If i could give zero, i would.
I deposited a 1000. Attempted to withdraw that 1000 pounds without making a single bet. 2 weeks later and I am still trying to get my money back having provided all necessary documentation and spent hours on live chat with customer service. I was told they had everytihng needed and then requested a photo of the back of my card. This includes my security code and will not be provided.

Thought I'd give this site a go, What a big mistake that was, Never thought you had to go through such a process to withdraw!! No other site make you do this as they use credit references etc. I deposited 100 and I won 101…So a whole 1 win, Tried to withdraw, Wasn't told anything until I went to the online chat to ask, That's when I was told about id etc….Now I don't have a passport or driving license, So my account is now disabled and it's been passed onto some security team……Who are supposed to be emailing me within 72hrs.
Customer support did tell me I'd get my deposits back, But not my winnings lol….Ok Tonybet you can keep the 1.
I've obviously contacted resolver about this company. And will make sure other people know how awful this site is. Use skybet or paddypower

Tonybet now failing once again to reply to power of attorney of brain injured, sectioned consumer.
More health Documents have been provided, Neurologist and psyciatrist input with find details detailing how ill consumer is and was.

I very rarely review companies or betting companies because sometimes people will just review out of anger over losses.

However this is genuinely an absolute tragedy what has happened. Noone should be robbed of their future and investments because of a disability.

Hopefully they will reach out with Understanding.

If could of scored zero I would have. Deposited 200 abd 4 weeks later when trying to withdraw 49 quid was asked for bank statements and over abd above proof. This was done rudely threw email STAY AWAY

verification 'investigation' conducted by a customer rep with the IQ of a toaster.

I was asked for literally nothing when making deposits but for a withdrawal; I have so far relayed 8 e-mails, 12 sets of documentation and a 'gambling awareness' questionnaire which I was forced to reply to with a paragraph for each section since they don't accept Yes or No answers. If you do not follow up, they will not follow up on their 'investigation', thus withholding your money for good. The 'contact us' section on their website also gives you a 404 error message which is comical. They have no telephone number.

Above all, they have arbitrarily disabled my account and I still have not received my winnings.

Avoid Tonybet at all costs.

What an absolute shambles of a form of I could give a zero rating I would.Joined this firm several months ago and had no trouble depositing ,it yesterday unwanted to withdraw a small win ,and then all of a sudden they need proof of identity etc, the main problem was I had two cards register ed to my account because the first one had to be cancelled because of a scam unfortunately I never deleted it from my account but destroyed it when the new card arrived ,now they want proof that it was destroyed.Having spoken to several people on their llive chat have got nowhere I have sent several email s to their payment dept and still got nowhere,((the person in the payment dept doesn't even sign the e-mails)so that tells you a lot about this firm.I told the person on the love chat(Keenan)that it was ridiculous and to close my account to which he said it would be forwarded to security and promptly sent me a paragraph from their rules that basically said they could withhold the balance or charge me a percentage of it.I Annie awaiting a response from my last email,but don't hold out any hope of a quick or favourable out come.I will post again if any thing happens

It was going to be a 5 star review I joined deposited 40 sent my documents away and was verified in a few hours withdrawn 20 and it was out couple hours later I still have 8 left on the account which I used and when I got down to 2.35 I got a bonus on buffalo king megaways and it payed max win the win actually was 2.9k but because of 5000x cap I recieved 1k and that was only on a 20p bet so I withdrawn 900 thought it would’ve been fast and easy but was I wrong woke up today over 24hrs later still not recived my withdrawl so went to log into account just to check it was still pending and it says account closed so I contacted chat and the reason was because someone in my household has an account and they can close it if they want and yes that’s fine aslong as I recive my 900 withdrawl and my balance of 222 will update the review if I recive it because it actually was going really well liked the games verification was fast my 20 withdrawl was only a couple hours. I was bit upset about windrawal because they wouldn't send it untill i send my decumants, well they verified my decumants in few hours and money was in account..
Its actually not bad! Fast and cash out is great but i just wish before they let people make deposit they should havr confirm that we can not do windrawal untill we send decumants…

Hi I cannot access the website what is going on I’ve money in my account also when you click on Tony bet on Google it straight away asks for log in info but when you put the log in info it just goes blank also the app does not work need help, like there’s always trouble with you guys from my own experience is the website down why does it not bring my to your website when I click on TonyBet but asks for log in details instead which don’t work when you enter

Absolutely horrific firm, signed up, no issue with me depositing twice, the moment I win a bet, they refused to payout issuing my bet with a ‘returned’ stake, after a small stakes win that is. Customer service had zero idea how to engage with a customer seeking answers, awful interface and will be advising friends/fellow punters to avoid.

This is a honest review, was waiting 5 days for a withdrawal so contacted live support who informed me I needed to send KYC information to them before they could proceed, after reading reviews I thought this was a stall tactic but sent what they asked for in last night and funds in my account this morning, I know people are having problems with withdrawals but I can only speak on my own personal experience with them.

Deposited 20 thinking I could do a new customer deal for the grand national. Changed my mind when I read the small print and never made a bet. Withdrew my 20 and it never arrived in my bank account. No reason given until I contacted them and they won't refund me unless I take photos of multiple IDs and myself holding them plus photos of utility bills which I don't have any. They say I have to wait until they eventually close my account some day down the line to get my refund minus service fees which will probably be close to 20 lol. Bunch of crooks. a legit bookmaker will always make money keeping customers happy .Tony bet prefer (in uk )to make people unhappy, take their money and lose them.in Estonia it could be different matter.paypal lose their good reputation( for me anyway) doing business with them.tonybet loves passports, driving licences, photos more than anything.

Run away from this company . I read this reviews before joining them and like a stupid I give them a try . First day after a small deposit I sent them all papers so I can make sure I will not have any issues with whithdraws , all good , in about 4 hours all been approved .Today I made 2 whithdraws and guess what . They sent a email asking again for the same documents . Already I fill a complain with Ibas , probably I will have a long way but I am happy to wait , also I consider to take them to court and make them to pay interest as this kind of company need to go bust ASAP .

Do NOT use this site, they are a total sham and will fleece you for every penny. All casino games are fixed and you have no chance of winning so might as well throw your money away. Avoid Tonybet, i signed up with them because as an old age pensioner who likes to do a small football bet, and with betting offices closed during the pandemic it seemed a good option. I deposited 10 pounds(minimum bet) via my PayPal account and did a bet. The bet won and i had just over 40 pounds in my account, i did another 10 pound bet and lost leaving me with a balance of 31.90.I decided to withdraw the money back into my paypal account, i then recieved an e mail informing me that to withdraw my money would involve the most complicated technical procedure which i did not have the resources or skills to carry out. I made them aware of my situation but they showed no sympathy, i then said i would cancel my account and they could pay the money from my account to my paypal account, they told me that they would only pay me my initial 10 pounds deposit. This is daylight robbery and takes advantage of old age pensioners
who do not have the resources or skills to engage in their procedures. I will now be seeking legal advice on how to stop these people from penalising people who like to do a small bet during these tough times.

I would avoid this betting site, no best odds, no bonus after joining. They allow you to bet without verification like other sites. Once 2 k deposited other sites ask for proof and suspebd accounts this site does not ask for any. They are the worst site I have ever unfortunately had the pleasure to experience. Unless this is your last choice and even then I would do without, avoid it it will be your best decision you will ever make

I unfortunately class myself as an experienced gambler, not a good one, but I've probably used every single UK gamble site. I joined Tonybet a few weeks back, got a decent win and then panicked after reading all the negative reviews. Like every other site, I had to supply 3 plus documents, which they accepted within 24hrs. In 2 weeks I've received multiple withdrawals, mostly taking within 12 hours.
I really only play slots and play they for long stints. I've had some great bonuses 730x being the biggest. Money train 2 did take a huge chunk from me, but that's volatile as he'll. Overall I've had some great wins, much better than many sites. At the end of the day the casino always wins, but this site, so far, is much better than many slot sites out there.

Played 2.50 a spin got a feature after a while that kept going up and up . Told me on the screen 1600 win. Played a few more spins then left. Balance dropped. They claimed i never won the 1600 and it was 195. The differences aren't even close

Abrupt chat and emails followed. Opened a dispute using 3rd party they ignored it. Seem to operate with total impunity and then after seeing where they are based i understood why

Signed up to these guys to try something different, I always end up regretting going to the lesser known Gambling Sites though!

The Withdrawal process is just a joke (as well as the site being poor in General.) As soon as I got my money back I cut and run and closed my account down.

I made 3 Withdrawals and after 3 days hadn't received anything so I contacted them to ask when to expect it – they then demanded I sent them several forms of ID before they would even contemplate agreeing to pay out, at no point during sign up did they say this was mandatory information. Only that they may potential ask you via email if they needed it (which they never did.)

They should be made to request and approve this information from you before a single penny is allowed to be deposited, asking for this information at the Withdrawal stage and refusing to pay out unless its provided just makes me feel uneasy and wary. Especially as they only informed me they wanted this information after I chased, surely as soon as I pressed withdraw they should send you several emails to confirm they need ID Proof before they pay out – I would have sent this immediately If I'd have known so it didn't delay my payment.

I eventually got the exact information they needed after several attempts of it not being good enough for them and they paid out instantly to be fair to them.. that's the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1.. the experience with them just doesn't sit right with me. Seems very amateurish and not very safe.

I will stick to the more well established sites in future.
