they have no idea what they are doing at this company its just embarrassing you have to wait days to get a reply

A few days ago I could not log in "access is denied" message jump on live chat told "account is under review" the account has previously been verified, live chat tell me no more. No emails to tell me account is being reviewed twice more been on live chat told the same thing I already know, a disgrace of a firm AVOID

They claim it will take 48hrs to verify your account once you have sent the relevant documents. I have now been waiting for over 5 days. The account also randomly logs you out.

These lot have to be the most amateur company I've ever seen
I wish I had read the reviews before I open an account
Couldn't watch the horse I bet on. Went on live chat and the fella didn't have a clue what to do    I told them what the problem was no response.   No response and no response

I only ended up spending 20 so no big deal but wish I'd read the reviews 1st.  I've bet with some bad companies but this lot take the biscuit. They can't even do the simple things right. It is just cringe. How can they have customers when they are so inept.

No answer from customer service on 8 different e mails over a period of 2 weeks . Also chat line doesn’t work I got no answer either for fourty minutes on line. No phone number to call and they haven’t called me back after Iv asked to speak to a manager or anyone ? Just no customer service at all . I have two issues one is a bet I put on a week ago the other is the non payment of rewards . Stay clear from this firm

I’ve been a member of many bookies and closed majority of them down,
Sport nation so far have delivered, good spread of markets, I use mine for the sports market, particularly football and have the bets I like to place,
One of the best rewards programs out there, plenty of free bets, in the short time I’ve had the account I must have received at least 10 free bets, quick withdrawals and none of the cancel withdrawal crapola that most places have, all in all good betting site, only downside is how quickly your logged out of your account this is annoying particularly when your checking stats and data and your bet slip disappears

Seem quite decent with reward points but really need to sort that website out can be really slow and needs better quick options for football accas. Other than that seem a decent online bookie offering decent bonuses etc

Only been with them a few weeks and they wanting me to leave a review on here in return for free spins which I didn't use. I guess that's why you see 5**** reviews below

Was going to be okay but then they took down a race before it was off and when went to find it couldn't and that's when the fun started.  Went on live chat and it took about a hour to get any sense out of them. The attitude seemed to be there's nothing we can do and that's that. I sometimes wondred if anyone was talking to me or ignoring me on it was so slapstick. As well as getting disconnected just p*ssed me off

I wasn't happy so emailed and that was as bad just got reply we will escalate it to the team concerned but didn't hear nothing back. WHY NO PHONE NUMBER??? I want to talk to a human being

2 stars as quick withdrawal. But the customer service is totally rank bad and needs to be sorted and until that's fixed I won't be using no more

opened account all going ok i am a lumpy gambler and first 3 or 4 bets lost deposit 500 after the deposit they wanted to account verification i sent bank statement utilities bills ect. the only thing i couldn't give was driving license (dont drive) passport (never had one) due to physical disability. have been in touch several time now asking for solution and they just keep saying the same thing driving license or passport befor the give back my deposited money their must be another way this is not good service

I think the site is generally good and easy to use..the biggest issue i have is the prices on racing is not competitive enough..especially on american racing.. i often find the prices can be 2 or 3 points lower than in america and do not catch up on price changes quick enough.

Had problems and live chat was down so sent email. Waited 4 days to get a reply and then asked for bet reference even though had sent it in message. 4 days later they got back and just said they will forward it on and someone would be in touch. That was 10 days ago and nothing since
Went onto live chat but they are worse than useless felt like pulling my hair out   have to wait 10 minutes for a single reply each time and eventually I gave up as sure they reply slowly on purpose. Live chat is just there to frustrate you

In general, I think it is a very trustworthy bookie. Sure sometimes it's a bit slow (it's the only reason I don't give 5 stars) and some free bets take time to be credited, but the customer support service is always quick and swift to solve any issues.

Despite what others are saying I’ve not had any major issues with SportNation. Odds and offers are pretty good. Website easy to use, if a little slow at times. All in all am happy and would rank them as a tier 2 in the bookies I use, behind some of the big boys in the market.

Compared to other betting sites SportNation is years behind its so difficult to use!!! logs you out when you are watching races it’s impossible to do a accumulater!!!!app is always crashing they expect you to pay to get the best odds guaranteed lol is all I can say

I’ve been a customer a for some time and not much has improved .

Firstly the betting side of things leaves a slight sustain because this hasn’t improved much .
Sportnation are in need of a faster web service and app , it does crash quite often or randomly logs you out all the time .
There are no bet notifications these need to be implemented like bet365.
Live streaming of games .
The heat map needs an overhaul it’s so outdated slow and shocking I find the best heat maps are skybet, bet365 and betfair .
A proper tab for checking on my bets , to find this you have to click on say a game for any market then through this you can find the open bets and cash out and it’s so long winded .
Coupons need to be added !, a drop down menu like you get on betfair to quickly select games pre match and Inplay for certain markets because if I want to do an Inplay acca for goals it takes far too long and you have to click on each individual game then find there market and by the time this has done the bets wither suspended or not available !!!!.
A revamp of the reward system as it’s not very good and needs massive changes .
Quicker deposits , add more options like PayPal etc .
The ability to change to different options on the transaction history to say withdraws currently you have to scroll down till your find the transaction your looking for !!.
Free weekly games paddy power and skybet lead the way these 2 are head and shoulders above the rest .
Rewards loyalty free bets , paddy power are in a different league when it comes to this and sportnation need to take note .
More monte back specials , enhanced offs, more football markets to bet on and many football markets aren’t available pre match and only become available during the game yet I can go on bet365 and get these games straight away .

Actually seems like a fairly ran bookie.

I signed up for the bet 25 get 25 offer and skimmed through the T&Cs without reading them properly. I stuck 25 quid on a national league game and won but my bonus wasn't activated.

Then I emailed them about it and they explained that the wagering requirements are for premier league, champions league or europa league so that's why I hadn't got my bonus. HOWEVER they still honoured the 25 out of goodwill and put it in my account. I've never had another bookies do that before!

Surprised to see so many reviews about the customer service being poor. I was happy with how my issue was dealt with and pleasantly surprised.

Signed up today and spent fair amount of money on a specific game. The way it spins doesn't seem right and every time I raised the stake it stops paying completely. From my experience I wouldn't play fishin frenzy megaways . This time though I recorded all and I can clearly see when I watch it again it seems like different software's involved in the pay out . If any one from this site want to reply don't bother before looking at my gaming history. Redbull123

Didn't add my bonus code when opening account as never saw it so went on live chat and asked if could add the bonus as a goodwill gesture as wasn't aware needed it. Got told no I'd have to deposit again to get it. What delightful service just for 25 they want me to deposit another  25??

Then had a problem with anothet promotion and live chat didn't have a clue what I was talking about and just left me hanging for 10 minutes  and didn't reply. they don't seem to know what they are doing and are not polite when dealing with you either. Just ended up leaving live chat as i was talking to myself

Seems a bit of a two bob outfit. Very unprofessional   if it's this bad before I've placed a bet how bad will it be trying to get my money. Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life

Won't be bothering again. Keep the bonus it's not worth the hassle
