But the things that happens to poker game situations are very, very strange. Suddenly, you wake up with a dude who's constantly folded or playing only the good cards, go all in with an poor hand and catch you with an AK and he wins.
There are many situations in which 2 players goes all and the third one (mostly on the position after yours) calls with an impossible hand like A 10 off suit and he catch straight, full house, flushes with 4 cards on the board, etc.
I thnk there are some strange loops on their poker software that disadvantages the real poker strategies to make their application to be played only by gamblers. Or maybe just bots.
So, my review over the poker playing on unibet is stay away from this site if you are thinking to play and win with poker strategies. If you are a gambler, good luck! You will need it!

This is the worst betting App of them all for a multitude of reasons.
#1 why do they need your location on?
#2 they bombard you with emails after signing up of promises for free bets and spins that end up in nothing.
#3 they then promote and promise great prizes for playing live roulette with more freebies that just don't materialise at all.
#4 last but certainly not least the live blackjack lol hilarious every hand is 13 14 or 15 whilst the dealer always gets a playing card first King Queen etc with another high card.
#6 Watch the chat room while people are getting their cards every is saying the same thing 13 14 or 15 whilst the dealer gets the great hand. .
#7 To conclude it's a scam you've literally no chance ar any level and the bonus and freebies never materialize.

Wouldn’t trust Unibet at all. Most companies are satisfied with driving licence as identification.. these wanted a picture of the card and bank statement on top. Further on I made and account for my mum as she’s likes a bit of a gamble and saw a promotion she liked so I signed her up with all the correct details apart from I added 10 from my card which she gave me back in cash.. and without knowing you shouldn’t use third party cards as it’s one of her first times online she won 800 and as soon as we explained the situation to them they blocked the account and refused to pay out.. I’d stay right clear of these cons keep ur money or play elsewhere

Be very carefull of this site! I have issues with gambling and sadly caved in on this lockdown when had been doing great!

I signed up to this site whilst been registered on gamstop and they did not bother verifying account whilst I lost whole life savings , rent and family now – 5k in space of 3 weeks

Spoke to gamstop who told me to speak gambling Commission who then told me to complain to company so I did and all I got back of a guy called Richard is will reply in next 8 weeks

I have been a member of Unibet for a very long time and have made loads of deposits. Over 2 weeks ago i suddenly received an email to say my account has been suspended and that they will get back in touch with me. Well they still have not. Despite numerous emails to them sent over a week ago there has still been no valid reason for suspension and still no communication from them at all. Also the staff on live chat are very rude and not very helpful. Bad service all way round. Not at all happy.

I see a lot of recent bad reviews and wanted to share mine. I made a deposit, received my bonus match and met the wagering requirements (did take awhile but I wasn't planning on cashing out right away), then cashed out and received my money in my account in about 12 hours. So far they have had the quickest payout of any online casino I have used. The slots were up and down as they should be. I did go on some dry runs though. That's just slots. I didn't notice anything unusual like I have with a few other online casinos.

Slots are sometimes fair, but BLACKJACK IS A JOKE! I get blackjack and almost every time so does dealer so it pushes the bet. BTW do you know how often this could possibly happen? It's minuscule. But that's what almost every blackjack session has done for me. Do you think it's possible for dealer to get 10+ on almost every first card, well it happens here to me so you want odds, just go to a real casino because these odds don't seem even close to real. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Have anyone else been robben from them?

They stole 15k euros from my account. I been betting there for months and had a few withdrawels (not sure if im up or down). Then all of the sudden they freeze my account and i get a message from a retired guy called George Debrincat with the explanation that its not my account or something in that line. Asked my rich friends about this George, and they told me hes involved in the Panama Paper scandal.

This just makes me sick. I could really use that money when im unemploy during the Corona times.

Thought i would give this site another go.. still appalling payouts, unbelievable really only 50p and 1 wins for a 1 stake but mostly empty spins, hundreds running into thousands of spins. hardly ever pays bonus rounds, 25 times play thru on offers. not good try another site if you are looking for decent gaming because this one simply isn't. now excluded for five years as there is no option to close your account!

This is an email i received after complaining about being disconnected by the site (not my computer or network as i was able to navigate around other sites).
My wifi remained connected. The site said i had timed out and had been inactive but i was playing for half an hour. There was a Unibet Service issue.
I tried to get back in but the same message came up.
The spelling and Grammar shows how much care is given to Customer Service.

customer service terrible. I joined this site, I uploaded documents – driving licence – within 50 seconds my account was BLOCKED. The message I got was that I had joined the site when I was under age. As I am over 50 – that is a joke. No response whatsoever from them. But when they have all your information including photo id etc, then block your account, that becomes suspicious.

I‘m amassed how many people got robbed by unibet. After a 6 months verification, they closed my account permanently and steal my own deposited money without any reason. I have provided them plenty of documents, selfies, even proceeded a phone verification. I asked for wire transfer just in case to confirm that I am the owner of the account, but no cooperation from their side. Stay away from this scammers.

Just been looking at my bank statements 20 th of March 2019 this is for one day. I deposited 2 x 400.13×300 3×200.2×100 over 5000 deposit I was a problem gambler at the time looking back they should of put a block on my account until .I could prove proof of source my deposits was taken by FIRST clear ltd which looks at bit funny. They have a DUTY of care this can not be right unibet real do need investigating by the gambling commission.

They like to hold customer's fund making excuses like your verification is not done. While we send the documents they say your documents don't meet our criteria whilst it says clearly on their required documents list like proof of ID, Proof of address and so on. They make excuses like your ID is a blur after I send the High-resolution picture they again ask me to send holding ID next to my face then they asked me to send proof id, I sent them Online statement they asked me to send postal one which I sent as well but after that they made an excuse of the document is not clear and asking me to hold statement next to my face again. They clearly do have intention of not giving our fund back even they threatened to close my account with the money on it lame excuse of forfeited, all I am waiting them to be sued soon because of the extra hassle they giving to the customer's making their own rules not complying with Gambling commission regulation.

Went on here did ok at poker cashed out a few times ok. Then went on a run and ran it up to 4800cad. My account was already verified then all of a sudden they requested that I verified again when I won a decent score,sent them my documents again and they said it would take only 3dAys. Been using Unibet for years now and i can tell you that they are OKE until you need the customer service. The customer service is awful, just awful, they don't help, they talk bad English and it's always the customers fault. Wrong statistics on the website is not Unibet's fault, its the responsibility of the customer to double check the stats before placing a bet. They also resettle bets 2 days later as lost and during matches the remove markets for football games such as card markets for example. The Evolution casino they offer for the roulette is bad. The wheel most of the time is legit, but sometimes the wheel goes crazy and even though the ball is in red for example the ball starts shaking and goes into black. When you are in the casino and playing roulette there is a chat and most of the times it goes like: scam! magnet! Few days ago there were 20 blacks in a row and sure that can happen, but a few times the ball bumped out of the slot like there was a trampoline. Then after the run, where the fall fell into was where the ball stayed and before that it would go out of it every time like magic.

Never had problems with paying out.

2 stars, i was doubting between 1, but there is some decent stuff and the site looks good. Because of my country i can't use bet365 for example so Unibet is an ok alternative. But removing markets during football games or when you place a bet on a game it just disappears those things are super frustrating. Happens way too often and customer service does nothing. When you need them you're fckd. In short this is it, ofc there are more things to dislike, but in general this is it.

I have used Unibet many times for my football bets and for games / Casino….And I have nothing but praise for them as a company, Plenty good games to choose from…the site is easy to manoeuvre around and if your lucky enough to win some cash then they payout quickly and keep you informed along the way ( which is a nice touch ) I am not one for writing reviews to be honest, But thought I would make an exception this time…Give credit where its due.
