now, before you even think about using this site, be aware that in a day and age where everything is automatic and instant, this lot still have manual intervention in place for well…. everything. My account has been fully verified since day 1, i requested a withdrawl and was prompted for further proof, i thought ok, do you know what, i’ll entertain it and can only assume that it will speed the process up. 4 or 5 days after having provided the additional info (card details, statement etc) i am then asked again for the same info. Unfortunately their incompetence and inaction is proving to inconvenience me, and as such i urge you all to do the same. Raise a complaint with a 3rd company Bookie resolution service like IBAS, raise a formal complaint with Gambling Commission and create so much admin for them that it costs them more to resolve the situation than it does to issue the requested withdrawl. Hopefully, one of 2 things will happen, a refund is issued, or the more desirable option, a refund is issued and the company is fined to such an extent that they are forced to close down. And before a reply such as “Electronic verification checks on the Players identity are carried out upon the registration and afterwards.Verification is an ongoing process, such checks are performed to ensure the safest possible gaming experience.” is issued, please note that i have provided all information and should i provide any more you may aswel come and provide a rectal examination thats how deep into my personal data you have gotten. I hope that you look at your internal processes and realises that you require more than dial-up a fax machine and an abacus to run a business you bunch of tight fisted p*icks.

After being fully verified and placing a winning bet then trying to withdraw then guess what? The same Id that was already verified was needed again! Then the deposit method I used to deposit cannot be used to withdraw. Need to deposit again and add new payment method. 3 times the same Id is needed after being fully verified. They’ll just run you around in circles and you need to wait 48-72 hours for a reply. As for live chat, well they are useless too. I’m waiting to be verified again.

Logged in and deposited, attempted to place a bet, bet slips states must log in to place a bet, press log in, nothing happens. Close bet slip, log out, log in again, try to place bet, same thing. I can see my balance on the same screen where the bet slip is telling me I need to log in to place a bet, attempt to contact live chat, button doesn’t work. Log in on different device, same outcome, this time I can use live chat, advisor is useless, asks me if he would like to help me close my account as I’m having problems with them. I would honestly urge everyone to avoid STS bet, simply the worst bookmaker in a sea of plenty, no reason to use STS again.

Absolutely disgraceful! Opened an account a week ago and won £1000 – tried to withdraw and they asked me for documents including ID, proof of address and copy of bank card – uploaded the documents straight away and they said they need 48 hours to verify! So today they said the copy of my bank card has been rejected due to it not being signed so I have to sign it and wait ANOTHER 48 hours for it to be verifiedn! This is an absolutely joke! I don’t know why they can’t check it there and then – let’s see what excuse they give when it comes to withdrawal

Signed up to try get the bonus. I deposited and then no money was visible in the account (even though it left my bank) went to the online chat who advised to upload the verification documents which I did waited over 48 hours and still nothing so online chat again said it wasn’t uploaded which I saw and had a screen shot that it was and then was told I have to wait another 48 hours for the deposit to go in 🙃 avoid! If you deposit money with them you won’t get it back. They constantly ask for Documents and find issues with everything you send. Do not use this company. You will never get the money if you win, instead they will continuously ask you to send more money to ‘verify’ your payment method. And then send you an email saying there’s a problem with your bank and ask you to deposit MORE money. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

I only bet on Sportsbook (horses). I am not at all interested in Casino or Slots (fixed odds where you will always lose over time.) So why are all the bonus emails about wager x on slots/casino to get buttons back.Its a shame that all their bonuses are geared around Casino/Slots because it would be nice to be given a free bet no strings. BetVictor should be looking at the size of bets being placed and issue loyalty bonuses appropriately. You get nothing back from BetVictor. I am not interested in the slightest betting 5 x5.
