Seems this site is really going down hill, used to get a 20 cash bonus every 2/3 months. Last one was in June, not had anything since but they are enjoying money I deposit every single month and expect some sort of loyalty and was happy with getting the 20 casino bonus every 2/3 months but nothing now for over 4 months, if nothing changes won’t be continuing to use this site, as I have found better

Rigged games! Stay away.Deposit 125 + 125 bonus. Played live casino and went up to 350. THAN went to a game i know well: bigger bass bonanza. Down to 100 in 3 hours of play. Stakes mainly 0.12/0.24/0.36 followed by max 20 spins at 0.60/0.72. Than back to low stake. Mansion Bet don’t deserve your business. After waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawal to be made, I was asked for bank statement, passport, driver’s license, gas bill – i.e. ALL of these – and was later told that despite thereafter having a verified account that I was not entitled to any bonuses or promotions, with no recourse to reverse that discriminatory decision. One withdrawal and Mansion Bet goes into meltdown and denies you what they advertise to new customers. Awful company, terrible flaky website with an unreliable and irritating Live Chat function & unhelpful Customer Service jobsworths. They deserve to go bust. Loads of other decent sites, so don’t waste your time with Mansion Bet,who only honour their promotions when you’re constantly losing money. One withdrawal, and you’re in their bad books.Put them in yours first before wasting your time with them.

Other players, please read this review before you sign in to anywhere else. I have more than 15 years of experience from different gambling sites and i can assure everybody mansionbet has the best odds for sportsbetting. If you find good odd from market leaders, you will get better odd from mansionbet. Also they have huge selection of available markets for every game. My personal favorites are over/under bets and most places they have only 3 or 4 markets available. Mansionbet has many markets for over/under bets. And. This is just my experince but i dont understand why they have so bad reputation about withdrawals. I have made more than 10 withdrawals and ALL OFF THEM has been processed within 24 hours. If you are looking good site to do sportbets with good odds and high limits, you have found your site. This is my personal favorite and i regret i didnt join here earlier. Outsanding job Mansionbet!!!! Please keep up the high amount of different markets and good odds!

Unfortunately my recent experience of the Tote is similar to many people below – opened an account made a small deposit won a reasonable sum on the placepot then decided to use a a little profit on the gaming tables 20 minutes later account suspended – no explanation – then an email from safer gambling team stating that I will have to produce all manner of documentation, pay slips, bank statements etc etc – I am in profit! The Tote are completely incompetent and their staff just read from a script – agree with earlier comment they used to be known as the Nanny Goat now just the Nanny State. They will just hide behind the safer gambling legislation but that is nonsense they should not be asking for so much personal information – I have told them they are risking contravention of the GDPR but they don't seem to care.

"Nanny" was only meant to be rhyming slang, but the Tote has really taken its nickname to heart. Refused to lift 500 a month deposit limit, despite me giving them 3 months' bank statements showing 15,000 in my current account, my passport and driving license, and answering all their nosy questions. Complete waste of time.

I only wanted to use Tote to get 10% higher returns on pool bets, but I shouldn't have bothered. The website is so slow and clunky, I struggled to get bets on in time even when they did allow me to deposit.

Had to close my account and request a refund of my credit. Will stick to Betfair in future. They take all Tote bets, the website is well-designed and quick and easy to use – and I am treated like an adult.

Worcester live place pot dividends are showing wrong only 2 qualifiers leg 4 after a non runner..Gloria na….subsequent live pool totals are way out as you have added the 3rd in race 4.

Avoid at all costs. Firstly, it's simply an awful site for betting. Definitely have a look around the website well before signing up. This alone will put you off, unfortunately I didn't do this, leading to my next point.

I deposited a large sum of money. I then looked to place a bet, not realising how bad the site was. I thought nothing of it and withdrew my funds.

Tote confirmed the withdrawal was being processed.

3 days later… no money had arrived. I went to log in to my account and I was blocked out, with no email being received as to why.

I went of live chat, and of course they decided to ask to verify me (they always do this at the point of withdrawal rather than depositing, they don't mind your money going into their pockets but as soon as you want it back in yours, they delay to process to verify).

I verified, making it clear i wish not to gamble with them anymore anyway. I got accepted.

Another 4 days on, still no money. They are now saying they want to KYC me… stands for know your client, baring in mind I do not want to be their client.

They have continued to hold onto my money despite my anger at wanting this back. I am not giving them the KYC info as it's pointless as I am leaving.

A smart-egg called Emily quoted about 15 terms to me, none of which bared any relevance to me.

I am left uncertain as to whether I will receive my money. Absolute robbery, 100% avoid using this company.

Another typical scamming site, how do these sites continue to operate, it’s unbelievable. Avoid this site the RTP is beyond a joke, they take forever to process anything including your I.D verification.

Recently opened an account with Tote and was very lucky and had a good win.
I was worried to get excited in fear it would not be an easy process to withdraw with being so new to the site.. but after quick email correspondence regards ID documents required to withdraw the money was in my account days later.
All people I dealt with on the site were very friendly and quick to respond to me.
By far the best customer experience – highly reccomend!

You can’t take a price so you only get what the horse returns no best price guarantee which gives this bookmaker a huge advantage. I started with 20 today and also deposited 20 on another bookmaker and placed the same bets on both sites just to work out if there was a difference on the other site I was able to take a early price on five selections I backed the same five horses on the tote site I got very lucky and got three winners. So I made a profit on Both sites

Really poor site really poor prices you can’t bet on sp or take prices and . The tote means a betting pool so if a horse isn’t fancied in the market the price should return bigger than the sp but the tote price always settles as the same as sp never more which makes me wonder these people are con merchants won’t let you take a price but won’t only return SP prices talk about giving the bookie an advantage that’s a huge Advantage. From a dreadful start, where the site wouldn't accept bets and the staff seemed clueless, they appear to have progressed somewhat. A major irritant remains the location pop-up stating that if I am outside the UK, functionality will be blocked. Of course I'm outside the UK. I'm in the Republic of Ireland. Time to get your act together.

I like tote for couple reasons. Single bet markets only. Tote place pot. Old school betting one thing I don't like is you can't take SP. That's a big no no when comes to online betting. Many horses drift in the bookies favours especially favs at the start.

Can't watch live racing you have to listen to radio as no live feed.. Don't do best odds guarantee either. Both are a no no really . Don't understand why no pics as betfred owns it

Football betting is rubbish. You have to go each match in turn rather than a long list. So takes way long when you want to bet over 2.5 goals in more than one game. There is a goals galore long list but they are games nobody would choose as difficult

Customer service particularly sound like there doing you a favour on the phone they need to work on that. Email did get back to me within the hour which is why they get 2* and not 1

They encouraged me to place 'risk free' bets, promising cash back and free bets, and once the bets settled – closed my account. They didn't even bother giving me a reason, other than 'business decision'.

Trying to get the welcome bonus is like trying to get blood out of a stone. You have to wait for it to settle, wait for the sms, wait a further 24 hours. What a shoddy system. Gives off the impression of delay tactics, if you're going to offer something do it efficiently and do it quickly.

They paid my money out on a winning bet but that's before my account got locked after entering the password wrong once and it got locked little strange had to call them to get it unlocked witch is a time waste I sign up for a free bet never got it I emailed there help support team to ask y twice never got a reply back I would advise people to stay away it's not worth the hassles.

Complete scam, they banned my account after I placed my first bet and it lost. Was never award a free bet which was the sign-up offer. Scam Scam Scam.

I signed up with Tote Sport to take advantage of their new customer offer but I would never have bothered if I had known just what a pain it is to try and get it from them.

I thoroughly read the terms and conditions and waited 24 hours for the free bet to be credited. The bet never arrived.

I contacted their live chat team who assured me that 24 hours hadn't quite passed so to be patient and wait. I then contacted them the next day after still receiving no bet, and they told me that an SMS verification is needed. I'm not sure what this would tell them as it provides no ID, address or payment details, but they assured me that I would receive this SMS by 5pm and once I had replied the bet would be credited.

I received the text just before 7pm and replied immediately. Four hours later and the promotion still hasn't been activated. I've just finished the fourth half an hour contact with their live chat team who, after asking how I make a formal complaint, told me:

"I do apologise but you cannot complain against our terms for a promotional offer. We are allowed to apply whatever terms we wish as it's our offer."

After asking them if she's telling me that I'm not allowed to make a complaint, her response was:

"I am advising you that we do not take complaints regarding the terms of our promotional offers. If you was unhappy with them you should not have done the offer."

I asked again how to raise a complaint but Samantha refused to provide me with any contact details. I am currently in the process of contacting IBAS and the Advertising Standards Agency. I still haven't received my free bet four days later.

Avoid this company at all costs as there are PLENTY of other reputable bookmakers out there who bend over backwards for new customers – with Tote Sport you'll earn a tenner quicker than they'll actually credit it to you.

Deposited and bet 25 to get a 25 free bet, I lost the initial bet and was awarded the free bet, which I was unable to use. I then used their livechat facility to try to address this issue and my account was banned five minutes later. Absolutely terrible!

Would recommend anybody to go elsewhere. The only bonus I have ever had was the sign up one. About a year ago. They say there bonuses and promotions available but they only apply to a select few people unlike other betting sites. Also playing there games. They are pretty poor games and also they never pay out just keep losing which I get you can’t win all the time but sometimes enough to have some fun and keep you playing is a good site.
