Unibet used to be one of the best bookies out there but recently have gone downhill fast. Whereas other bookies are moving forward Unibet are stuck in the stone age and will try every trick in the book to avoid paying winners. Hopefully they will go the same way as Novibet and self implode soon.

I thought i was alone untill i read the other reviews here.This company are flirting with theft in my opinion. Theres only one other site that was worse than UniBet. How can a company charge your debit card and then tell you that they cant let you withdraw to it because its not policy in ‘my region’. Are you having a laugh? I do not know what to think of this company. I responded to a promotion and deposited 15 and not in a hurry to place a wager, I thought it may come in handy for the future having sent them my bank statement as ID. I logged in nearly a week after to find they had blocked me without informing me. I tried to call them and got a French voice recording, very strange for a UK registered company with a .co.uk address as well. I then hung up to access their chat and they take 10 minutes to reply for each message. Finally the guy told me their security team had blocked my account but they did not have the common decency to tell me of their decision. Do they block customers with the intent to keep punter’s money? I have been treated the same by William Hill, these websites and companies are acting fraudulently and I am most glad to witness their shocking behaviour as my money is good elsewhere. I will update when I get my money back, I would suggest not using them as an absolute safeguard. Until I have my money returned, this is THEFT or embezzlement or FRAUD. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because thats not the case at all. Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give 5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. There was no security issue, they just wanted to close my account & keep my money. They can do it to whoever they want, whenever they want & claim ‘security issue’. Paddy Power have done the same to me. Do not use.
