Absolute robbery an awful company i tried to withdraw and close my account total owing to me 131 .No point of contact works, live chat, e-mail or phone how did they get licensed ? Terrible company avoid at all costs. They'll take your money instantly but will put up every wall they can to prevent paying out. Asking for excessive ID documents and when you meet there ridiculous requests they then ask for even more information that no other gambling site gas ever asked me before. Why do they need to see a photo of me holding my photo ID next to my face anyone would think I'm trying to gain entry into North Korea....except I would of got in by now. Customer service is useless to you ask them simple questions and they refer you to there payments department who only respond via email so be prepared to wait days for a response that you already knew. Takes days to actually get a response and when you do it's generic nonsense.

I signed up to this site started deposits then after winning I wanted to withdraw my funds. I then got an email asking me to upload my documets to verify my account. Fine I emailed passport, bank statement and my debit card details. They then said that's fine. A few days past and I then got an email telling me that withdrawals are temporarily not working as the company they use has gone bankrupt and then asked me to email them for alternative withdrawal methods. So I sent them an email asking for the money to be paid into my bank account. They said the .only will be in my account within 72 hours, that was 4 days ago and my money is still not in.. I went onto their online chat facility and spoke with Charlie. Extremely unhelpful, rude uncaring about the situation. He told me there is now a delay in withdrawals due to high demand. I asked him for the ombudsman details and he just basically kept saying "refer to my previous message". I told him im copying all chat transcript and emails and the ombudsman will be being contacted. He couldn't care less. Im surprised in this day and age how on earth a company can be operating in the UK with Faulty Tower service!! Please if you are reading this and are a customer of Tony bet I would close your account immediately. They are untrustful and lies. Their customer service are rude. Im going to contact the ombudsman.

Some of the reviews are probably done by their competition. I have been a client on their site for more than an year now and they have been outstanding so far. The new interface might be a lil' clunky, but it has very good odds and plenty of selection. They dont limit you to pennies when you win, as most of the other sites do. And their customer is always fast and efficient.

It took some time to complete bonus rollover requirements, but I was quite lucky and won a decent amount so no complaints from my side. Document verification could be faster though, but once the account was verified they released my winnings within a day

1. You don't get the "welcome bonus" until you've wagered your initial deposit 10 times. I only got 1/3 of the way in and I'll be damned if I give them more money in order to receive a bonus that I have to wager a further 25 times. 2. I didn't receive the bonus spins that were attached to the welcome offer I signed up with. 3. There is no live chat. 4. Like others have said, none of the slots listed in the "bonus slots" pay out. It's as if they've removed all features from the slots. Don't waste your money here.
1. You don't get the "welcome bonus" until you've wagered your initial deposit 10 times. I only got 1/3 of the way in and I'll be damned if I give them more money in order to receive a bonus that I have to wager a further 25 times.
2. I didn't receive the bonus spins that were attached to the welcome offer I signed up with.
3. There is no live chat.
4. Like others have said, none of the slots listed in the "bonus slots" pay out. It's as if they've removed all features from the slots.
Don't waste your money here.

Casino bonus is good, for depositing 10 a week you get up to 300 free spins on several games. However you'll just be throwing 10 a week away as previously stated it's virtually impossible to win and just seems like all features have been deactivated across all slots as they never appear. You could be playing for an hour on here with no feature and then play the same slot on a different site and and within 5 mins your on.

I have been betting on this platform for years now and I have never had any issues with them. Although the website is not patterned like most modern websites and can be confusing at first but once you get a hang of it you can just move from there. Good customer service with telephone, email, and live chat.

They suddenly closed down my account without writing me or anything. I then wrote them and here 7 days after I have not got any respond from either of the two departments I've contacted. Their chat will not help me out either. I really dont understand why bookmakers dont get that they are in the service industry - and that is why Bet365 is miles better than everyone ...

If option for 0 star i would. Awful gaming platform, limited sports betting. bonus is actually pointless cos they limit your betting if you win. seems very similar to 22bet in this aspect. Dont give them a penny as they only want you if u loose money. its sad that if you are lucky in a bet they still prevent withdrawls

The website has a relatively modern-day design but it does not have a standard sports menu which makes it a little difficult to use and in the main betting interface, you may not be able to tell two events apart but the live betting interface is a lot easier to use. They have a wide range of promos.

I tried to withdraw my balance and informed that I need to provide a screenshot of my PayPal account. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing this however PayPal don't allow screenshots to be taken for security reasons. Understanda. Tonybet are not interested and inform me that if I don't provide it then they can close my account under the gambling commission guidelines.

Every other site that I have used will provide their free bet upon completion of 1st bet but this company make you jump through hoops and make outrageous number of bets before any free bets are permitted. Spoke with customer service who were rude and cancelled my account. Todd on the customer online chat team was no help whatsoever. I'd recommend every other betting company before using this one.

Placed a few bets on horses, dont offer best odds guaranteed which is shame but went to withdraw money. They asked for ID which is normal, said it would take upto 72 hours and was completed within 24 hours. Money went into account the next day. No hassle, will bet again.
