I have given this company ample time to give this an honest review. There is something very disappointing with the slots. I normally play £3-£5 slots, and have been playing slots in excess of ten years. The outcomes are terrible and the bonuses awarded online are even worse. I was told their bonuses were awarded automatically online. I was awarded 50 free spins at 20p for losing £500 in most cases. This has happened on numerous occasions, never going to win anything of significance. It is an absolute waste of time and no fun when all you do is lose.

Tried cashing out on 2 bets.. 1 wouldn’t cash out even though I clicked several times and then it just disappeared and the other cashed out a lot less than I originally tried. Customer service are useless.. won’t be using again

I only use Spreadex for Spread betting,don´t do fixed odds. With all the combinations possible, feels also like the stockmarket (what I am also playing at). But you have to understand how it works as it is a totally different ballgame compared with fixed odds. Love the combinations with the number of the player who scored. Again,do your homework…. And almost forgot to mention,excellent customerservice (send an email and have almost immediately a reply) and pay by card, when you wantto deposit back to your card, it takes less than one minute.

Good Sports betting with competitive odds. The bet builder is particularly good.Casino has regressed massively and the customer experience is poor. I’ve played for a long time and usually have mixed success, which is to be expected. Last few months it’s nothing of the sort, heavily favoured against the customer, win rate is appalling, same losing outcomes over and over. Really disappointed as this was one of the better sites out there.

These people allow GAMSTOP members to fund accounts and lose their money without proper KYC whilst being fully aware that they cannot lose a penny and only gain as they will keep the money if the punter loses and not payout if they win.Like many betting companies now,they know very well that due to GAMSTOP many problem gamblers like my partner ask their spouse/ partner or family member to open an account for them (which is done by pro gamblers too) but Spreadex is a member of the FCA so how in gods name do they allow accounts to be funded by problem gamblers when the details don’t match the account owners? This means anyone could fund it whether they are a money launderer or drug dealer etc.. All crazy when you you think they allow you to spread bet where fortunes are lost and also and critically GAMSTOP should have an option to list family members / partners / ‘enablers’ to help chronic gamblers by including their details if they wish too.Anyhow,Spreadex took 2k off a known problem gambler who lost 35k in 3 days but nearly all have refunded the deposits acknowledging the madness and lack of compliance.

This website is absolutely useless. They won’t allow me to make an account with them because a family member I live with has one, which is just ridiculous. I recommend avoiding them as they are not worth the hassle. Will be reporting them to the UK Gambling Commission.

Quick, reliable spread betting site with reasonably tight spreads. A minor quibble is that markets are suspended too often (eg overnight in sports events, or sometimes in play – surely automation can solve those problems easily). But otherwise it’s excellent.

Usually perfect service but the cash out option is sometimes very poor. Called up to cash out but they put me on hold for 5 minutes and by that time it was pointless. More efficient service and they would be the best on the market but things to improve.

Since I joined this company I have zero regrets, they are honest reliable and very helpful and I wish I had found them earlier. I have given them 5 stars but it really should be 50. They are extremely generous with their free bets and free casino plays so I would say we’ll done keep it up SPREADEX.I’ve read a lot a lot of reviews from other members which are quite damning and I can’t for the life of me understand where they are coming from but in my opinion with spreadex you can’t go wrong they are a superb company going places oh and withdrawals are super super fast.Just one little hiccup they don’t do BOG but I’m sure in time they will.

First day playing was good. Had a little win and withdrawn easy. However, after numerous deposits since payouts are non existent. Will draw you in at first then no matter how much you deposit your balance will decrease instantly! My best advice would be if you win then never play at the casino again because they’ll have you where they want you at this point and start rigging your account.

Something is quite right with this site. I spoke to customer support the first time asking about promos as there was nothing showing up (casino side of the site). The response was so rude and condescending. The second time I spoke to them I raised an issue with the extremely poor casino play in all honesty. I’ve played the same games on numerous sites and never had 4 plus hours on various bets, various games from 20p to 1 and not a single bonus and a handful of win spins. Numerous days with the same game play on a huge range of games. That isn’t down to luck I’m afraid. I said to live chat that something just didn’t seem right and could my game play be looked in to. I wasn’t aggressive, suggestive or rude. I got spoken to like a child by the chat rep and now my accounts been blocked because I emailed in a complaint about the way the reps spoke to me on different occasions. I had someone from the site call me last week regarding the time spend on the games. His phone line went dead and the conversation never continued after that. I got an email saying sorry there is a fault with the phone but I’ve only just read it to be fair. So basically, you ask for them to have a look in to your account or you call them out on being absolutely rude/condescending with there replies… they block your account. Oh but they don’t block it for safer gambling apparently!

Although Spreadex Sports as the name suggests is renowned as a spread betting company, I have found their fixed odds football prices to be unrivalled in terms of value. This applies to both pre-match and in play betting. I have several online betting accounts, and without exception, any multiple football bet I have will always offer bigger cumulative odds with Spreadex than any of my other online betting accounts, whether selecting home wins, away wins and/or draws, which confirms their overround percentages as being lower than all rival betting firms. And loyalty is recognised with occasional free bets.
