The site itself is well presented and the variety of games is fantastic. However, unibet is renowned for their games paying out exceptionally less than other casinos, which I have to agree on based on all 5 of my deposits. Their games feel too artificial and not genuine. I can understand how they're able to offer such high bonuses now, as the games you put the money into don't return much back. Their wagering is low on bonus funds should you win, which is good at only x25 the bonus amount. I strongly cannot recommend this site, as the games don't feel genuine, and on all deposit occasions never had a mediocre payout, let alone a good one. Dead spin city. This site is sistered with bingo.com, which I advise to stay away from both.

I was told that my bank statement is fake?? WDF man, I requested it from Monzo and that is what I got now you're saying its fake??? So you just make money out of everyone like that??? Stole my money with no reason. They claim for identity and player security and after sending government issued id and bank statements they reply saying they want a photograph of the bank card. I sent a bank statement with the transaction and last digits of the card number visible yet they just retained my funds and cannot be bothered to even give an explanation, or any reply at all for that matter. I have just registered and transferred 2x125 euros. However they have now blocked my account because they need to verify my identity and it will take 10 days. So I cannot place any bets today. I will not be interested in 10 days. They of course do not want to reimburse me! Outrageous!

You start winning, they block your account, was really shocked when I couldn't access my account anymore when I had 5K on it. But at the end they processed my withdrawal and I received the funds but couldn't continue playing.

So i was playing the Casion games on Unibet and first day i pay in 30 Euro and lost. Ok not bad. Few days later i did the same, again 30 Euro. I did it 6 times each 30 euro so i spend in one month 180 Euro and never even got 5 Euro over my new payment so always just pay in and drop to zero and playing games at 0.20 Euro bet per round. So i Pay another 30 Euro, total 210 and wow i got to 112 Euro. Nice but still 100 down. So i said lets play a bit maybe i get to 140 or 150 and then its good. Well that was obviously not the case. I played and played and played and nothing came. I play 5 -10 rounds spend 2 euro and win 0.08 Euro in 10 rounds. It keept going down and down and down and not a single free spins or bonus game till i got to 6.40 Euro so it took me 105.60 Euro to get one time free spins and i got 15 free spins. So i lost 105 Euro to end with one time 15 free spins and i get 2.73 Euro from 15 spins. Whats more prooving that this site is just scam and cheat. After i got the big win ( i had around 42 Euro and got a big win of 70 Euro in one turn) and got to 112 Euro. Then i press to roll again and i get the message " a server error occured pls restart the game". So i reload the site open up the same game and well down ti 6.40 Euro once 15 free spins and get 2.73 Euro. Wow you take 105 Euro just to give me 2,73 bqack to keep me playin?? Absolute scam site. I learned my lesson, never trust online casino sites they are all scammers and Unibet is the worst

Absolute scam site, Was a customer on StanJames for about 15 years, they were then bought out by unibet and my account then became a unibet account, placed a few bets and made some withdrawals no problem at all then 2 weeks ago I made a withdrawal on the 27th of Feb by Neteller after having deposited the day before and won some money, I woke up the next morning expecting the money to be in my neteller account, I logged into my unibet account to see what the issue was and there was a message saying I needed to verify my account, clicked on this message and it said "proof of address" needs to be verified, this is where it gets funny, I went onto live chat and asked what I needed to do to verify this, they told me I had to send them photos of my passport or driving license, selfies holding the driving license next to my face and also a photo and seflie next to my face of a bank statement or utility bill that was dated within the last few months and clearly showed my address, I emailed them the following, a photo of each of my driving license and passport + a selfie holding each close to my face, I then explained to them I receive all my bank statements and utlitly bills paperless now, so I included 2 screenshots of 2 different statements from 2 different banks, I also download and attached a PDF file of each bank statement to the email, they then reply a few hours saying they cant accept screenshots or PDF files of my bank statements, it has to be an official letter thats been sent to my house, I asked what the difference was as the information would be exactly the same on both the screenshot and letter, they then replied and dodged the question and insisted I send them a photo and selfie of a bank statement that had been posted to me, I then asked if I went to my local bank branch and got them to print me off an official statement with a bank stamp added to it for proof would that be acceptable, again they reply saying no, then it gets funnier, the following day, they reply to me saying my selfies are unacceptable, apparently they were taken too closely to my face and the passport/driving license were blurred and unreadable, ok I thought, took some more and emailed them, about 3 hours later I get a reply now saying the photos have to include my forearm in them showing me holding the passport/driving license, so I took again and resent, the next morning I recieve an email now saying im holding the passport/driving license wrongly, I need to only hold it with my thumb and index finger, I burst out laughing at this, so again I retook the selfies, at this point ive taken and sent them over 20 photos, they reply the following day saying they will pass these over to the verification team to review but still need me to send them a photo of a bank statement sent to me through the post, I then order one from my bank which im told will take 5-7 working days to arrive, skip to 2nd of March and im still waiting for bank statement to be sent to me, I do tho get a letter from my bank about another matter, I take the photos and selfies of this and email them to customer support asking if this official bank letter would eligible to be used to verify my address, they replied an hour saying they think it can and they would pass this over to the verification team + they would email me back if anything else was required or this wasnt eligible to be used to finally verify my account and remove the limitation + give me my withdrawal, I wait till Fri 6th march (yesterday) and ask on live chat whats going on with my account as when I log in its still restricted, they look into this and tell me its still being dealt with and they cant give me a timeframe for when it will be sorted, I then wait again for the millionth time, this morning I wake up, no emails from unibet in my gmail, so i go back onto livechat again today and the guy looks into my account and tells me my documents are still in the queue to be verified. 1/2

I wouldn’t say that unibet is the best casino online especially not compared to play ojo , however . On the one time my husband won the payout was like one day . Really fast no messing around no asking for documents or identification then asking for more and more no stress or hassle he just got the payout really fast . So I believe they are a trusting site . The range of games are fabulous. They never seem to freeze or lag . It’s an up to date variety full site that can provide you with fun so long as you stay in control of course. Deposit limits are super easy to add or change you can take breaks easily if you wish it’s all very simple to follow . Much better than many other sites just perhaps not as good as play ojo - I don’t personally think any casino online will beat play ojo in its up to date approach and fantastic customer service . But yes if you’re looking for a trustworthy site packed with variety and no nonsense withdrawals unibets perfect for you :) Sports bets and live games and casino all fabulous ! I have deposited and not placed a single bet. My account was frozen and funds confiscated on bases of breaking of T&C. They refuse to tell me which. They have not requested any documents and refuse to communicate. This is the worst experience in betting I ever had. Beware of depositing with them, they will steal your $.

It’s a decent sports book but STAY AWAY FROM THE CASINO. it is so fixed and you witness highly unlikely trends that will lose you a lot of $ very quickly. Do not put any money in the casino, it is not regulated and should be illegal. It’s run by foreigners and they love American currency!

gave this site a try.... lots of slots to play but rarely pay out more than half or equal stake.. returns are terrible. bonus round free spins etc just never come in to play over hundreds of spins and the odd time they do the payout is appalling not a good experience... time to close the account i think its very suspicious.

I set up a Unibet account 5 weeks ago. After a number of winning bets I was asked to send in a photo of my ID, a bank statement for the card I used to deposit, and another proof of address. I was told it would take up to 72 hours to review. I sent all of these documents in, confident they’d all be verified quite quickly and so continued to bet in the mean time. I ended up winning 1,100 in my account. I kept on chasing them up on live chat for an update on my verification and kept being told my documents were still in a queue waiting to be verified. I was told this daily for four weeks (despite being promised only 72 hours max). After four weeks I was then asked to send in a selfie style photo ID which I adhered to straight away. The following day I was then asked for a photo of a second form of ID which I sent in. I’ve had to wait another week only now to be told that a decision has been made to permanently close my account and that they’re under no obligation to give me any explanation for this, nor to pay my winnings out. Avoid them at all costs, they’re the most fraudulent bookmaker I’ve ever come across!

Decent Sportsbook with a ton of betting options and awesome plus money lines I just can’t get over how fixed the casino is. Whenever you start to put real $ on roulette (50$ or more a spin) not only do you lose every spin but the ball doesn’t even bounce. Lower wagers you will see the ball bounce around but when you wager more it just instantly sits into a losing number. They’re not even subtle about it. Stay away from casino. Lost 20+ hands in a row once in BJ. Great for sports though

It’s becoming a joke now. Thousands upon thousands of spins on millionaire megaways now and I can count bonuses on one hand. Not that I get them because I’ve never managed to make it past 8 lousy spins. Thought I’d play it enough to see if it would change or show its potential before I came here but no it’s the same crap everytime I play the thing. I would put 0 stars if I could! So I have sent in my documents to be verified 5 days ago still not heard from them I have made withdrawals which are on hold. I also have money in my account that I cant even use. Live chat are useless they just say the same over and over again "your accounts under reveiw" A few people told me to stay away from this company but thought I would give them a try. If it's not sorted out asap I will be taking it further, I just want my account verified so I can carry on and play & then il write a good review!

Do not use this company, they profile there customers. Do not help when problems arise and staff just hate you if you don't have a western name. Then it gives an out of country code to call, cashed it with no luck. So save your money and go to different site. They won’t give you bonus!
