I placed a bet with Unibet for USA election 2020 for Donald Trump. it was stated clearly that the condition was " winner decided by who reaches the required numbers of electrical votes on the election day. If there is no clear winner on election day the offer will be settled as soon as a candidate is projected to win beyond reasonable doubt."

They declared I lost the bet and they further explained their term and condition as follow which stated no where on their website until you ask :

As previously mentioned the bets will be determined on the basis of 'reasonable doubt' in the circumstance that there is no clear winner on the night of election night.

As it currently stands, it has been accepted globally that Biden has won the election, this is further supported by the Associated Press declaring Biden as the winner of the presidential debate.

With the current electoral votes being 290-214 with Biden leading in other battlegrounds still contested, we argue that there is no reasonable doubt as to the winner of the election and unsubstantiated claims by the Trump camp do not constitute "reasonable doubt". Since there is no court ruling to support these claims, this serves as unreasonable allegations.

Such measures must be announced by the governing association before the last scheduled round/stage will be considered. Any changes effected after this date, or else referring to bets which have already been settled based on events happening during the event/competition will not be considered.

We have settled on numerous sources declaring Biden the winner. If this outcome gets changed at a later stage first official settlement will stand.

Very poor service, I genuinely think there slots are fixed i was playing return of kong megaways with a 2.5k balance at stakes of 2 and never got on the feature one nor came close to thats 1250 spins not included and winner could easily be over 2000 spins, I have played same game on many different sites and would minimum get on the feature 5/7 times with that balance and amount of spins. I'm reading the reviews and wondering if I got the wrong site. I've had zero issues with Unibet not alone that I've made some profit without any hitches. The verification was standard the online chat was consistent. In my opinion have used other online sites for ease of access I rate this site 10 out of ten and that is no exaggeration and I am not connected in any way to this site. Setup an account about a month ago, kept losing, won 2 bets last week total of 54 and they suspended my account for verification. Sent pictures of myself with ID and water bill and they closed my account and won’t offer an explanation!

Poker is good I’ve cashed in every tournament I’ve played , payouts are within a few hours . Problem I have is the App crashing through a game and my big hands I have to fold when a loose player calls with garbage and gets lucky . Or a get dealt pocket Ks or QS and you can guarantee someone has aces or a underpair and flops a set or rivers a straight or flush. So annoying having to fold premium hands to garbage.

Just to resolve fraud I emailed police report that they say the didn’t get so I re-emailed and confirmed they received. I get called multiple times a day saying i owe this fraudulent money. Well made 3 deposits in the last few days every single bonus I’ve had has been 5X or lower. The higher the stakes you play the dead spins become more and more common. I counted and averaged 20-28 dead spins to a 25p win on a 50p stake and no bonus on that deposit by the way. From minute I joined this online casino I had issues while playing on an iPad. I contacted them numerous times and was told each time it was either my internet connection or I need to clear my cookies. I have state of the art internet and router. I did as they asked and before playing ALWAYS cleared my cookies and cache. Well I play on many other sites and never an issues. So I reach out yet again and talk to a manager who admits to me they have IPad compatibility issues. So I only learn this after 6 months. During that time I was not able to view over $1000 worth of bets to see out come of the casino game. So I reached out and asked for two things. One, a way to play using iPad so that these issues do not happen again and for a measly $100 free play comp which I felt was more then fair since in fact I was not ale to watch over $1000 worth of play. A manager reached out with no explanation just a $50 credit. When I questioned why only $50 and no help in resolving iPad issue they suspended my account. I then tried to find out why and was given five different answers, stay away from this site. Customer service is subpar, have an issue they will cancel your account. I have filed complaint with Pa Gaming commission.

Warning for new customers. I registered an account on this site, but could not upload documents for verification because this option was blocked. After contacting the customer service, I received information that my account was suspended for no good reason. Terrible! No way to cash out! Signed up and deposited $300 to get $300 match. It says 10x rollover but I was playing $100 hands of blackjack and played well over 100 hands. Went to cash out and it said I was only 20% way thru rollover and still had over $5k to bet before I can even withdrawal any amount (can't even get initial deposit back). I deposited 2000 to play poker here full time. I sent them an incredible amount of info for ID and proof of address but had multiple documents rejected. The first was a selfie with my passport, which Skrill insisted on, but apparently Unibet can’t accept ID with me holding it (Surely more secure?) because they can’t zoom in slightly. Then the one that delayed me for a whole month- they need proof of address to be a letter which was sent through the post! Environment? Who cares… electronic PDF forwarded from business Email address with their logos on? Nope. Council tax bill from a .gov portal? Absolutely not! They need it through the post! Seriously- I warned them that it would take a bank or overstretched local government office a long time to post something like that out but they wouldn’t listen… By the way, the back and forth had already taken a few weeks to this point and 1 month after that (7 weeks from registration) I finally get a letter through the post. 4 days after that I get a reply from Unibet and the account has been authorised. If you have gone electronic to do the right thing, please think twice about using these dinosaurs! And when I finally got on the website, it’s very limited- no rush games, only cash with regs Multi-tabling at NL100+ stakes and very limited tourney selection; not for anyone thinking about making a living here. Suffice to say, I closed the account and wish I hadn’t wasted my time.

Fixed matches are matches people find hard to get and make money with. I should count my self as one of the lucky once that got access to that, this all happened when I started betting I was recording much losses on my unibet account that was tragic thou, but on a long search I later found a tipster on Instagram by the name EDDY_TIPS who is also on telegram with the name KINGYPICKS he offers me fixed odd which I stake and make millions of pounds within few months on my unibet account, and he do gives me odd on payment afterwinning which I keep to every part of his deal. Awful, I have moved house and unibet see this as a chance to keep any monies. No documentation is accepted, so far my voter registration (electoral role), driving licence, pdf of bank statement, passport, home insurance documents have been deemed insufficient. They have also applied deadlines to make it even harder.

It's the 21st century and most people use online billing. But I have managed to paper copies for the above and still no (including photos of me holding the paper copies).

It is ridiculous that I can vote, drive, insure property but cannot withdraw my 70 from this company.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. AVOID this company. I opened an account today, deposited money and placed a bet. I tried to access the account not long after opening the account and received a 'technical error' message. I tried to withdraw my deposit and received another error message. After contacting these people on live chat, I was told my account was closed. I received no communication that my account was closed yet they were quite happy to take my money and not inform me of the closure.
