SportingIndex Review

When I dared to question an incorrect make-up on a Super Bowl market, SportingIndex blocked my account. They have 183 of my money which I cannot now access.

But I was right! And despite partially correcting the wrong make-up (on their "Stranger Things Have Happened" market), they've still managed to get it wrong! They first tried to claim it was 20; then changed it to 30, but the actual result was 40, as any review of the match will show.

You wonder if SportingIndex had an adverse position on that market – whatever the case, it's deeply undermining of customers' trust when a supposedly reputable company can't get something so simple right. They shouldn't offer these 'special' markets in the first place if they can't be bothered to follow the action properly and arrive at the right result.

I have not been a customer long but when I contacted their support team they were very polite, very quick to respond, and very helpful.

Wnt let me upgrade to a spread account only odds…… I work full time and understand the rules of spread betting. Stick with SPREADEX they accept you for a spread account with no problem. Thank you for your email….. Like I said I had no problem with SPREADEX so maybe your threshold is just a tad high…. A rating of 3.5 on trustpilot shows your not a great company to deal with, I will stick with companies that want my custom. Thank you

As I said in a previous review, website is shocking, sometimes works, not other times. Today on Saturday, busy day I would imagine for business. Problems with site, come back later or phone. Strange how other betting sites don’t continually get these problems.

I have just started using Sporting Index and so far I am very impressed. Betting was easy and customer service have been great.

spread betting is fantastic concept and sporting index are the market leaders, i rarely bet any where else, i do however have 2 issues with them , the app is terrible and their customer service need brushing up.. fwiw.. 8/10

I have bet with them for overb20 years, great company, but their website is useless, can't place a bet, cos we're having difficulty with the website. Change the record band get it sorted, you know you're losing money by being useless. If you can't manage it for yourself, what chance has customer got ? Predictably useless.

Genuine betting site that is very helpful with advice on how spread betting works. Also has an odds sportsbook… Withdrawal times are pretty quick to debit card – under 2 days and no hassle.

placed a couple of bets on fix odds site and got restricted to 50 pence usual excuse traders decision despite losing more than i won pathetic..

Really good website, not so easy to navigate at first but once you get the hang of it, youll find it pretty easy to use. The interface of their in-play and live betting is really good. They do not offer odds, instead they offer spreads which you can buy or sell. No bonus or promotion offers.

I've been a Sporting Index customer for about 18 months now and have always been impressed with the service they offer. Professional and dependable, I have never had any issues with winnings and withdrawals, in spite of the fact I've taken more money out of them than I've put in since I first signed up!

I really enjoy the wide range of markets available, including some really creative indexes with seemingly limitless possibilities. Just check out one of their Goal Bananas markets as an example of the incredible variance you can get within a single spread.

Some good promotions keep me coming back and if I had a complaint it would be that the mobile site I don't find as fluid as the desktop version. But it does a job without being flashy.

I've recommended Sporting Index to several of my sports betting enthusiast friends and all have been impressed. It might not have some of the bells and whistles of traditional bookies but what they may lack in sparkle and shine they more than make up for in the breadth of their offering.

i applied for an account 4 months ago, which was rejected for unreasonable reasons even thoo i went extra mile to give them proper info still it was reject without any solution of which i find this is not fair and not right at all.

Playing live casino online was very stressful because they only give you a few seconds to place your bets and quite often the live feed would freeze, judder or lag to the point where I didn’t know what bets had been accepted until after the no more bets cut off point. Then they suddenly blocked my account and demanded a whole host of personal financial information claiming they needed to comply with Money Laundering Regulations. Why didn’t they ask for this information when I opened my account? They only asked for it when I had 20k in my account, effectively holding that money to ransom. Fortunately I got my money back but I would not trust this company with large sums of money unless you can easily prove where every penny you have came from. For me that was impossible as I’m now retired and my money came from savings built up over many years. I don’t have all the bank statements, pay slips, etc. Some of my funds came from winnings at betting shops and local casinos, both of which pay out in cash with no receipts. I will never spend another penny with online gambling companies. At least I can get my winnings easily from the local bookies or casino.

I love watching sport and often like to have a bet to make it more exciting. I decided to try spread betting and opened an account with Sporting Index earlier this year and I am so glad I chose Sporting Index. The site is very user friendly and there are plenty of markets to bet. They also often have special promotions running which can add to the excitement of watching your favourite sports. The customer service seems to be excellent as well. I would highly recommend you join Sporting Index if like me you enjoy having a bet on sports.

very good. A different type of betting than your normal bookmaker,but this makes for a more exciting experience,the only thing is to put some bets on you would need plenty of money in your account to cover you,which at the moment i do not have,so i am restricted to small bets on small markets.

Really good site and very user friendly.
Being new to spread betting I do find it a little restrictive with some of the markets and don’t really understand why you can’t accumulate spreads, but as I say I’m still learning about spread betting

Good range of markets, excellent website and friendly customer service people who can make decisions. A while back there was a situation where they could have hidden behind ts&cs and not paid out a bet. They honoured it regardless – more than I expected. Fast payers too. Very light on concessions but a professional, trustworthy outfit.

Excellent customer service & easy access by phone, laptop, tablet & mobile. Also, occasionally, run some great competitions around major sporting events.Additionally, if you are lucky enough to to win, payments back to your account are always completed in a timely fashion.I have been a happy customer for well over 10-years!
