This company is registered and operated from Malta so beware of submitting personal data as they may not have the same data protection standards as UK. Submitted my UK driving licence (valid with the DVLA) when asked by RaceBets for verification. A few minutes later received a message saying they could not accept my licence as it was out-of-date. (verified by DVLA that it was in-date and currently valid) Then was asked to submit alternative verification such as a utility bill which I did! Again, I received a message from RaceBets that they could not accept this but did not give a reason. Up to that point I had spent a lot of time during the verification process and simply gave up in disgust. Personally I believe their verification process is a scam to entice people to give as much data as possible then probably promulgate it on to a Third Party so BEWARE.

I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I didn't understand why they would be needing bank statements from an account that I never made a deposit to the website from. I was so excited about my 700.00 winnings right before Christmas and like most other people out there obviously had made plans on how and who I would be spending my winnings on for Christmas that I was eager to send all documentation that was required in order to recieve my funds. I had done this at least a half a dozen times In all different formats and sizes and it was always rejected. Never did recieve any of my funds to date. The website locked me out of my account denying me any access to my account or funds and still to date wouldn't let me access my account or funds. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have. And along have seized my 700.00 winnings that I originally tried to withdrawel. Are casino websites allowed to seize money that doesn't belong to them? Are they legally aloud to fraud and steal hard working single mothers and fathers money? What kind of punishment if any do they get when this sort of thing happens and who do I turn to in order to help me or is there anyone or anywhere that I can turn to in order to recieve help and have them fined or punished for their illegal actions towards myself and poor illegal business conduct? Please help.....

They will do everything in their power to not pay you out your winnings, I have been using online sites for over a decade, and guts is the one place where every withdrawal is almost impossible to make, no matter how much you deposit, when you want it back you will face every single argument and issue under the Christmas ?.I have made a withdrawal to my bank that they canceled sayng It can only be withdrawn by card, then when I do the card they said that I can only withdraw to my bank acct?The customer service reps, lie and use advanced delay tactics. No phone lines.Callbacks are not working.I strongly suggest anyone having issues with them to email the UK gambling comision and file a formal complaint against them.They should not be operating in the UK with a license.I will update on my status.

Signed up to this website,my verification was easily sorted and had no issues regarding refunds/withdrawals, but they literally Rob people in their slot machines. I have never won a jackpot or bonus ever after spending hundred's of euros, there's no customer loyalty as regards free spins,bonus credit etc. Worse website ever as they clearly just Rob people if their money, you would have more luck on a scratch card, avoid at all costs!!!

I would strongly suggest avoiding this site. I signed up and claimed the bonus deposit. It was showing in my account, but it was just showing as "initiated" and not "active". I emailed support asking to activate it for me, and literally emailed them back and forth about 8 or 9 times before they finally relented and activated it. I am sure they do this with everybody! It sounded rehearsed. Blatant scam!The reason they gave was "You had to email us before you placed any bets. Now that you've placed a bet, I can't activate your bonus." Uhh, what?It was only after I said I'll be forwarding our email to the gambling commission that they finally said they'll make an exception. I got my bonus in the end, but these guys are the shadiest bookie I've ever dealt with. Avoid!

By the sounds of it, others have had the exact same problem as me. They terminated my account without me even placing a bet after opening an account, and like the others say, after taking my personal information. Didn't even realise that was a thing that companies do, maybe they can use it for certain advantages. When I e-mailed them they just said they can't provide any further information as to why the account has been closed. The same company own Yabo and they did the same with my account there, although that one was open for a month or so. As they haven't given a reason for the closure I presume they only want people who spend 100 upwards a day (and lose the money) otherwise it's not worth it for them. As mentioned in other comments, it could also be so they can use your personal information.

Like millions of people I regularly use a laptop and a tablet to log in to various accounts depending on my circumstances. Contacted customer service but got no adequate response from them. Seems like they want you to sign up but the decline any offers that should be available to you. Avoid.

Always need to go there and ask your freebets they promised you and they make it some long and difficult. Just go and find another betting site, your life is much easier like that. Don't care whatever they promise you couse theres always some tricks you need to do before betting bonuses they say they give you.And don't believe them being so good and honest when they come here and comment these negative comments about their company. When i asked for a withdrawal they want me to send them a selfie but it doesnt state this in their verification t&c. I have no problem sending them my driving license, utility bill and proof of payment method but no way will i demean myself to holding up a piece of paper with the date on it when i did not sign up for those terms. I stay away from casinos who ask for selfies as they are usually the ones who are reluctant to pay out winnings. They have even stolen my initial 100 deposit. BEWARE and keep away if your thinking of signing up as you will regret it.

Stressful experience. Provided all ID documents as required. They then blocked my account and had to answer questions about my experience with gambling. They then unlocked my account and after winning a few times with Sportpesa, and made a few withdrawals and deposits, I decided to deposit some more money and play this morning. They suspended my account whilst playing an online casino game. Checked my emails and they sent me one asking for source of wealth information requiring bank Statements and wage slips. They should clearly have information on their systems that I won a large amount of money from them very recently and have clearly deposited less money than what I have actually won with them. To me they are clearly trying to make excuses and as hard as possible to not pay out my recent pending withdrawals and haven't a clue what they are doing. So the request is unnecessary. This is the second time they have blocked my account in my opinion for no reason and certainly wont be using them again. Appalling customer service and clearly dont want my custom. Complaint to Gambling Commission pending.

I got in to horse racing this year following the Cheltenham Festival this year never previously been into gambling, with little other sport currently on I have been following the US racing. This company are advertising on a horse racing site - at the races - offering 20 in free bets if you place 10 qualifying bet at odds greater than 1/2. So I clicked the linked signed up, placed a 10 qualifying bet on quite a famous horse in a main stream event which actually lost. I thought oh well I've got a couple of free bets. These were never received. I have contacted their customer services, sent numerous emails, proved my identity, given them ample opportunity to rectify this, they never properly or directly answered my questions but I'm no longer eligible for any bonuses or promotions and they sent me some copy and pasted terms and conditions about duplicate accounts. Like other reviewers have stated earlier, I have never registered with this company before and they have not provided a specific reason why they have not honored there side of this offer. In short, I would not recommend using this site, I certainly would not bother if you are expecting any free bets and given my limited experience of online betting the worst betting company/site I've come across.

I have been using SportPesa fine and they were one of my favourite bookies. Then, corona virus hit and the UK (and world!) went into lock down. I am at my girlfriend's and we don't live together, but have my laptop with me. I signed into SportPesa and my account was closed due to logging in from different IP addresses.I understand that, but the decision was made without any chance of explanation from myself, my account was fully closed. This is more like a dictatorship and very sad as I thought SportPesa were ok.My advice: avoid this company, even though the world is in a pandemic, there was no understanding or flexibility. Disgraceful from them, use other bookies who are much more understanding!

Really disappointing experience so far with redzonesports, I joined the site on Tuesday, however didnt deposit until today, following a short run of some successful sports bets I tried to log in, it stated 'access denied - contact support' following an hour long chat the account is apparently frozen following a 'general inspection' and the account therefore now requires reviewing before they will reactivate the account. Really frustrating having only been with them for three days and making only one deposit!They didnt/havent emailed me since locking the account to explain or request any information and i have been advised to wait up to 48 hours for a response relating to the account being reactivated. I will update my review accordingly when a resolution is reached.

Ive won and lost and i received all winnings within 48 hours.I would recommend to all gamblers who are thinking of joining this site is to read this first.They always block your account, wanting more and more details, why get verified in the first place.They want my wage slips, bank statements of all transactions. I deposited 100 and I received a 100 bonus. Next, they limited my account and my stakes, to keep out bonus wagering requirement from being satisfied. But I managed to do it, I won and my bonus was converted into real money (1'100). At this point, they removed 1'000 (real money, not bonus) from my account, because I won with the bonus. Furthermore, they hide the transaction where they removed my money.

They are scammers, they will not return your money, they will invent excuses like asking your passport twice, asking for bank statements, then they say they sent your money on the account XXX (they dont write the full IBAN to have their asses covered on court), then wait 7 business days, they just dont pay you. I signed up on guts.com last week. I am more of a sports gambler than casino, but I thought I would check them both out. I had no issues with the casino but the sports betting is a complete scam! I was able to place bets, no problem, but to get into my tickets, it would just scroll around and around and my tickets would not load. This past weekend I spoke to Andre, their "customer service rep" and we tried everything to get my tickets to load and nothing worked. I tried my phone, my PC and I had issues with the same on a different PC and network. I was told they would escalate it to their tech team (if that even exists). Later that day, my tickets were loading perfectly so I thought wow, it's fixed. I spent the whole day betting Saturday and no issues with my tickets loading. I was winning! I placed 2 bets later in the day, both had cashout options with the live games going and I decided to go their casino to play some slots while the games played out. One of the games I bet on was getting close, so I wanted to keep and eye on it, I tried to go back to my tickets and BAM same issue! My tickets were no longer loading! I spoke to Hayden and told him the urgency in my issue that if I can't see my tickets, I can not cashout! He replied that he would check with the "sports team" and find out what was going on. He came back and said the cashout option had been removed (at that time). He had NO CLUE how the cashout option worked and how it comes and goes with the live games. I was livid. I was not able to view my bet tickets until the next day and saw that I lost 1 game on both tickets. I have received a follow up email asking if i've tried logging on with another device or network, which if my report from 12 hours earlier was really file, they would have seen i did! I sent them the chat log. That was 4 days ago and I have not heard a word since. I followed up yesterday and they said they are waiting to hear back from their techs. TOTAL SCAM!!! I should have been given at least the money I bet, back in good faith but they have no concern whatsoever and refuse to see that this is THEIR issue and that it cost me my bet and any possible additional cashout amount. DO NOT USE THEIR SPORTS BETTING!!! I see other reports of the same issue so I am not alone and they have yet to do anything about their technical issues. Funny thing is, you can't see your tickets, but you can still place bets! BEWARE!!

Not happy so far. Very buggy site. Right now it wont load at all. Tried 3 different browsers and 2 different devices. Also had the same problem earlier on a different wifi. It is impossible to place bets. The support claims that they have a high number of queries right now. No wonder if the site isnt working at all. I will be back later. Hopefully it works again. I havent tried withdrawing my funds yet. I hope it goes without any further pain. I cant play on a site as buggy as this.Edit: Mobilebet is actually down right now. It may only be temporarily but it is not the first time this happens and quite annoying. Hopefully it gets better when they are up and running again.
