Trying to watch Cheltenham on my phone via their app and keep getting silly pop ups every few minutes about responsible gambling. Surely you can realise I’m not betting I’m just watching it? Shocking, joined up for the Cheltenham festival and get the offer, made the bet. NO OFFER!!!Was on chat for over 2 hours, it was over 90 minutes before anyone even decided to speak.AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I ONLY GAVE IT 1 STAR AS COULD NOT LEAVE ZERO!!!!!!!Needs reporting to the gaming commission

Bet a placepot of favs – first race the joint fav won but my bet lost as my bet goes onto the lowest racecard number apparently- which was the losing joint fav!!!! Must go down as most unfair and illogical rule I’ve heard of.

Rule breakers re deposit limits. Deposited my limit but balance showed zero, so tried again, launched game and showed my deposit, played games and I didn’t notice until my bank showed 2 x payments. I went into history and seems both deposits were credited to my tote account, one of which meant I went over the deposit limit I set by 100%.Contacted chat, said would investigate, then blocked my account so unable to login, chased via chat and told I would get an email, 1 month later no email, no apology, no refund of the 2nd deposit, and it’s only £25.No doubt if I had won they would of refused to pay, like Corals did with a friend once, he went over his limit somehow, won several thousand and they would not pay him his winnings as from a deposit which should not of been allowed, instead refunded his deposit of £25.

Quite simply a sham of a gambling company. Poor games, over the top ‘responsible gambling’ (after about 30 mins my account was blocked for over a week), online chat that doesn’t help, closes at night (discrimination imo), free bet offers not given (eg Tote bets after first £20 spent). I could go on but best to read all the other reviews as they sum it all up. AVOID! I don’t know who owns them now but clearly gone downhill since Fred Done. Only positive – my withdrawal to close the account was processed quickly!

Scam site,20000 spins not even a single win of any description not even 10p,not one bonus round nothing,ive sent a recording to the game providers of my gameplay and also the ukgc,the games are rigged or pirated and dont use RGN and the rtp is zero.its against the law what there doing and this need investigated,so i hope this site get found out scamming its customers and gets closed down and has to repay every customer there deposits and compensation

Whilst the site is basic, it is hard to navigate, casino is awful- plenty of dead spins, no hope of a bonus let alone a tease. They must make plenty on the casino side because they never pay out. DON’T PLAY THE CASINO.

Shocking site. They say that you cannot play slots between a certain time and that they do not offer customer loyalty rewards by using the excuse of responsible gambling. Yeh they allow you to deposit as much as you want and reward you with NOTHING! Their slots glitch every single time which makes playing really unenjoyable. Four weeks of small stake bets and then I could not put money into my account. Emailed and was told I had hit one of the totes brick walls. They then asked nine impertinent questions which I had to answer and as I refused they said I should cancel my account which I did without hesitation. I’m well rid of them.

Poorest bookmakers site i ever witnessed (and i have a few, lol). Promotions not honered, although quick enough to take your initial qualifying bet. After 4 days they decided they needed photo id to honour my promotion. Driving licence sent, still not enough, now want passport ?, never in 40 years of gambling have i seen such nonsense. Have now ended our relationship, i can’t be comfortable doing business with wealthy, well known company if they going to beef about a £30 free bet, KEEP IT TOTE, not for me….

Whenever I request a withdrawal by Visa the money is in my account within 5-10 mins. That’s what you need. Not these sites that take 2 or 3 days. Place pots are fun although I am yet to hit a big one. Highest dividend has been 35.18 minimum per unit but you can’t change the result of other players so you take your share of the pot. It is what it is. Quite limited but serves a purpose. Altogether a good review

This site is poor. Lack of things to bet on very limited. Promotions are crap. Money goes to quick. Feels rigged its like they know something we punters don’t I.e injured horse. I agree with most views on here.. it is not the best of sites but the really frustrating thing for me if you withdraw money from 4pm Friday until sunday evening it does not get processed until Monday morning. Use Betfair … so much better than this and you will still get a better SP especially on the exchanges.

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. If it was the other way round they would void the game and say malfunction. Make your own mind and use your common sense leave their games well alone
