Place a bet via there website and bloody hell it won :). Apparently it was 1 second though according to them. So they were not going to pay out. I was then lied to on several occasion in regards to when bet was placed and the time the refunded wager happened. (10 minutes after the race the wager was returned, I wonder if I would have got it back if it had lost.)

Open with 30 pound had got up to 170 next day said not verified alread got on to live chat and got ok was verified ..I email back account shut down now said it be 30 days..yes 30 days will consider giving deposit back but with a charge ..massive scam company no phone number just robotic email replys .now I get no reply it's like thay have all fanished keep away scam scam scam

They took away a huge amount from me in the past which got me so stranded and broke but after a came across a comment on a YouTube video about (Carsonkylie 2 at Gee M)on how they has been changing peoples life I decided to give her a try, since then everything concerning trade seems easy for me and my withdrawal was finally successful.

So annoying and strange how these companies tend to project themselves to be real, you invest, you watch your investment grown but wanting to withdraw becomes a problem, their reps even stop replying your mail,this was exactly what I experienced with brokers not until, well I was introduced to and her team of expertise via (tahibroshey at gee mail) that I was able to get my money back from those brokers through legal means. Contacted out of the blue in February this year. All sounded promising. Received email introducing company, providing contact details, and requesting any documentation available to confirm 💰 money I had paid..
Information provided by me within 48hrs.
My email✉️ confirmed as received by my contact (Anthony Banks) and I was advised that my documents had been passed to the investigation team, and that I would be contacted in due course. Heard nothing – expected it to take a while.
Sent email on June 2, 2020 requesting an update. No acknowledgement, no reply.

Phoned today, ( 📞020 7112 8837) 28 Oct. Had to laugh.
Asked to speak to Anthony Banks. Contact said they would get him. Line went quiet, then music on hold for a few seconds, same person came on line, and asked "how can I help you?" I said "is that Anthony?" Reply, "yes, this is Tony Banks". I said that when I had spoken to him earlier, he had an American accent, which you clearly haven't.
I gave him the details of the company I was claiming against, and he requested my email address to cross check. within 3-4 seconds, he came back with the reply, "you must have called an incorrect number!"
Interesting that he had already confirmed that he was the person I was trying to contact😢, on the number I had called! Needless to say the conversation ended abruptly. It was when I was introduced to Hana who helped me re.cover all my lost back just within few days of conversation. Which you can reach him on the Gmail address on my headings.
A SCAM 😥 for all to see.
I called them from my mobile, and when I looked at the screen to terminate the call, it was showing as 🇹🇳Turkish Airlines! I checked the TA number, it is totally different. More evidence to support my conclusion!
I gave them a 1⭐ star rating before writing this review, as I could not apply a ZERO star review.

Well no complaint so far. Opened an account on Saturday. Deposited 340 withdraw 500 on same day. Two hours later they ask me KYC details which I uploaded onto there website. I have to agree that you can deposit and then cannot withdraw. They are licensed in the UK, check the Gambling Commission. Based in Lithuania, Alot of hard work getting my fifty quid back. They do break regulations and I've learnt my lesson. Stick with Skybet, betfred, Ladbrookes etc. Avoid the rest like the plague. I was lucky, didn't expect that outcome. I didn't realise after checking The Gambling Commission, there are 100s of dodgy betting licenced companies, God nows how they dish out these licences. Like dodgy soccer owners, money talks. Otherwise, they were polite, I wasn't. They communicated well, just dragged on. Sorry for all those who have been ripped off. Complain, mention their licence number. Basically steer clear.

Can only echo previous comments. Deposits in in seconds, withdrawals are something else entirely.
Chat staff (I spoke with Tory & Keenan) are less than helpful. Gave all Id requested, but keep asking for Id to complete withdrawal. Account has been disabled, so can only email or chat. Emails take days to be replied to, and are generic, making the same requests. Chat is pointless, say I will be contacted by relevant department.
Will be closing as soon as withdrawal confirmed.

I opened an account on the basis of a free bet as new customer offer. Followed all the instructions correctly waited and waited for this free bet to appear it never did. Contacted them and was told I didn’t enter the promo code. Explained I did but was repeatedly told I didn’t. I don’t like being called a liar. Explained they would have to put a request into another department to see if they would give me a free bet! Been over 24 hours and still nothing. How long does it take!! Withdrawn money 1250 To my Paypal account ( meant to be processed within 48hours) this was on the 10/9/2020 . I speak to them online chat get the same messages saying “should be confirmed soon “ or “ due to high number of withdrawals could be longer “ or “if I ain’t happy email there payment team “

It is now the 16/09/2020 and still getting the same messages off them when you talk to them online chat.

Also they have to manually process withdrawals . (WTH)

Please learn from my mistakes this TonyBet is the most misleading and dodgy betting firm out there I deposited nearly 4000 pounds and wanted to withdraw only my deposited money and suddenly they asked me for ID etc but whenever I send it they rejected it with pathetic excuses always putting in roadblocks so you don't withdraw the cash please avoid far superior sites exist offering much better services.

They suspended my account with small deposit without any explanation. Now they are asking for kyq verification, sent them different documents several times but they never accepted them. No any bonuses claimed or bets made, the account was just blocked. So for me it is obviously a scam betting site.

Previously had an account withTony bet, self excluded, as i had an issue and didnt want to use the site. I was able to open another account with the same credentials and deposit 800. When i queried this and requested a refund i was told it was not possible as they did not pick up the account. Although, on most major gambling sites, if credentials match, it will stop the account from opening. I got one reply via email, i emailed 3 further times with no response. I told them i would take the matter further for investigation, although surprisingly, they just ignored me again. So i am raising the case here for everyone too see and will be raising the issue with the UKGC also.

Worst site ever! As other people have said make you jump through hoops for ID when requesting a withdrawal but will let you deposit no problem.

Withdrawals take forever! Been waiting days and mine aren’t even processed.

The literal worst. Opened an account and lost over 300. No issue there i lost it even if the site did have feeble pays. However never used the site in over a year and they decided to start charging me a 22 a month admin fee for NOT using the site.
