The worst casino I have ever known Any positive review is fake be aware. They are completely corrupt, refuse to process withdrawals, have had to take it to IBAS and take legal action. They are a disgrace and customer service is woeful. AVOID. This isn’t even a debate over a bet this is legitimate winnings I just want to take out the casino and they just won’t process it. Most casinos take two hours to pay through PayPal this casino use every excuse I have known and give zero response. Disgusting and I won’t rest until it’s closer down permanently

It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. I reported my situation to Mrs Joanne a renowned recovery specialist Joannedawn56 via email and I got my money back after a long charge-back process.

After reading these reviews I was very nervous on getting my winnings there was a delay in payments should of been 48hrs but took a day longer on one payment and 2 days longer on another but they paid the 4.5k without any problems had to send documents but all was sorted within 3o mins , I have had loads of free bets issued , don’t panic people you do get your money maybe delayed due to staffing due to covid but now I have received my Money I am confident to play with this site . Deposited 2k and withdrew 4.5k thanks mega

Took PayPal monies, have not refunded or added to account as were from a PayPal account in my wife's name but with my details and using my bank account. They requested personal ID, copies of bank cards both sides, ie the perfect combination of documents for fraud and as they are based in Estonia I refused. Asked for money back and to close account. They have closed account but not returned money and won't for 30 days after which the PayPal case will be closed. The customer service responses via PayPal are verging on rude - avoid at your own peril - why would any company want to see both sides of your bank card, and your PayPal wallet and a passport or driving license and what is there issue with returning the money other than to be bloody minded. Not recommended.

Having read the reviews, I feared the worst regarding receipt of my withdrawal. I agree that the website is not as easy as some to navigate. I had tried to make a withdrawal and read that it can take up to 72 hours. After not receiving my money, I went back to the website and although it’s not spelt out to you, you need to upload images of photo I/D, a utility bill for proof of address and an image from your PayPal account showing your email address. I ended up using the online messaging system to enquire about the status of my withdrawal and was advised that the image from my PayPal account did not show my email address. The lady was very helpul and even sent me an image of how to get the required info. Once I had done this, she immediately confirmed that they had everything they needed for verification. The withdrawal money was then transferred to my PayPal account the same day. As I said, not the easiest online gambling experience, but in my opinion, nowhere near as bad as being made out by some!

I managed to win and when I tried to withdraw my winnings they gave it the old "we need this document...that document blahh blahh blahh". Maybe i am from the lucky ones but only good things i have to say for tonybet! After my account was verified after 2 days of signing up , i manged to withdraw very quickly 500 winnings ! My initial 50 turned into 500 and money was in my bank account after 2 days.. I have to say thanks for the good service !

My deposit ended up missing and I got no response from their support team and that was very unfair. Then, I did some research and I found out they actually did other people dirty not just me. I went further and discovered that they are on FCA's list of unregulated firms. The fact Is, You are on your own. The authorities won’t take any case involving platforms like Dk Tonybet. If you can build a strong case like me and involve c?o?e?n?p?r?o?t?e?c?h?@?t?u?t?a?.?i?o? I guarantee you’ll get your money back just like i did.

Another con job, they let you deposit without any issues but I dare you to try to take it out. I uploaded my address and proof of ID which was accepted after four tries but then you have to have proof of deposit, this entails a screenshot of your paypal receipt of deposit BUT the page must have your name clearly stated with your email address in the shot too. It is impossible to get all three requirements in one screenshot and therefore impossible to complete verification. I still had 10 in my account which I have lost. These people are nothing more than thieves. Once more, it is very difficult to pass their verification if not impossible. these people rely on us giving up and they win this time because even though I can prove I paid in via PayPal they will not accept it all all. If I am going to be mugged call me old fashioned but please do it in an alleyway with a weapon because at least you will be honestly stealing from me. Your slick deviant way is probably fetching in millions for you.

Worst bookies I have used... the website is actually quicker and better than some of the others but that’s the only positive. Win a few bets and they will put a stake limit exceeded across anything you try and bet on. Take ages to process withdrawals and documents. I won’t be using them ever again. I’ve actually never come across a bookie who is this bad before.

They promote free spins. You cant have these because they are not a casino game. Funny, they are in Vegas the home of slot machines. Make up rules as they go along. Thank goodness I only deposited 20.00. Their games appear to be fixed as the rngs that are supposed to offer fair play dont comrbinto play. Nothing other than rogues and com artists. Leave well enough alone. How they got a ukgc licence is dubious.I am to contact UKGC about them.

Would give 0! Significant wins totalling 5k on slots across different games still not even processed days after. This happened previously and finally paid out so let’s hope it pays. Tonybet will not pay out more than 2.5k a day and max 40k a month so if you have a big win you’ll be waiting forever for your money.

i have just had almost 2000 stolen out of my account because of an "error" they have cited that their terms and conditions "are not limited" giving them license to make up any terms they want whenever they want in this case, to void any winning bets they see fit. This incident is being escalated, but I strongly urge everyone to avoid Tonybet. Do not sign up with them. Do not bet with them. Withdraw all your funds and please go to a reputable bookmaker.

On Saturday 5th December I placed a series of bets on 6 different horse races. Tonybet have now told me all losing bets have lost and all winning bets have been cancelled due to a technical error. They have returned some of the stakes of the winning bets. This, 2 and a it weeks before Christmas, has left me a considerable 4 figure sum out of pocket. In their wooly correspondence they have cited a term about live betting...despite all my bets being placed in excess of 15 minutes before each race. Unless you are prepared to lose your money and risk Tonybet cancelling your winning bets on a whim I would avoid with the proverbial barge pole. My mate Pin lost a load too.

They asked for lots of KYC items and supplied all while waiting my withdraw. 4 days later , withdraw is cancelled , winnings from the race removed and stated error ???? no further explanation. So basically every time they have a big loser on the books they will pull this

They have cancelled legitimate winning bets days after they were settled and paid out and have gone on to reject withdrawals, stating a 'system error' with bet placement. Nothing short of criminal behaviour. AVOID this company

wish I could give 0 stars! They have cancelled withdrawals, voided winning bets for no reason except that their t and c's allow them to do so.. But kept all my stakes and given me a negative balance. Don't risk your money with these crooks

Have voided 300 worth of winning bets (with over 1000 worth of profit) claiming there "was a mistake", and are now refusing to payout the winnings.

It claims to be ‘your favourite betting site’. What a bold and outrageous claim. It was the worst experience I’ve had yet. The slots take money off you at an alarming rate. I played games that I’ve played with some success on other sites and they were unrecognisably one sided. Don’t waste your money with Toneybet, they are shameless parasites. These disgusting websites really ought to banned.

A see all the bad reviews. I deposited 100 and won 400. Collected it out. Yes they asked for 3 forms of if which I uploaded to live chat. Within a hour they where verified and money was back in my bank. Again I deposited 20 and collected out 110. Payment took less than 24 hours to be back in my bank. No problems from them with me

Absolutely shocking customer service. Wanted some very personal data from me. Took 20 pound deposit from me and then wanted screenshot of my PayPal account before they would top up my account. I have now started a dispute with PayPal. Avoid these at all cost.
