Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. There was no security issue, they just wanted to close my account & keep my money. They can do it to whoever they want, whenever they want & claim ‘security issue’. Paddy Power have done the same to me. Do not use.

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and wont pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my 120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips aren’t enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and it’s simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before I’ve deposited thousands with you, it’s that simple. Avoid.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a company ever. They bring me in with bonuses, let me deposit and cash out a few times, then lock my account and tell me they need documentation galore on me, or I won't be getting my most recent withdrawal. (Even though the previous customer service agent said it wouldn't affect it.) They wasted multiple hours of my time refusing to answer questions or even resolve this issue in anyway. Eventually, they knew they were in the wrong and released my withdrawal, but then banned my account.

These guys are genius scam artists. I'd avoid 110%. Unless you have the patience like I did.

They send you nuisance messages, you cannot use your phone to block them for some reason , if you send UNISTOP they will charge you and it does not work! I have reported them to the ICO today. Their site has no contact details surprise surprise, it's seems silly worrying about junk messages but they message constantly and it's annoying:(

Horrible Experience, Absolute Scam Site. If you win a Bonus feature on a 0.10p – 0.20p option, all winnings seem to be capped at around the 3 average mark. The rtp has been manipulated also, and I don't care what crap they claim. Just go on the Manufactures site for the particular slot and play it in demo mode for the same stake. And check the comparison, its absolutely insane the difference LOL.
