What a scammers casino. You really have to stay far away from this because if you win they won't pay you. They will lead you on the line and eventually close your account. I won here at Bingo but do not want to cash out because I have blocked the online casino. But I can continue to play sports betting and bingo. Now that I've won something they say we don't pay because you blocked the casino part. But they do make me pay money to play bingo and play sports betting. The customer service is horribly bad and pretend they can't do anything about it, only what they say you can also block the bingo and sports betting. And without asking they did. 4 weeks and counting on the verification process.

I won a bet and so far I have been trying to verify my account for 4 weeks, many emails have been exchanged and a few calls. I am trying to verify with my bank statement – currently they are disputing that we are using a downloaded statement and but actually we are using on we had posted as requested. I have taken photos with all 4 corners, submitted multiple times and sent a comparison of the downloaded document not a printed one but still they reject the one I have had sent.

I cannot even get through on the phone lines today. Total joke… there doesn't seem to be an escalation process and the advisers cannot offer any way forward. You don't even get to speak to the versification team!!

You need less proof to buy and sell houses!!

Please beware of this site they are scamming people. They will freeze your accoubt then ask you to upload documents. Even when you upload all correct documents that have been passed fine on other sites they will decline you then ignore and not refund you. Scam company do not join

I deposited an won 2000 then another 1000 but this was my 3rd withdrawal they have froze my account and not letting me withdraw I would've understood after first withdrawal but payments team was happy with security checks I deposited more after the withdrawals because I had enough but now can't get the withdrawals or my money back

I take this as a scam, service as I had had issues with my account before that almost resulted to my losing all my money. There wasn’t any good help from their customer service.

It is a scam. Took money easy next to impossible to withdraw it. Like terrible, terrible company/website. I would rather have burnt the money I put on there than give it to them again. blocking payments and withdrawals , sometimes blockinng the whole account. I do not recommend this service.

They are scammers. I deposited and won some bets. Then after requesting the withdrawal they are saying that I faked my identity. Why would you accept it at first place if I faked? They asked another picture and I sent it too. Still they are saying to wait as they are checking it.

I tried to register with this firm yesterday( 30/8/21 ) for the first time and was told I already had an account with them which was not true.

He had some of my details on an account under a different email address and obviously I wanted to know how they had received these details as somebody had passed them onto Unibet but certainly not me.

I needed to know when this account was opened HE WOULD NOT TELL ME !.

He suggested I should contact my Bank but what good would that do if I did not know when the account was opened ?.

Our conversation lasted for 2 hours in which time he gave no explanation whatsoever as to how they had an account listed in my name, which is fraud.

I am 71 years of age and never ever experienced such a useless operative as I encountered who was going off the chat line for ages obviously taking advice from someone else after the points I had raised with him before coming back with an answer.

As the answers were not addressing my questions I asked to speak to his supervisor or senior member of staff but he refused to put anybody else on the chat line.

I asked the operative to forward a transcript of our conversation to my email address and he said he definitely would do so but I am still waiting so it looks like I am going to have to take the matter further.

However, if this is the way Unibet operate I am pleased I was unable to register with them.

terrible website, constantly lagging so its very slow loading pages, forever lagging out altogether meaning you cant access the site and worst part is somehow the games dont actually pay very well, they are the dryest games ive known and when you do get a bonus every bonus is tiny.

They became intrusive when I won few bets.

When opening an account all verification was done and I thought that was it.

Recently I had a few wins on another site and subsequently increased my betting with Unibet.

I won a little and could happily explain my transactions.

They wanted bank statements, photos of my bank cards, front and back etc.

They made me feel like a fraudster.

I refused to share bank statements and images of the reverse of my card for the facts that I thought it intrusive and my own security.

They deemed this as a refusal and wanted to close my account.

The only reason it is still open now is because I have an ante post bet on the football.

I am beginning to think that the high street bookmakers are making a rash decision by closing their branches. They are not intrusive and you can just go in and place your bet.

Online bookmakers make up their own rules and hide behind the statement of it being….gambling regulations.

Sounds slightly pathetic when you hear it churned out again and again.

I just can’t understand how I’ve not had a bonus over 20X in 19 deposits! What an earth is going on with Unibet casino right now. In the past it’s been quite decent and fair when it comes to playing slots but these past 2 weeks it’s literally becoming an impossible task to bonus anything. I’ve made 5 deposits and had 2 bonuses from the same slot. I’ve tried multiple slots even the ones like wild north that are easy to bonus just to see if it was just me but again, no bonus. These Evolution Roulette dealers has cheating all the time, because they are not starting throwing the ball from the point where it felled. But always throwing the ball more then 5 numbers further or lesser, which is against the international roulette dealers guidelines.
