Hello everyone. I have joined Spreadex around two months ago. I have send in documentation and my account was fully verified. I have deposited 600 eur, started betting. I made some nice wins and made a profite of over 1K. On 7th of May (17 days ago) I couldnt place bets anymore, I ve recived a message my account is ‘inactive’. Upon contacting support they have told me my account is ‘under investigation’ and I should wait. They have essentialy blocked my account and are not allowing me to place bets or withdraw. So it has been 17 days now, they have provided me ZERO information – what are they investigating, what is the procedure, what is the timeframe. I have offered to provide them with anything they would need but noTheir conduct in highly disrespectful and dismisive. Let me asure everyone I did not break any rules or terms and conditions, I have placed bets on games they provided, on odds they provided, the bets won. This is just pure stealing, in my view. I will make official complaints on all the regulatory bodies, if someone has any further advice to deal with this unjust process please tell me know.To recap – DO NOT use this site. They are obviously not allowing to make profit and will not pay you your winnings. Also, they will treat you in an unkind, non dignified way that will leave you frustrated and angry. As of right now my suggestion is GO ELSEWHERE, NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY. Will keep you posted on the developement, thank you for reading, take care

I used to love playing on spreadex thought they were fair,but lately all they do is take,and then when I was winning the game started glitching and wouldn’t work had to play another game that was annoying,going to stick to my other sites that I know are fair,though I would give another go but they still just take disgusting don’t bother

Does anyone know if when you do a timeout if it covers Sports Fixed Odds and Sports Spreadbetting? I closed my account a few months ago but was telling a friend I believe it covers both Sports Fixed and Sports Spreads but he thinks not? Anyone know? Thanks

Pros:Offers more free bets than most competitorsSite is well designed and easily navigableCons:Avoid the spread markets, odds are atrocious.Beware of INPlay betting, you will NOT be protected against football VAR decisions. The market unsuspends quickly and they won’t void and refund bets like most of their competitors do as a result of of goals been disallowed etc…

Well i played a while after sing up recived couple of promotion after nothing for about 1 year. Often errors with live bets – no cashout bets do not approve as fast as it shoule be leaving you time to cash your money .Casino i will reccomend you to avoid – 20 spins literally 1 win its not a joke – honestly i scored couple of bonuses ( 2 ) after spending 100 – won 4,02 and 7.08 never more ( maybe bad luck )The offer is poor – website desing and navigation is bad – customer service poor ( copy and paste like a robot )Honestly there is a lot more websites with better offer and promotions – dont lose time here .

Have used most of the large on-line betting sites e.g. William hill, paddy power, skybet etc. I’m neither rich nor a big gambler so free bets are an important incentive and factor in determining where the limited funds I do have to gamble with are spent. That’s why I use Spreader, second to none when it comes to awarding free bets and fairness. Mr Foster

Winnings get transferred to my account without delay. Normally same day of the withdrawal. However don’t get a lot of free bets as before .

KYC is very important in my opinion. It’s not all about free bets it’s feeling that the company you bet with is friendly and you can get the bet you want when you need it. Spreadex gives you that opportunity. Be nice to get an invite to a meeting where spreadex have an involvement or sponsorship and that covers a multitude of sports.

i used to use Spreadex. I was happy with them but beware.While playing blackjack the screen frozei had 2 hands of blackjack and 20.they said it had been layed out which was impossible i said. I asked them to send me how it played out over and over . They didnt because they couldnt and they kept the money.Not how a reputable company goes on

***DONT USE SPREAD***Be very careful will allow you to slip into a negative balance***Please be very cautious I deposited £10 to do a fixed odds and it ended up in the “spread” section of the site. I then could not transfer to the “fixed” section until I provided all sorts of documentation.I then decided just to stick it on a horse thinking the 35 price was just 7/2 but in units. At this point there was no mention that this actually meant if you lost your account (even although the balance was £0.00) could go into a negative balance. Explanation was £10 x 35 spread minus stake. My account now shows -£340 which I am now getting chased to pay. Probably a bit of ownership/responsibility need to fall on my shoulders for not understanding as I just thought it was an a betfair like market. Please just watch what you do as I would never gamble like that.I’ll be taking this further as I don’t think this complied with following customer obligation I.e a warning to say “if you place this you may fall into a negative balance”. How is that even legal is beyond me.

I’d used Sporting Index as my spread betting site for many years but eventually decided to join Spreadex. I know find myself using Spreadex far more, due to a greater range of markets on cricket. All good regarding withdrawal speed too and they occasionally run reasonable promos too. Not as many as the fixed odds sites, but still alright

In the past I have made mistakes placing a bet telephoned Spreadex and spoke to someone who corrected my mistake. Also during COVID ( whilst working from home traders were helpful ).

Absolutely brilliant bookmakers, good odds and also they offer up a lot of really good promotional bets and freebets which are way beyond anything I’ve received on other sites. Spreadex are very fair with their treatment of clients and I have found them very good to deal with whenever there was an issue. I mainly do fixes odds and I would prefer best odds but they do often offer enhanced places which is good. They are good on golf terms as well – stu

The website is very well written. Unlike your major competitor whose offering seems to be getting worse. But your spreads are often a point or two larger. Not so happy with that.

Allowed me to deposit way over my deposit limit. Claimed the”technical issue” was unique to my account, even if that’s true (which i doubt) it is still a very serious breach. Will be forwarding correspondence to relevant bodies
