Dreadful company. I have placed two bets. I am at an absolutely world changing 12 in profit. They then spend the next 10 days requesting an incredible amount of ID – including bank cards, oh no those aren't good enough because you didn't sign your card (laminated plastic that pens don't work on) – bank cards again. Now utility bills. Oh no we need even more utility bills. Driving License next. Now your Council tax bill please. Then I get "Your council tax bill isn't the address on your account?" (It was). You finally comply and get through the thousand hoops they put up for you, finally some relief… Nope. Now they want bank statements going back months, oh and pay slips from your work! Then next they lie again, they say you pressed a button saying you admitted being uncomfortable with the amount of gambling you do (I absolutely did not). So then you are forced to go through a conversation if you are comfortable gambling, how do you feel about your level of gambling, how much do you spend gambling etc. The site also refuses to load on mobile and many browsers. It works on desktop chrome. But then, oddly, the live chat does not.. and that only seems to work on Firefox? They are clearly designed to frustrate you into getting your money stuck in there. Absolute scum. My only regret of this review is that I cannot rate 0/5.

This company offer bonuses but never apply them until you contact them. They look for any excuse not to pay out. I have had to take them to dispute resolution services on two occasions to force them to pay my winnings. I would not go so far as to say that these people are scammers but they sail very close to the wind. Avoid.

Opened a new account, deposited 100 with the added casino bonus. Not a penny was put into my account even though it was taken from my bank. After a conversation via live chat, I was told I would have to verify myself first before I could access my money. I was just about to download the relevant documents and then I could not log into my account as it was disabled. Contacted sts via live chat, explained the situation and I was told my account was disabled (without explanation) "The accounts team made the decision, I didn't and I don't know why they have come to this conclusion". I was told I would receive my 100 back within 24 hours. 3 days later………..not a single penny.

Please avoid this casino at all costs.

They want document after document and reject them pretty consistently to stop you making a withdrawal. You also don't get any if the bonuses they advertise. Absolutely awful betting site. Avoid at ALL costs.

Terrible company made the mistake of opening a new account for horse racing deposited 50 realised sports betting didn't include racing wow who would have thought that ,the trouble I had trying to get my deposit back, well just read all the other reviews they tell a true account of what you have to go through.

I just opened up an account with this company as I wanted to try a different casino. I deposited 100 which left my bank account instantly but the money did not appear in my Stsbet account. I then contacted them to ask for an explanation as to why my deposit was not there and was told that the payments team need to check something and they are not sure how long that will take.
I'm shocked that they will just take your deposit with no indication at all that it will not show up in your account and they do not have the decency to give you a reason for this or, even a timeframe telling me when it is likely to appear so I could be waiting a week for all I know.
I have never had this happen to me before after playing at many different casinos. It's not like they even asked for any documents from me to speed up the process.
What a terrible way to treat new customers. I will be withdrawing what I deposited instantly but I'm sure that I will have trouble doing that even though I would not have played there. They should have not even let make a deposit.
I would have been more than happy to supply all of the verification documents needed but they think that it's fine to take your money first. What a terrible way of doing things

From a mercifully brief interaction with them it’s clear they are a shambles. Only thing they did right was verifying account fairly quickly and refunding my deposit with reasonable speed. Didn’t fill me with any confidence though and have taken steps to make sure I won’t be playing there any time soon.

I used STS, put a bet on and my selction was winning, so decided to cash out. Despite pressing the button numerous times, it didn't work. The bet eventually won at full time. I then tried to withdraw the money, I couldn't as they had locked my account.

This use to be a decent site but after taking a couple of time out's to have a break from gambling they site became unusual.
they emailed me almost constantly to ask why i had taken a break, and am i still comfortable with the site then after confirming all was okay i continued to get the same emails. a loss limit was entered on my account and an annoying pop up asking if i wanted to take a break kept coming up. then after using the site for years they requested lots of extra info from me before processing my withdrawal, supplied copies of front and back of card which caused issues, then they wanted a copy of my passport, a copy of a utility bill and a copy of my bank statement, very much over the top in my opinion

Absolute nightmare site, do yourself a favor and use one of the other more reputable sites.

Deposited and placed bets easily, as soon as I won a significant amount they requested all sorts, which they said was a random check, what a coincidence it was after I tried to withdraw. Sent it all through which of course takes 48hours for them to review, I sent through proof of address and I had it as

address: number street name, town.
City: City.

They then said my address didn't match as they wanted it to say

address: number street name.
City: Town, City.

This all took a while for them to acknowledge. Then after I thought that was everything, no, they wanted me to email them saying I was happy with my level of play, which again took time. Use other sites if you can, make you jump through a lot of hopes to withdrawl but of course can deposit without any issues.

I did get my withdrawl eventually. Very frustrating when companies like this try to get out of paying out yet can deposit and place bets without issues and say its a random check,,,, no random checks when deposits, just when you win and try withdraw.

Avoid avoid avoid and just in case you missed it avoid these con artists. They took my money with no problems but the second I tried to withdraw they wanted every little detail about me which I provided but still didn't pay out. If you don't mind throwing your money away use these con artists but otherwise totally avoid.

UPDATE: The winnings they tried to deny and eventually put back in my account are now being withheld. They are now being reported to the Gambling Commission for attempted theft and I will be requesting that their licence is suspended until a full investigation is carried out into their theft, they try to be clever in their replies and suggested that I make an official complaint – I have complained several times in emails so I will ask the Gambling Commission to suspend their licence for eight weeks as that is the time they asked to resolve this matter. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT IS OPERATING FRAUDULENTLY AND NOBODY SHOULD BET WITH THEM AT ANY TIME UNTIL THIS THEFT IS FULLY INVESTIGATED!!!

I can concur that this site should be shut down – they tried to steal my money when I won a hand on blackjack. They only returned the money into my account a few days later when I complained. They are now refusing to return the money to my bank account. Their licence to operate in the UK should be rescinded with immediate effect.

STAY AWAY!!! I've been with STS around 9 months only betting small amounts. Unfortunately never won until this week. Tried to withdraw, not unusual they ask you for ID. uploaded all required documents. No good, scanned all full documents, gas bill, tax return, bank card front and back, passport, no good, they ask you then believe it or not for a photo of you holding the passport next to your face. No good. Tried uploading more and now they have disabled my account and aren't replying to.my emails. Scammers!!! Thankfully I took a screenshot of my winning bet and transfer request. I'm just sending all information to the gambling commission. Please save yourself from this hassle and use a mors reputable company. This company are clearly thieves!!
