Why are these positive reviewers full of bs? Obviously fake. Tried to contact them with a problem i had, and they didn't reply. Absolute joke for the money i deposit and lose there. I must be small fry. Too busy talking and kissing their high rollers ars*e's to keep them coming back. Never will i deposit to these disrespectful tossers again

Customer service don't care and act like it's their own money you're taking from them
Got annoyed on live chat so emailed instead and 5 days later got exactly the same person replying by email. What are the odds in that with hundreds of people working there??

I have been blocked from using livechat.
They take your money but when you win they do not pay out the correct amount.
Yesterday 29/06/2021 whilst playing black jack my last bet I won which was for 40 then straight after the win I was signed out. I immediately logged back into my account only to find that my 40 win had not been and still has not been added to my account balance, yet it is showing in my transaction history as won.

Today 30/062021 my last 2 bets that were settled both won, One paying 26.32 and the other 5.85 which equals 32.17, And I was only paid 30.38 for both bets which is 1.79 less than what I should have been paid. So far I am owed 41.79. I have also contacted this company via email which is also the same email as their complaints procedure. Very shortly I will be contacting Ibas who I know 100% will sort this out.

Decent odds mostly and some good offers. Website is easy to navigate. Bonuses not always credited but live chat are really good and deal with any issues quickly.

I use this site more often than other ones- they keep in touch via e mail with some pretty good offers- however more promotions linked to free bets would be appreciated.
Live chat can be slow, I don't know how many people are in that team.
Generally a good casino layout, more games needed

MIxed bag. Some good offers but odds generally average. Customer service/chat not that helpful. My chromebook does not seem to weork with it well.
Spent sometime doing a footy promo predication game. Twice. Still never worked and not really any help from chat.

Decent betting site with a good range of offers (enhanced odds etc). Also, you get awarded points which can be redeemed for free bets, cashback & other rewards. The site itself is easy to use and seems to be robust. Overall, recommended.

The sports odds are reasonable. I like the promos sent direct to my email, particularly during the Euros. Keep them coming.
The slots are not as plentiful as the big boys, but that will change as your business grows. Keep up the good work!

Avoid at all cost This is the worst company out there . They take your money . Then when you win they ask for documentation that you can’t upload as there in box is full . And they do not pay out your winnings

Not a very good online gambling site. Poor website performance always crashing and a bit of cheating sometimes with their odds offering, I found it myself and tested it one time but I continued playing hoping to get my losses back. I should have listen to other’s review of them. Positive side – quick withdrawals. But apart from that, Spotnation is a substandard in every aspects compared to other betting site such as bet365 or skybet. Bonus and promotion? Very difficult to find a way to it as if sportnation does not want to give them to you. Avoid playing in this online gambling site, you’re not gonna win! There are other better site out there.

worst company ever. blocked me from doing promotions because I won a bet, which wasn't even part of a promotion. They told me this while processing a withdrawal of over 1400. but when I lost a bet everything was fine. I told them I was leaving there site to another bookie. after receiving that email. I processed the withdrawal of the remaining 200 which was in the account as I was not going to be punished for winning. OH and Guess what. we cant process your withdrawal and need some documents. (you can do a 1400 but not a 200) hmmm I wonder why. I gave the documents that were requested. and oh guess what I had to email again and then got an email back saying they needed something else. then again needing to send follow up emails to get the account sorted. Im waiting on my withdrawal which they cant be bothered to process. I keep sending emails but getting ignored.

Please steer clear from this site. In order to win big, you have to play for a while. All games stop and either say no funds, error or session expired etc…. This forces you to logout and start again, which guarantees that you won't get a big win. It's a lot easier just to send sport nation your money before they steal it. Complete con and scam site.

Don't bother – if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than 0.01 on any bet.
You are guaranteed to lose on this site.
Use Betfair Exchange instead – if you win they're more than happy to let you carry on betting.
Same goes for sister site Redzone.

So they stake restricted me without any notice, and any points ive accrued from bets are now not able to be used. Steer clear unless you want shocking odds and bad customer service!

Odds are great and I like the cash back idea which is their USP. Website could do with an upgrade as it's a bit cluttered and clunky sometimes for me (panels will sometimes disappear for a second or so when using Safari on a Mac). Other users have highlighted that they sometimes need to chase for free bets etc, I've never had this issue.

Good offers and reasonable odds. I have managed to get some fairly high odds bets on occasionally unlike some other sites who don't seem to accept them. The website is a little busy for my taste and could do with simplifying a little. One annoying thing on the casino section is you get a warning that your are 'betting real money' after the first spin and it stops your auto spins, which you need to start again, this should be removed.

This company is totally disgusting they use some sort of algorithm when you win it blocks you from making large odds bets, I have been using this company for over a year and finally seen a pattern anytime I try placing a bet with huge odds it will say the odds have change, now usually you can accept these odds but they disable this even though you would have accept all odds available, I tried contacting customer service but hear the same excuses like clear your Cache & cookies this is BS..any time you win a large sum of money your account is part block to prevent you from winning..this company needs to be reported ASAP

An easy to use site that also gives rewards points that can be turned into free bets or cash.
Like many other betting sites they have wagering requirements on bonuses or free spins but these are usually reasonable (3x) and their minimum odds requirement on free bet qualification is lower than most others.
