It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc – the licencing authorities also don’t seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos – you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don’t pay me out) player’s winnings.

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn’t see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. But if you dont provide it apparently “a relivant department” will deicde they no longer need the documents and allow another deposit, then begin the cycle again.

Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn’t completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn’t good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn’t waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out

Not sure why there so many bad reviews these guys are 10/10. Instant withdrawals which is great! Slightly annoying they dont cover every British race meeting everyday but cant complain

Then the other week i made an impulsive and out of character series of fixed odds bets on one outcome, a few days later i got a personal email asking if i was happy with my bets and could they help if it was a problem. great to feel like they’re actually looking out for you rather than just ticking the boxes

Had an account for years until one day to my horror I realised what an absolute con they have in their locker. If you bet on a race on the distance thea horse wins by you are only payed a maximum of 30 lengths. On the race in question it won by 69 lengths. Can't bet with those people absolute joke. Over the period you can only lose.Not for me thanks.

As bad as Spreadex. Wish I'd never bothered with the fixed odds side. The odds are atrocious especially football and the limits derisory. And if you beat them they soon limit you
Stick to spread betting and leave fixed odds to to the EXPERTS.

A few years ago I won quite a large bet with this company around 7/8k. They accepted the bet before the event the event ran and afterwards they told me due to a pricing error they won't be paying me, i asked at the time have all bets been void from the event then for other people who would have lost there money will they be told about the pricing error and be given a full refund and they wouldn't tell me so they could have just voided the winning side. This had also happened to a friend of mine using Sporting Index. I spoke to a manger at the company after and he offered me a few hundred pound to not follow up on this i declined and never saw a penny, If you want to bet money and then know afterwards if you do well there's a chance you're not going to get paid i would highly recommend Sporting Index as they offer that.

OK, I give honest reviews.
I gave myself a short holiday from the platform through frustration of the software.
Then they send me an email to say are you happy gambling.

So the real truth is I'm happy, however not with your Odds software which is beta, circa 1990.

1. You will never be able to place a bet on a horse race if the advertised off price has gone. The market just disappears, let's say the Grand National is two minutes late off, you have no chance of getting a bet on.

2. The cash out on odds is a laugh.
Example. 25 win on a even money pre race. 2 minutes before the off, 4/6, offer… 17. That's a joke right?

3. Sometimes your never ever sure your bet is taken, it gives no indication a trader maybe checking it… So you may inadvertently hit enter twice.. DON'T!
You will find you have 2 or 3 bets stacked for the same bet.
See 2 to try and get out.

4. The update on "in play scores and cash out" is very very slow, you try n cash out when the scores are in your favor? Not a chance.

So SI don't assume people who may leave or holiday from your platform have issues, look closer to home at the service you offer.

I gave two stars for the indices part of the platform, They are just about OK but nothing to right home about.

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE!! Have stolen 70k of money.
Do not use or trust this company.
They are holding onto and stealing 70k of my business partners money. They will not release the money and are just trying to take more money of us in order to release the money already owed. We WILL take legal actions to resolve this but want to warn any others to not get caught in the same trap!!

They are threatening to take me to court I sincerely hope they do because they owe me money. They are dishonest and irresponsible. I have all the proof which I'm happy to share. I just hope they have not deleted all the phone calls.

***The website is from 2003 by the looks of it and the prices are so bad it’s not worth entertaining. Check oddschecker if you need confirmation how bad they are. Advertising on oddschecker and then going worst prices around is pointless. Football is especially bad

I understand they're primarily spread betting but their fixed odds are not good. Firstly no live feed so if I place a bet I have to go watch it elsewhere. How can you not show UK horse racing in 2021??
Secondly no Best odds guaranteed and thirdly and most importantly the odds are truly truly terrible. If you check an odds comparison website you'll see they are never ever top price on football. They're always near the rock bottom. No idea why they bother with fixed odds if they're not going to give any value. If you see a team 4/6 they'll be 4/7 you can bet on it

Don't bother. I can only imagine the great rating are from people who have been asked for reviews knowing they'd give great feedback

Rang them after withdrawing excess amount and they said they could not do anything as I had already withdrawn so I would have to wait 3-5 working days. But then they rang me up following day and exceptionally cancelled withdrawal and sent me back the extra funds on the same day. Words not enough to praise customer service. We all lose to bookmakers, it’s just a question of losing small as betting is a mug’s game. Frankly, I’d rather lose to Sporting Index. Good people.

They are perhaps the worst possible organisation . They suspended the online activity after I made some profits. Wouldn't recommend them .
Customer service was absolutely awful to say the least. Rather than explaining the reasons just wanted me to close me account.

Sporting Index have asked me for my comments in publicI am quite happy with their service . I have had no problems over the last 15 years plus.I would recommend them .However I think they are no better or worse than their competition. My major gripes are that they are very slow in listing the new spread after suspension when betting “in play” and the spreads are often I think wider than what is reasonable.

Never had a problem with SI. Get regular emails with bonuses fine company. Wish there was no stop loss of the total goals market tho but just a small gripe. Oh and the odds on the sports side could be better but overall good betting site

I have been client of SI for over 25 years. The service in general has been fine. The new app is a retro step, too many issues to explain but one stands out and that is ability to bet when low in funds but even worst case downside does not turn funds negative…'computer says no syndrome'.

the betting offers are fun but you are boxed in so usually not worth it – like betting with a hand tied behind your back.

I have been using sportingindex for over 25 years, initially through the telephone operations and then online. Throughout that time I've enjoyed the ability to bet on a variety of intuitive markets, both pre match and in play.
If there ever had been a need to contact the customer service team everything has been handled professionally and efficiently.
I would personally recommend the service for anyone interested in moving their betting onto a different platform with a spread edge. Always remember though to bet within your limits and control what you spend.

Used SI since the 1990s when bets had to be struck by phone! I think they continue to offer an excellent betting platform. At least they’ll take a bet unlike so many of the traditional ‘bookmakers’ who apply pathetic limits (or even close your account) as soon as you have a decent win. My only gripe… their traders are better equipped than they were 20 odd years ago and as a result make less mistakes…..!

Great betting company. Lots of promotions for existing customers and “cover your losses” bets.
I’ve been a customer for about 15 years and feel existing customers are treated better than new customers which is unusual in the betting industry.

Took me off promotions without informing me and they say its for my own good which is nonsense. When an underdog scored the 1st goal they keep betting suspended until the favorite team scores the equalizer so you cannot win any money that way. Awful scottish company run by 2 neds clive (who calls their kid clive) poor thing and Murdo the wnaker
