They barred me from any promotions because I was in profit, obviously didn’t admit this as it “confidential operating procedures” and would not confirm why. awful!! i put down 500 deposit, for a long time i was playing and nearly always i would loose, until one day i have won 2,500. i tried to withdraw that money but they would ask for ID multiple amount of times, after a long time they SUSPENDED my account. i went to the live chat to ask what happened to my money and they told me i didn't pass my ID check. all my money was lost until i contacted thisisgambling.com, they helped me get it all back

NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

I lost 16k in one month. I was never asked about anything to do with responsible gambling until I had run out of money !!!! I asked why I had lost that in football betting and the only bonus the kept giving me was 50 free slot spins and 10p per stake ! It’s sickening.

I made over 9 complaints all in all. They have ignored me since. I ring up and eventually they answer my problems and say I’ll get a call back. It NEVER happened. I opted to speak to a manager about my account and that manager didn’t exist. It’s common they leave the phone to keep ringing and not answer.

All of them are unprofessional people in an office in Scotland. The whole company is disturbing. After losing everything they then thought they better follow protocol due my complaints and they sent me multiple things to verify myself. I’ve sent all my info to IBAS and another legal board due to the fact they blatantly ignore you. DO nOT LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE FRAUDS

Deposited 250 euro through PayPal, you would think I deposited a million euro. They have frozen my account and asked for everything for verification. They even asked for bank statements even though I didn’t deposit through my bank. I have sent them everything and still not enough. I am now waiting on resolve to help me as had enough. This is the worst ever app, first of all don’t register with them. You’ll have a big problem,. They take more than a week for your verification keeping blocked anything you had whitdraw, and after one weeek, they reject proof of is, just because they are thieves. Minus 5 stars. Awful!!

My account was closed down by this company. I didn't do anything wrong. Unibet give me a notification that I am not playing with them anymore with no explanation. They choose which players they wanted and not us that is breach of equality act 2010 under protection characteristic.
I bet one football game and actually won. Then next moment they closed my account down on yesterday.
This company is a racist thug which other reviews have said.
I am going to take this company to courts for legal proceedings against them for breaching the laws on equality act 2010

I had used unibet for the first time in nov 19, 2020 and I lost and didnt use it since till recently 2021. I had a glitch on the site it would show an error message and the spinning wheel loading when I made a deposit. Then after trying it again it made 4 deposits of 200 dollars totaling $800. I was frustrated but I thought it would not be a big issue and I just went to withdraw 750 as 200 was a promo amount to win 50 casino dollars. I then proceeded to bet with the remaining 50 and won a couple bets leaving me with close to 900 in the account. I noticed that the withdrawl was taking forever. Then they blocked my account and are having me verify the transactions from nov 19, 2020. At first I could not even recall the transaction as it had occurred so long ago. They then asked me for statements for that paypal, the card used on nov 19, 2020 when the recent transactions had nothing to do with nov 19, 2020. April 20th 2021 is when these deposits went in. They are making it a nightmare to get my own money 800 of which was incorrectly deposited and about hundred in profits. I am still waiting to be cleared to unblock my account and hopefully get my money back. Horrible company never seen anything like this. If they cared about verifying transactions they should do so before you even deposit not afterwards to con you out of your own money.

I have contacted there support to ask why . But 3 days later still no reply . Looks like they let you deposit and play then ask for verification and then block your account for no reason . I don't have a Unibet account. I never use gambling sites. Yet there was 30 euro then 40 euro and so on taken from my bank account. I rang my bank and froze my card. How can someone use my bank card without getting caught on this site if you have to give your email address etc. I asked Unibet to tell me the name given on the account that was using my card. They cant and ok that's fine but its like a scooby doo mystery. Nobody has my bank details especially a site like Unibet. Unibet are consistently breaching their license conditions set by UKGC preventing customers withdrawing funds by only requesting verification at point of withdrawal. This is a breach of license conditions and they can be subject to regulatory action by UKGC as a result. I’ve read many reviews on here and elsewhere where other people have experienced the same. If you are in the UK and Unibet have done this to you please report it to the UKGC, the more people that report this the more likely they will face sanctions and regulatory action. These conditions are set by UKGC to prevent casinos from only requesting verification at point of withdrawal when this should be done before you are even allowed to deposit. Report to UKGC at
