Allowed me to deposit way over my deposit limit. Claimed the”technical issue” was unique to my account, even if that’s true (which i doubt) it is still a very serious breach. Will be forwarding correspondence to relevant bodies

Picked a 14 horse, horse race in Ireland for an example, Spreadex were competitive on only four of the runners when compared to multiple other bookmakers on Oddschecker.com. I do use them but only on the very odd occasion, because 90% of the time the majority of their odds on Horse Racing are smaller than every other bookmaker, would use them much more if they were comparative to other companies.

Tbh, in the UK, I had never heard of spreadex but I decided to try my luck with them and have discovered that they offer better odds than any of the other betting apps I previously used and they have gifted me with several generous free bets throughout my time from using them ?. 10/10 from me.

Terrible company!!! I will describe my story in detail. On 30.12.2022 I made a deposit of about 2000. All this time I played and on 17.01.2023 I requested my first withdrawal of 2000. After which they sent me to hell. First they suspended my account, then for withdrawal they asked for a photo of the bank card I deposited with (17.01.2023), I sent them a photo of my bank card the same day, then they asked for a selfie photo with my passport (20.01.2023), I sent them a photo 22.01.2023 and now all this time they are checking my documents. I wait 2 months and every time they say to me “Your account is still under review and we will be in touch as soon as possible”, 2 months of waiting!!! This has never happened to me before!!! These guys don’t want to withdraw my winnings and deliberately don’t check my documents, they are scammers, I think they want to take all my winnings (5000). Never play here!!!

Probably the best customer service I’ve received from any business I’ve dealt with, let alone gaming site. If you have an issue, you can call up and speak to someone in England who actually knows what they’re talking about, and isn’t reading from a script.I’ve been using SpreadEx for a decade. When I’ve won, payouts are quick (virtually instant these days, for smaller amounts), when I’ve lost I’ve often got free bets or other compensation. Also been to a couple of free events on them, I’m a medium size punter, including my first and only visit to the new Tottenham stadium. Sadly we lost, but the box, food and drink were fantastic.If this review seems a bit gushing, it’s because the ‘support’ offered by other gaming sites is so unbelievably bad (I wish I could post a recent transcript with one but it’s in stupid graphics), SpreadEx are such a pleasant difference.

I opened a new account. Prior to the application i contacted customer services. Quickly connected-Conditions clearly explained and to back this up the difference between spread betting and fixed odds is very clear on the website-I stick to fixed odds horse racing.ID verification easy if you stick to fixed odds. Spread betting carries higher risks and it was explained should I wish to try this I would need to provide further detailed financial information. A very good joining experience. I would give 5 stars but for the one criticism, of which i was fully aware beforehand, no best odds guaranteed. Especially since a very rare winner I backed at 14-1 went out to an SP of 20-1-Spread betting is for those fleeter of mind than me so I am happy with the fixed odds interface. Easy and quick to navigate. Overall refreshingly efficient.

I started using spreadex around 6 months ago and I left them a great review, but all that changes when you are a regular customer, when you first join they throw free bets at you, but when you are settled and spending quite a lot with them the free bets stop, I have asked the question why only t9 be rudely told ” you are due nothing ” great customer service, my last bet was placed with spreadex

I recently started using Spreadex again after years of Sporting Index. I won a little, I lost a little, then I won a reasonable lump and chose to withdraw the winnings…….. no such luck. Apparently the home address I opened the account under 8 years ago, which I moved out of 5 years ago, doesn’t match with the address of my bank (It won’t do, I don’t live there anymore) means they’re refusing to pay out at the minute. It takes 5 seconds to deposit money, but the minute you win not as interested, currently 5 days after my withdrawal request and not budging. They asked for photo of my card, but said they can’t quite makeout one of the numbers. They claimed they’d emailed me to let me know of the issue, completely untrue. “It must of gone to spam sir” well the rest of the offers you bombard me with every week never do, so why should this. Flat out refuse to send me a copy of there complaints process, ” A manager will ring you to discuss”. I dont want to discuss anything. I want my Money and a documented copy of your complaints procedure……. currently behaving like a back street bookie. Avoid at all costs
