Llive streaming is always winner…They probably have best live streaming for sports event out there… you can bet and watch live event from your phone which other sites don’t provide and even if they do the range that unibet provides always gonna beat other sites… maybe there promotions sector could be little better compare to other sites but it isn’t bad neither probably only criticism i could find…. thumbs up 👍

Do not use for betting!!Placed multiple bet with them, never once been offered a cash out, don’t settle selections until the game is done.I placed a bet an hour before a football game and they void it because s player wasn’t playing 40 minutes into the game… half my selections where in and they refused to put the bet back on. And wouldn’t give me a free bet. Embarrassing customer service will not be using them again.

won 5k set a deposit limit of £20 a week to protect myself.I was able to go over my limit lost 9k.I spoke to support they said because I was withdrawing I could deposit more and go over my limit because it was a net deposit limit.That system promotes gambling and doesn’t actually protect them.I still don’t accept this due to the fact I should have had a net deposit limit cap of £250 because I had a deposit limit cap set by the operators of £500 on my 32red.So if we were doing it their way I should have been capped at £250.They advertise it as you can set your own personal limit and stay in control but when you win your personal limit is discarded.Use sites like Betway or coral that actually sticks to the deposit limits you set and care about your safety in gambling.

I opened a unibet account about two or three months ago and placed a few bets on the Goodwood festival. I had a big winner of about 3000 pounds. I withdrew and everything seemed great. So I started to bet again during the racing at the York in the end of August. Again I had a nice winner this time about 2500 pounds. This time when I went to withdraw I was asked for a picture of my ID bank card and proof of address. Except the proof of address had to be one received in the post, a little difficult since I don’t get anything in the post these days! All my bank statements and bills are online So I uploaded the ID+bank card and live chatted explaining I need to update my address because I just moved down south to Cornwall and I don’t have any post to the old address. They said they would email me with a response about that. I didn’t get any response so a few days later I tried to log in and the account wouldn’t work. Again went on live chat. There they told me that my account had been banned, and my winnings of 2000 (withdrawal) and about 650 in the balance were confiscated. I honestly could not beleive what I was seeing! I did not even know a betting website could confiscate winnings like that.

I signed up to Unibet this month and made a number of deposits. I received an email to say they have had to close my account due to a self exclusion in place. I contacted support and they said due to my self exclusion at their sister site 32Red. I genuinely didn’t know that 32Red was a sister site of Unibet. I used the exact same details including the same email address to open both accounts so at least they should have picked this up during registration. They have refused to refund my deposits so I have had to take the matter further and make a complaint with eCogra. I will update one the case has been dealt with …

I had in play bets I was trying to cash out on basketball. My bets were winning at the time and they blocked me as I had not responded to the deposit limits thing that pops up, I thought I could just knock that bit to the side as it doesn’t explain much very well. This part just runs on even when you’re not using the site. I complained at the time and did not get a response, I received a call on a different matter about deposit limits, responsible gambling and after having to mention it again the advisor said she would have a look into it. We agreed to a deposit limit but what wasn’t agreed was a block on my account for a month. Now I can’t see my bets to follow up the complaint. This is an absolute scam and very unethical. There has to be more regulations in place where the company should discuss before they act as they are robbing people left, right and centre. They are not protecting the customers they are protecting themselves to make the maximum in profits. I have tried further on chat as I can’t see my previous bets. The advisor ignored my issues and stated that it was the complaints department. I had stated I would have to go through the advisor to get to complaints, only after this would the advisor take my full complaint. Advisor also tried to deflect saying that cash out is not always offered by trader, this was available at the time but it was unibet who blocked my in play account. Why was this made difficult? And advisor stated it can take up to 8 weeks, how many complaints do they have? It says a lot, the company are scammers. Unethical. They should be shut down.
