The company Welton Holdings Limited hold the rights to the TLCBet brand in the United Kingdom.

TLC is much better known as a gaming site but have now moved into the sports betting market.

Their live in-play is particularly good with very strong visuals and ease of navigation. We particularly like their fast markets layout where they seem to be offering very good odds on goals, corners, throw ins and free kicks. these fast markets are also broken down into one minute and five minute markets which give the punter a great choice in terms of how much risk you take on these markets.

They also have a great new account bonus of £30 when you open an account. Great for some quick build up of cash on short priced fast market selections.

Consumer Protection is an important part of the TLC business and their player protection policy means players’ funds are held on a separate client account and are not used for operational purposes. This is a very new thing from sports betting companies and refreshingly transparent.

Live streaming

TLCBET does not currently supply live streaming of events.

When you first go into the TLCBBet site you are greeted with a modern splash page and you are presented with two choices, Sports or Casino so no confusion in the user journey.

When you click through to sports you will be greeted with two ways of navigating through the site. You can use the top menu section to choose “Live Betting” or “Today’s Events” or you can select a particular sport from the left side menu which gives you a full list all the sports.

One thing different on this left menu than on other sportsbooks is the search box at the top of this section where you can search for an event, league or specific market. This is a nice piece of functionality as it saves you a lot of time.

The overall colour scheme of black, dark grey and red (wine colour) works really nicely and makes it easy on the eye. The loading time of the page is just OK as we had a slight time delay in loading time.

The betting action takes place in the middle of the page with a section with all sports odds available. At the top of the section you have all of the sports shown via sports icons. These can then be clicked to open only just markets on your favourite sport. It makes for a very simple and easy to use betting interface.

TLCBet are one sportsbook that are extremely un-competitive on football betting. When looking at an end of season Premier League match between Manchester City vs Swansea, they were anywhere between 12% – 20% worse on prices than the majority of online sportsbooks.

Tennis betting was one sport where they were the same as or better (up to %5 difference) with many of the top bookmakers, while betting and prices on horse racing seem to be on a par with other sportsbooks and online bookmakers.

The live interface is very similar to the main sports betting interface and is set up in the same way.

One thing that is different from other sportsbook live interfaces is that they have split their live betting into three distinct sections.

The first section is the traditional In-play betting markets with a full list of the current live matches, you then have the event view which opens up an individual event. Finally you have the upcoming events shown in a full list.

It makes finding all different types of live bets very easy, and will make it very easy for In-play punters who like to bet on quick turnaround betting opportunities such as fast markets.

The interface uses the same colour scheme as the main betting interface which makes the navigation really easy on the eye.

The promotions on TLCBet are quite limited with their £30 welcome offer available after placing 6 qualifying bets.

Acca Protection – Acca Protection applies to all straight accumulator betting of 5 or more football selections. If one selection lets you down then you will receive a free bet token to the value of your stake up to £50.

75 Minute Goal Bonus – Place a Minimum £20/€20 Pre-Match Single bet with odds of Evens (2.00) or greater on any Premier League or Champions League Match, and if the opening goal in the match you bet on is in the 75th minute or later TLCBet will give you a £10 Bonus Token.

TLCBet offer 4 main payment methods across the site and you have the option of depositing or withdrawing using a debit or credit card or you can also use two of the biggest e-wallets which are Neteller and Skrill.

Reaction to our initial question was quick but because we were acting as a guest on the chat we were told that non customer queries can only be answered by email. Very poor support for a new customer who might have a question.
