Recently used won 1000+ once , second bet coudnt cash out since it was perma blocked and nothing was happening had alredy 7 wins and 2 left to go , CANT EVEN CASH OUT i belive they are doing it on purpsoe and they are scammers, AVOID you will never cash out it sooner .Aswell tragic customer support and behaviour never helps plenty of problems site is lagging aswell.

I’m not sure, why there are so many bashers of Sportingbet. How many sportbooks has that cash out feature, if you do change your mind, cancel, won’t lose any money. The odds, prices are super fair, buying points, if your a serious player, Sportingbet has to be one of your outs. It seems all these bashers are the bonus whores, people that don’t fulfill their rollovers. I would recommend to not have these issues, ask questions, online chat, always accessible during day, and make sure before you send money verify your account.

This is an awful company it shouldn’t allowed to operate. They are racists and discriminate customers. I created an account, deposit funds, send my documents, verified my account and placed a bet. After 2 or 3 months that I wasn’t betting at all I logged in my account and I received an email from them that they wanted to know how much money I could afford to spend, time I spend on gambling, where I find the money to gamble. I answered. They demanded my bank statements and restricted my access to my account. I send everything to them and they came back to me:Dear Dimitrios, I regret to inform you that Fun88 have decided to close your account. I demanded to learn more. What was the problem, what I did wrong and they kept telling me their decision is final and they couldn’t give me more information. I kept asking until they told me:Our systems have flagged your withdrawal due to lack of turnover, 600 was deposited and only 8 of this has been staked, can you please provide an explanation for this?Avoid them. You will loose your time and if you win I doubt they will pay you and will find a reason to void your winnings. They blocked my account without even betting. Do you imagine what they would do if I had win?

Their customer service is non existent. You send an email and are lucky to get a response at all, certainly not on a time frame to resolve any issues. They have no Ap and their golf markets are very misleading, always defaulting to outright markets that are the most lucrative for them (e.g. you think you are betting on the outright of a golf market but it defaults to a six shooter. I would strongly advise anyone not to open an account with them as there are far better alternatives which thrive on customer service and experience

My husband has been trying to withdrawal his money since October 2020, when he received an email saying UK sites were no longer going to be able to bet with them. His account was verified but he was asked to send a picture of himself with his passport. This he done but told not clear, he has spoken to 9 people on chat, one person 3 times, they say his picture isn’t clear and they cant read his passport. Well he and I can read it on my phone! He has emailed them to complain in December …no reply he has a nice sum of money in there, he is not getting nowhere. Avoid at all costs!

Illegally run bookmaker. I tried to open an account and was rejected despite never having had a bet with any of the businesses in the group. Had first bet with Redzone and won handsomely , withdrew money at 11.30pm and was in my bank next morning 6am .couldnt wish for better service than that surely , cant see where all the negativity comes from in other reviews , Ive had many many bad experiences with online bookies but Redzone is up there with the best , and no i dont work for the company nor am I friends with the owners .

Recently opened an account with Tote and was very lucky and had a good win. I was worried to get excited in fear it would not be an easy process to withdraw with being so new to the site.. but after quick email correspondence regards ID documents required to withdraw the money was in my account days later.All people I dealt with on the site were very friendly and quick to respond to me. By far the best customer experience – highly reccomend!

Closed my account, didnt notify me and didnt return my stakes. I hadnt done anything untowards, my account was verified. When questioned they said it was within their terms to be able to terminate my account. Transparency is key, no reason and no notification. They would have kept my money but Im currently pursuing them and will be reaching out to the gambling commission. Avoid these and bet with more reputable bookmakers.

You cant take a price so you only get what the horse returns no best price guarantee which gives this bookmaker a huge advantage. I started with 20 today and also deposited 20 on another bookmaker and placed the same bets on both sites just to work out if there was a difference on the other site I was able to take a early price on five selections I backed the same five horses on the tote site I got very lucky and got three winners. So I made a profit on Both sites Tote balance after all bets payed out 47.50Other bookmaker after all bets payed out. 91.75 Thats huge wont be betting here anymore

Joined Redbet on Friday night and played for a few hours .Cashed out for a couple of hundred in profit around 4 o’clock on Saturday morning and went to sleep .When I woke up I checked my bank account to see how much money was left in it and was hugely surprised to find out that the withdrawn funds from Redbet casino have been already credited.I have played on many of the biggest online casino sites but have never experienced as fast funds withdrawal as this ,especially on the weekend. Ok,i thought all was.fine,received a rude email saying i had to reply with 24hrs,i replied within 10 minutes,went to log in,they closed my account ?????. No response via email,seems very odd to me that these rude,racist fools are allowed ny managers to say and do whatever they like. Its a complete joke of a bookie. Your first deposited money will be put together with your welcome bonus balance and if you do not manage to wager (deposit money+bonus money) to around 500 you will never see your deposited money again. To make this worse it will then eating up any other money you will have in the sports section if you casino balance reaches balance 0.

Been using Redzone for over a year and they are possibly one of the least competent firms available. Customer service via live chat is totally useless and unable to help if you have anything beyond the most basic issues. Taken over 48 hours to get a bet correctly paid out when they settled a winner as a loser, no idea why the bet was settled as a loser in first place and even less idea why it takes so long to resolve such a basic issue – customer service said that this issue will take “at least a day” to fix. There’s loads of more reputable betting firms available (most of whom take customer service seriously) so don’t waste your time with this lot.

Bad bonus now and way too big wagering. 100 euros deposit you have to wager 1600 euros :Dd And now you have to have 2 bets on one slip, thats very hard to get right. This casinos supervisors are poor and they are just stealing your money. There are so many casinos that don’t have wagering at all or its max 600 euros. And yeah I didn’t lose my moneys I took 700 euros out but that was just 200% luck. Go play other casinos until they change the bonus terms.

I had an account for about a week, havent even won amything. Constant loses and they restricted my account. Cant bet more than 0.50-0.60 on certain horses. Steer wide away. I dont know how they earn their money if they restrict everyone in few days.

It seems deposits from cards transferring manually and it takes time. I read the comments below and the same problem seems for most of people. You deposit but it takes a couple of days to reach them. Didn’t had a time to try the site but deposit system needs a bit work.

Restricted my account after I had a decent win. I lost 8/10 bets won 2 was about 19 profit when they sent me an email advising my account was restricted. Not in the same league as the major bookies

I like tote for couple reasons. Single bet markets only. Tote place pot. Old school betting one thing I don’t like is you can’t take SP. That’s a big no no when comes to online betting. Many horses drift in the bookies favours especially favs at the start.
