Appaling woeful non existent dreadful abysmal customer service who just ignore you no matter how many times you email them.

Edit I had to laugh when I saw the reviews below saying how great they are. Obv not tried to get in touch with customer support. They'll be soon changing the 5* rating when they try to email you and constantly get blanked and ignored

Multiple Emails get ignored and live chat rarely works or if you manage to talk to someone you won't get your query resolved just fobbed off about relevant dept will be in touch only to never hear from again

Ps looking at all the reviews on here it seems I'm not alone being ignored..I can't help but think the reply saying they'll chase it up shows how bad they are if they're chasing so many replies up on here i can only imagine how many get ignored. Tip of the iceberg

Well I don’t know of any site that gives free betting tips, but I know or tipster on instagram that give hundred percent assured odds on payment afterwinning basis. I found him on Instagram he is by name EDDY_TIPS on Instagram, I have worked with him for over 7months now during this covid_19 hard times , for sure he have really redeemed me . I have made over x2 of my 6years salary with this man that over millions of dollar with his fixed tip ,I know maybe a lot here know of this man and also said good things about him but that won’t stop me to thank him and recommend more sincere once to him .

The site was doing so well… you get cash back rewards pretty quickly when you bet on anything but had technical issues on roulette. I was told I’d be contacted within a few days… I wasn’t. It happened again where bets were rejected from a tech issue, again I wasn’t contacted. I raised the issue, after a few days of emails back and forth I was told itd be sorted within 7 working days. It’s now been weeks… not using them anymore.

The worse betting company I’ve ever come across the layout is good and the cash back reward is a good idea but the customer service is horrific you get better service at primark after non stop emails over the last week and live chat I’ve finally been paid out and yet my account is still not verified stay well clear an eye opener for sure how can a company perform this way and still stay open

Avoid at all costs. Very poorly run, been waiting 11 days and they still haven't processed my withdrawls. They have yet to respond to any e-mails and the staff on the chat line are unhelpful. I have had to use Resolver to try and get hold of my money

Sent 5 emails in 10 days and still waiting for a reply to any of them. I'm not sure how a organisation can operate when the customer service blank you. Don't know if they are just ignorant or don't care but it's beyond belief how bad they really are

They just can't be ar$ed to reply to emails.  All the "let us chase it up for you" is simply smoke and mirrors so they look like they care
Live chat are just clueless and are frankly embarrassing to deal with. You ask them questions and you either get ignored or your question is not resolved. They're obviously not upto the job.   I've never seen anything so amateurish in my life

Account limited after a handful of bets.  Nobody bothered to reply to tell me why I'm gubbed  just tried to place a bet and got told bet is too big
If that's not bad enough I keep getting emails and texts about the free bets and offers I can get. Seeing as I'm restricted I don't qualify yet I still get bombarded with messages. I emailed them again and yet again they don't reply

After restricting my account they even had the brass neck to offer me spins on some slot machine in return for a review on here  that'll be why you see the 5 star reviews pop up from other people. They want their spins

I think Sportnation is one of the better betting sites out there. The website is very clear and user friendly, not too busy and over the top. They offer many many sports and the betting is very straightforward. On top of that, a betting site nowadays have to stand out between all the others with promos and loyalty programs. Sportnation does this very well with fun and rewarding promo offers and free games like ‘pick your pony’. Furthermore, they reward your betting with reward points which can be exchanged for cash, free bets and some other stuff. It’s unique and I really like it.

Discovered this recently and am enjoying it a lot. The site is easy to navigate and runs smoothly. I had to contact customer service on the live chat once and it was quick and smooth. The issues was solved in no time. Deposits and withdrawal are also quick and smooth. The part I like best is the reward system because it actually feels like you get something decent back. It works like a point system and points can be traded in for free bets etc. They quickly add up. Also I'm a sucker for the little extras and here the free weekly pick a pony game is great (and you can actually win) and so is the Sunday offer where you get free spins! Its all just for fun but I like this site a lot.

Customer service is woeful. Live chat only replies once every 5 minutes so takes forever to chat and you need to send 10 emails just to get 1 reply and that will be one sentence long and totally unhelpful and not resolve the problem
No idea why its so bad but I've had enough of trying to deal with it and judging from other replies it's not just me. Maybe they are understaffed who knows but it comes across as ignorant and unacceptable

Don't even try to withdraw your money, they will instantly restrict your account and then cancel the withdrawal request without even letting you know, don't even bother giving you an explanation and are very rude. Avoid this bookie, scum

They have been shockingly bad and I would recommend nobody signs up to an account with them. Asked for documents, which I sent. No reply for 3 days until I messaged on live chat. I told them to close my account which wasn't done. Had to go on live chat again…account closed and advisor closed chat with no message to say what was happening with my remaining balance. Really quite rude too. There are plenty of far better bookmakers out there so don't waste your time with this lot.

My only negative comments would be that customer service is practically non existent. No phone number to call and emails are often not answered or take days for response and chat only available from 10am . If you have an urgent issue then you have no way of getting it resolved quickly . Also , the site constantly logs you out after about 10 mins and often when you try to play place a bet and by the time you log back in you are too late to place it . Site is very flakey .

Absolutely disgraceful the way I've been treated. I've sent in all documentation requested by this company. ID. Bank statements. Proof of funds. Also filled out due diligence form they provided. Everything got approved. Then few days later out of the blue I cannot log into my account and says access denied. I've been going into live chat everyday for past 3 days. However they give no explanation or help me in anyways all they say is nothing they can do and wait for an email. Over 22500 is in my account which I cannot access at the moment. This is a lot of money so i dnt know what this company is playing at. Is this what happens when you have a winning account and your bets come in. Absolute joke of a company. I advice people to stay away. They can fob me off all they want ill be taking this further to ibas and even dispute this in court if they want to play that game.

been using sportnation for some time now and never really had a problem until i get a very small bet up and as per usual after 30 minutes they log you out and then after the bet has won i try login again and get access denied? why because i won a miserly 23.75 you then lock me out my account? pretty embarrassing if you ask me
