I created an account with these fraudsters and had the cheek to win money on the first day I used them. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for my withdrawal to appear back in my bank account. I've received no communication from them and will now make a complaint to the gambling commission.

Avoid like the plague! signed up, made a deposit then they demanded all sorts of sensitive documents to 'activate' my account. when i tried to withdraw my money they refused until i had given them my documents. Extremely scammy. i asked them to just close my account and return my cash but they refused. Beware identify theft with this company. I'm going to report this company to Watchdog for sure.

Scammers. Avoid at ALL costs. They do not honour opening free bet offers blaming links from affiliates sites The customer service is useless, a waste of time. They just want your money anyway they can get it. They are deliberately misleading the punter with fraudulent business practices. They shouldn't be allowed to operate whatsover. I have over 25 online betting accounts I run with barely any problem but dealing with these people over the past day or two has been a complete joke They are SCAMMING people on dodgy opening offers that you will NEVER receive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE DOWNRIGHT FRAUDSTERS. I have complained to IBAS who are looking into them and also to my bank who are attempting to contact them.

I am sure they will reply with their standard t's and pc's response like on other reviews, but we can't all be wrong. Just a way to avoid the offered promotion. Customer service was shocking. They just don't care. So many other better companies to use. Update following companies response. At no point wasit asked who I was referred from, so how do they know for sure it wasn't one of their affiliates and not a technical hitch. If it wasn't then they should do more to prevent an unaffiliated company making the referral.

AVOID Offer a 100% deposit bonus, however they don't tell you that you first have to wager 10 X your deposit just to get the bonus (So, deposit 100 and you have to wager 1000 before you get your first deposit bonus) Never seen a casino with suck a low trust score on here before. If this was my brand I would be embarrassed
