I should have gone with my head and not my heart. After reading all the poor reviews about this company, I still went and opened an account with them.Deposited £10. Bet went down the pan. Waited for my £30 credit and free spins for over 48 hours. But no credit or spins. Just been on to their customer service team (Shaban) told I had to send additional id etc. Chalk this one up to being a wally. Closed my account. Like most of the other poor reviews that have been left. This is my attempt to try and stop anyone else falling for the same con.

I just joined last week and everything was fine until they decided to remove the only slot I was playing and constantly losing in (Big Bass Christmas Bash). They claim this is because it’s no longer Christmas yet they still have Christmas Big Bass Bonanza! I demanded a refund or at least some sort of compensation but they resorted to their terms about basically being able to do whatever they want. I told them to close my account and they have done that. They don’t care about fairness, their site is horribly set out and their promotions are a joke. Absolutely rubbish sure, avoid at all costs. I told them I’ll be giving them awful reviews for what they’ve done.

I opened an account on Tote and deposited the initial £5 to place a bet. Once the £5 was deposited they decided to lock my account and now I cannot receive my refund unless I upload identification. What the **** is going on with these bookmakers? Thieves the lot of them, they love taking people’s money but don’t like refunding. It’s shameful

Roulette scam! I foolishly thought this company may be different but no. Computer system, how if random, I cover 1st 2 dozens so expect to lose 35% give or take, yet 3rd dozen hit 80% of session. 1 person against company computer, not fair, not random. Another account closed, I play for fun not to make money, but when you are cheated blatantly I do not understand. Tote, don’t bother giving people the random crap. My search for a fair site continues but I think all in it together. Industry is corrupt to the core.

Slots are the worst! The spins are very laggy and the bonuses just don’t come in, just played £80.00 on big bass bonanza and only played 0.20p a spin and got 1 bonus for £4. Bet e/w on a horse 40-1 Oso Rapido 17.35 York it Won by a nose. Done a stewards enquiry it came 1st. So should get a win and a place but for some reason tote has it down as second even if it won the race. Sorry you all need you’re eyes check. Bunch of scammers. Tote use back up copies of slot games that wont ever pay they use back up copies iv seen this within the game play ? Let me explain . Slots that take for ever for the reels to spin in . If i could give them zero stars i would they are a complete joke of a company. I have been betting consistently with tote for years putting my placepots on just small bets of £1 – 0.50p I have lost hundreds which is part of the game but now they have the cheek to take away my ability to use free promotions as my account is not gambling enough money with them which is ridiculous their own terms and conditions say free promotions are open to all customer with an active account and if they are to withdraw this they should give prior notice which they did not, also the customer service is terrible you can’t raise a complaint so they say, even though they have a full section on the website outlining the complaints process in full which obviously customer service staff cant be bothered to follow

Site is a total scam. Let me create and account and deposit the had the audacity to tell me I’m verified then proceed to lock my account stating a hit a thesehold that requires further verification. The pretty young and very unapologetic lady named jasmine then sent me a list of demands just to get my £10 back. avoid this company at all cost i opened account for royal ascot they gave me a balance to use up to £100 fair enough i won over £1200 over ascot then half way threw saturday racing they blocked me a lady called ann she wanted my id i sent 2 bank cards my passport driving licence and a recent bill still blocked was then told that ann had gone home for the weekend they then wanted to know my job my wages i was not going to do this as its crazy they could get hackec and all my info they have anyway thats it told them to sod off avoid them they dont even bet on any other sports rip off and for gods sake dont win

Special offers confusing I opened an account on the promise of opening an account, depositing £5 to get £20 in so called free bets but not on the same day you made the deposit or the bet but credit later which was not clear on the account.Having contacted customer service some time later to question we’re the credit was only to be informed that the was an expiry date on the on the credit then to be told it was in the TCs They have made a gesture of good will but not honoured the agreement 😤I’m a customer with other betting apps and never experienced any issues.I suggest you do the same .Having seen the Trustpilot score I can see now why it’s so low.The one star is for the customer service person who responded to my email quickly.Only to be failed by her senior manager in trying to resolve the problem.Gamble responsibly but make sure you do it quickly is their massage🤔

Rule breakers re deposit limits. Deposited my limit but balance showed zero, so tried again, launched game and showed my deposit, played games and I didn’t notice until my bank showed 2 x payments. I went into history and seems both deposits were credited to my tote account, one of which meant I went over the deposit limit I set by 100%.Contacted chat, said would investigate, then blocked my account so unable to login, chased via chat and told I would get an email, 1 month later no email, no apology, no refund of the 2nd deposit, and it’s only £25.No doubt if I had won they would of refused to pay, like Corals did with a friend once, he went over his limit somehow, won several thousand and they would not pay him his winnings as from a deposit which should not of been allowed, instead refunded his deposit of £25.

Quite simply a sham of a gambling company. Poor games, over the top ‘responsible gambling’ (after about 30 mins my account was blocked for over a week), online chat that doesn’t help, closes at night (discrimination imo), free bet offers not given (eg Tote bets after first £20 spent). I could go on but best to read all the other reviews as they sum it all up. AVOID! I don’t know who owns them now but clearly gone downhill since Fred Done. Only positive – my withdrawal to close the account was processed quickly!
