolve the dispute threatening Sportingbet with the police after they accused me of fraud they did open the account. All this trouble to place 1 10 e/w bet!! Avoid big time, if they think you might win, they instantly restrict your account, not a very professional company. I will be contacting my local MP about this, the gambling industry is now getting out of control, it obviously cannot self regulate. The government really needs to step in here.

Generally ok betting with them but they not very efficient paying any free bets or bonuses out so regarding promotions, I would avoid. Chat staff not very friendly or professional so they do not come across very customer focused. Average at best. OK for a back up sports book but other than that there are much better sports book who honor promotions in a timely manner with more courteous staff.

I'm not sure, why there are so many bashers of Sportingbet. How many sportbooks has that cash out feature, if you do change your mind, cancel, won't lose any money. The odds, prices are super fair, buying points, if your a serious player, Sportingbet has to be one of your outs. It seems all these bashers are the bonus whores, people that don't fulfill their rollovers. I would recommend to not have these issues, ask questions, online chat, always accessible during day, and make sure before you send money verify your account.
