I applaud Unibet for having a range of the best games on the market, generous bonuses and friendly customer care. Some odds on sport are also great so grab them while you still can. What I would personally love to see is 6 hours per week of Fair Gambling promotion up to 50 pounds. This can be achieved in many ways: 1) Wild American Roulette - "00" wins on Red/Black bet 2) Wild European Roulette - 0 ties on Red/Black bet 3) 100x odds on Craps, come out bet 50 pence 4) 2.75% commission on Baccarat 5) Equal bet on Niu Niu pays even money 6) Yes Dice 7) Middle bet on Sic Bo - 10 or 11 pays 3:1 ... and so on. I've tried other sites but I always come back to Unibet. Customer service is the best, nothing seems to be too much trouble, making the whole site a real pleasure to use.

Registering was easy and depositing via PayPal without any problems. From the start I played an unknown slot but quickly realilsed I could stop the reels something I prefer. This resulted in a 300 win for my 50p bet. My withdrawal of 300 was done overnight without needing my ID. Obviously my electronic ID was acceptable. But then I played over many days 220 on low stakes as per norm and not one bonus and hardly any wins. I found this to unfair and just very expensive entertainment, so I closed my account. So much for RTP as I do wonder now if their RNG is in question.

Just had the most bizarre experience with a betting company since I started betting a few years ago. Congrats Unibet. Signed up and instantly was asked for verification. Now I'm not against that, sometimes I'd rather they did it before I started betting than when I ask to cashout my funds after a win like lots do. I uploaded my drivers license and proof of address bank statement .pdf file. I was then asked to check my verification status and the .pdf file wasn't good enough (why?) so they wanted one sent through the post. Fine. Took the time to phone my bank and order one then took a photo of it when it arrived. All approved apparently. I then went onto live chat to ask for my welcome bonus to be re credited as it had expired because of the verification requests and the time it took. The live chat operator credited it and all was well as far as i was aware. About ten mins after the live chat I had an email saying that they wanted ANOTHER proof of address sent to my house and then a selfie with my proof of address! As if I hadn't jumped through enough hoops already. They are just taking the preverbial p1ss now. I still hadn't had a bet or made a deposit lol. I've closed my account. What a bizarre experience as a new customer. Are they not interested in new customers? Now I feel p1ssed because I've given all my ID and proof of address to a company based in fkn malta or somewhere and I suspect they are involved in fraud with peoples IDs. Fully expect to find my ID on the darkweb now available to whoever the highest bidder is. Utter shambles.

Unibet poker = Unibet RIPOFF. The more you play the more bugs and "shady sh#t" you come across. From playing vs bots with informational advantages to having the worst mathematically possible runs (after you withdraw credit from your account). A poker application with a scam algorithm. Do not bet with unibet. I tried to withdraw money from them and sent them all the verification documents that they asked for. They asked for a picture of my driver's license next to my face which I did. They then responded with closing my account down and freezing my funds. They would not let me withdraw my own money and provided no explanation why other than the fact that as per their t&cs they have the right to freeze funds. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!! A very bad bookie, avoid. After placing just 1 bet and winning a very small amount of money, under 5, they blocked my account with no explanation. I take it they only want to take your money, not to give money. Well, it's not how this business works.

They were also very happy to close my account, despite continually telling me I was a valued customer. No cash out on horse bets. Can't mix sports bets with horse bets. Not as quick as bet355/skybet. Should reward loyal customers with free bets instead of having to deposit to get free spins etc.

I’ve been using unibet for over a year now I liked it a lot and still using it but it’s went downhill I’ve had a few bad experiences regarding bets and wrong details in matches With corners etc and not getting my money back this has happened on numerous occasions and when I’ve went on the live chat they’re saying it’s my fault when that isn’t true. I’ve spent a lot of money with use and a loyal customer but that didn’t seem to matter.

Bunch of ugly scammers. There's nothing in Malta or Gibraltar for them or their families they are just wasting time when no one likes them outside their little gambling hub and this kills them everyday. just an adequate online bookmaker,website functions fairly well but theres nothing to distinguish it from the others in the mid range as it doesnt often give free bets,or run a bet club like skybet or coral,the odds on site arent typically better than other companies,I only bet with Unibet if the odds are favourable

Got robbed for 1700 pounds - they refused to accept my docuements, because of double standards they have regarding winnings/ loosing clients. After 2 months of waiting and tens of unecessary documents - some of them already accepted, and then rejected 1 month later by the same departament, I lost my patient finally. Stay out ! Purely The worst customer service on the UK market !
