Unibet Review

Deposited 250 euro through PayPal, you would think I deposited a million euro. They have frozen my account and asked for everything for verification. They even asked for bank statements even though I didn’t deposit through my bank. I have sent them everything and still not enough. I am now waiting on resolve to help me as had enough. Please avoid this company

This is the worst ever app, first of all don’t register with them. You’ll have a big problem,. They take more than a week for your verification keeping blocked anything you had whitdraw, and after one weeek, they reject proof of is, just because they are thieves. Minus 5 stars. Awful!!

My account was closed down by this company. I didn't do anything wrong. Unibet give me a notification that I am not playing with them anymore with no explanation. They choose which players they wanted and not us that is breach of equality act 2010 under protection characteristic.
I bet one football game and actually won. Then next moment they closed my account down on yesterday.
This company is a racist thug which other reviews have said.
I am going to take this company to courts for legal proceedings against them for breaching the laws on equality act 2010

I see all these reviews and can’t believe it I’ve been with Unibet for about 6 years use to use them a lot but stopped using the site for many years because the odds wasn’t as competitive as other sites but I’ve done a comparison with other sites and this has improved so I’ve started using again never had a issue with receiving winnings but if I do ever win my cash is in my bank account within 30 mins good fair site

I had used unibet for the first time in nov 19, 2020 and I lost and didnt use it since till recently 2021. I had a glitch on the site it would show an error message and the spinning wheel loading when I made a deposit. Then after trying it again it made 4 deposits of 200 dollars totaling $800. I was frustrated but I thought it would not be a big issue and I just went to withdraw 750 as 200 was a promo amount to win 50 casino dollars. I then proceeded to bet with the remaining 50 and won a couple bets leaving me with close to 900 in the account. I noticed that the withdrawl was taking forever. Then they blocked my account and are having me verify the transactions from nov 19, 2020. At first I could not even recall the transaction as it had occurred so long ago. They then asked me for statements for that paypal, the card used on nov 19, 2020 when the recent transactions had nothing to do with nov 19, 2020. April 20th 2021 is when these deposits went in. They are making it a nightmare to get my own money 800 of which was incorrectly deposited and about hundred in profits. I am still waiting to be cleared to unblock my account and hopefully get my money back. Horrible company never seen anything like this. If they cared about verifying transactions they should do so before you even deposit not afterwards to con you out of your own money.

I played on this site with no issues . Thought it was a good site. Never won but thats the chance you take. Next day I was asked for verification which I sent . Then my account got blocked. I have contacted there support to ask why . But 3 days later still no reply . Looks like they let you deposit and play then ask for verification and then block your account for no reason . To me this is a rip off site .

Many moons ago, a bookmaker existed by the name of Stan James and unlike today, you could then get a decent bet on no problem and frequently at that. But sadly, fast forward time and the early onset of tooth decay had became rampant ( just like all the others ) and they were morphed into a company by the name of UNIBET. !!! There is more chance of breaking into fort knox than placing more than 3 or 4 winning bets with these spivs and you will be reduced to pennies immediately. Then try withdrawing your money and you'll still be at it 5 years later, after having sent them your life story, just prey that you don't have a doppelganger. They will welcome you with open arms for life though if you want to play casino.!!! I don't have a Unibet account. I never use gambling sites. Yet there was 30 euro then 40 euro and so on taken from my bank account. I rang my bank and froze my card. How can someone use my bank card without getting caught on this site if you have to give your email address etc. I asked Unibet to tell me the name given on the account that was using my card. They cant and ok that's fine but its like a scooby doo mystery. Nobody has my bank details especially a site like Unibet. P.S. after reading all the reviews on here I'm getting my backside to a solicitor what Unibet have done is wrong taking money from my bank account without my knowledge!!!!

Unibet are consistently breaching their license conditions set by UKGC preventing customers withdrawing funds by only requesting verification at point of withdrawal. This is a breach of license conditions and they can be subject to regulatory action by UKGC as a result. I’ve read many reviews on here and elsewhere where other people have experienced the same. If you are in the UK and Unibet have done this to you please report it to the UKGC, the more people that report this the more likely they will face sanctions and regulatory action. These conditions are set by UKGC to prevent casinos from only requesting verification at point of withdrawal when this should be done before you are even allowed to deposit. Report to UKGC at

I opened an account and bet yesterday, i won my bet and they told me i lost. Luckily i have a screen shot of it. Then the blocked my account with no explanation. Please everyone avoid this site at all costs. I opened account and went to live chat and I asked them if they would like any additional documents to verify it. They told me no. So I asked if they will request any later when I make withdrawal and specifically wrote that I can only provide online bank statement and I dont have any utility bills on my name. I been told its fine. So I deposited and I played all good. The second I requested 5 withdrawal they blocked account and asked for so many documents including paper bank statement from bank branch with photo next to my face 🙂 I gave them every single document in the world including my council tax bill which is biggest proof of address possible and they laughed at me. I told them they cant request what they want if I give them some clearly correct goverment document. They reply was : we can ask for anything at anytime if we want to. I am going to lawsuit with them as they broke gambling commision rule which states they cant ask for additional documents upon withdrawal if they could asked for them when opening account. Anyone would like to join lawsuit I am sure there are thousands of people who got scammed by this company.

no stars should have been an option for this disgusting firm. Bookmakers should act in a legitimate manner and have good customer relations. This firm is a skidmark on the betting industry. I signed up yesterday for a new account. Deposited 200 and placed my first bet of 40 as they were offering a free bet of that amount if the bet lost. Opening the account was easy enough, placing the first bet was easy enough. But then spent all day trying to place a bet and kept getting an error message. 'A technical error has occured. Please try again later'. So I email them and 24 hours later I'm still awaiting their reply, with 160 stuck in the account that I can't use. So I try to withdraw my money and guess what…..'oops you need to verify your account before you can make a withdrawal'. It's my effin money you scumbags. you should verify yourselves as a legitimate company before you allow people to open accounts and put peoples money on hold. But through all of it they haven't sent me one single email to tell me what to do or what the problem is even though I have sent them 3 emails now asking what the hell they think they are doing. Thank god there are proper bookmakers available. Unibet are an absolute disgrace and I would not recommend them to anyone. I really don’t get these bad reviews as they are polar opposite of my experience.
