When you place a first time bet of£25 to get 50£ promotion, after couple of minutes they send you an email saying that you don’t qualify:))).Scam!!!!Avoid of all costs!!!

Good site, ruined by the constant change of deposit limits. I’ve had an account for years and recently went through the regular document checks. My limit was upgraded as a result – great! A few days later, I went to use the account and the limit was downgraded again. Customer services said it’s the “algorithm” doing it, the same algorithm that increased the limits a few days earlier. The next day, the limits drop again (despite no use of the site), with additional controls added, meaning we now have a daily net, monthly net, yearly gross and yearly net limit on the one account. If thats not bad enough, the yearly limits undercut the daily and monthly limits, so for example, you can spend 100 a month net, but only 600 a year gross, which makes the monthly net limits almost redundant, and likely means you’ll have no use of your account for 6 months of the year – this is what has happened to me, cannot spend for 7 months now. I really don’t understand it, it’s overly complicated, nobody contacts you to inform you of changes to your account, customer services never know what’s going on, and it’s really frustrating for the customer. I’ve sent in lots of private docs so that they can decide on a monthly limit, only for that to be completely changed (heavily reduced) the next day. What a pointless exercise. Really frustrated and now forced to look elsewhere.

Reliable and well run site. Both withdrawals and deposits are handled efficiently and quickly.Odds and offers are fine for sports betting and you can also use spread betting options for financial and sports. The platform seems fine.Only had to contact them once and the enquiry was dealt with well.All things considered one a really decent site.

I love Spreadex for fixed odds football. Markets for practically every football league. To be honest I’m not too sure how the spread betting works but they do have a training tutorial. They also drop the odd free bet into your account.

Had an account for a long time and enjoyed the sports offerings, but was disappointed to log in and find a “gross deposit limit” had become active on my account. This is in addition to the daily, weekly and monthly net limits that are applied on receipt of your documentation, and for me, meant that I can’t use my account for the next 6 months. It’s frustrating that you go through an intrusive process to determine a monthly limit, for that limit to then be superseded by a gross limit, thus making everything you’ve provided a little redundant. No support offered by the team to resolve this, just a request for more documentation. I was also told it’s a regulatory requirement, but I checked with another major operator who said they don’t have this for their customer. Strange and disappointing.

Best site i have ever been on hands down . No down time ever during huge sports events ( unlike one i wont advertise ) . No flashing bells & spin the wheel for 3 x 10 p spins rubbish . If you want Footy accas with a bonus for each bet then Spreadex are for you . Never spread bet or tried financials myself yet .It also has the best stats in a great pop out page so it doesnt mess up your acca – stats are also recent based & packed with info . The complaints ive read are competitors or disgruntled punters or even Bots …. 10 out of 10 – Finally, they have a sensible deposit method ( as low as £1 ) many sites could learn from this ! (Been with em over 2 years now )

I JUST GOT TOTALLY SCAMMED BY THESE AWFUL PEOPLE.I SET A DEPOSIT LIMIT OF £20, USED THAT AND THEN GOT THE FREE BETS.TOMMY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND LACKS EMPATHY AND BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, HE REALLY DIDN’T CARE ABOUT MY SITUATION AND MADE IT WORSE WITH THREATS OF DEBT COLLECTION COMPANIES!!!!!THE FREE BETS ARE SPREAD BETS AND PUT YOUR ACCOUNT AT A NEGATIVE BALANCE, EVEN THOUGH I SET A SENSIBLE LIMIT I HAD TO SEND THEM A FURTHER £62.75 TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.PLEASE DONT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM LIKE I DID!!!

This company is beyond bent from not paying out when you withdraw or weeks later. They allowed myself to gamble more than I set my limits. They increased my bet and have dog races they can set the winner so it’s the one you bet on and you lose massively if your laying it in spread betting. They play you along and are seriously a bent site robbing millions of people. This companies software certainly needs looking into by the gambling commission and they have stole all my savings knowing I had gambling issues nor did they check on my affordability with bank statements. The government needs to take this company to task. Everyone stay away.

I couldn’t find details of a recent offer regarding getting a free bet after posting 5 qualifying bets. I made the 5 (what I thought were qualifying) bets but wasn’t eligible for the free bet because it had expired. I guess I need to be a bit more attentive, but I think you could put information on the app/website showing existing offers and recently expired offers

Unlike other betting companies. Spreadex do not have tomorrows racing. I like to pick my horses on an evening. So just like many others. I’ll use my free bets and continue to use other betting sites and abandon this one.

Wouldn’t bother with these. Like all bookmakers you always end up having difficulty with one. Joined a few weeks ago instant verification passed decided to have a go on Friday to see whether it was good judging by positive reviews. Deposited £10 and fortunately managed to win £90 on a slot and ended up requesting a withdrawal of £120. After around five hours I messaged the team who explained they needed a picture of my card which is not a problem. I sent this in to then receive a response asking for a bank statement which I refused to do. Now apparently I have tampered with the picture like I am Banksy and the card is in someone else’s name?. Why would I deposit money of someone else’s card and then withdraw funds to the suggested card what would be a financial gain for me. Account now with Fraud apparently so likelihood is I will not receive the winnings. Overall terrible experience I wouldn’t bother with these like most when you win as a new player they put every barrier in place to try and find a loophole not to pay out, shameful.

Poor customer service. They offered me a signup bonus, then 2 minutes before I placed a bet emailed me saying I would not be eligible. Then said there was nothing they could do. There was nothing on my actual account that says I would not be getting the bonus. A bit scammy.

Spreadex is a unique tool for spread betting. I have been active for more than 1 year and I am quite happy with deposits /withdrawals and promotions.What needs to be improved :Specific Spread options are not available on all events (such as corners in football, or points in basketball)

I was sceptical at first especially when attempting to withdraw after a win & the slow balling on the back of a win off a free bet. I was pleasantly surprised after less than 30 minutes of withdrawing the funds in my account. The platform is easy to use and navigate plus the odds aren’t the worst…. I do prefer another betting platform but will keep my account for potential future use.

Obviously an excellent company to deal with but one glaring anomaly with your fixed odds rugby handicaps..why not quote the three way cap with tie? 10/11 each side of it.. 5/6 with no draw is a huge margin to take for most rugby handicap punters.. good idea or not?

Football markets not good. All I’m asking for is win and over 2.5 goal markets. Sure u can do it via bet builder but u can’t do accumulaters which is a major bummer. The accumulater bonus very good tho and gives a hood boost on trebles or higher
