I wouldn’t say that unibet is the best casino online especially not compared to play ojo , however . On the one time my husband won the payout was like one day . Really fast no messing around no asking for documents or identification then asking for more and more no stress or hassle he just got the payout really fast .
So I believe they are a trusting site . The range of games are fabulous. They never seem to freeze or lag . It’s an up to date variety full site that can provide you with fun so long as you stay in control of course.
Deposit limits are super easy to add or change you can take breaks easily if you wish it’s all very simple to follow . Much better than many other sites just perhaps not as good as play ojo – I don’t personally think any casino online will beat play ojo in its up to date approach and fantastic customer service .
But yes if you’re looking for a trustworthy site packed with variety and no nonsense withdrawals unibets perfect for you 🙂

I have deposited and not placed a single bet. My account was frozen and funds confiscated on bases of breaking of T&C. They refuse to tell me which. They have not requested any documents and refuse to communicate. This is the worst experience in betting I ever had.

Placed one bet to and account was frozen with all the winnings in. No communication from Unibet to do this. I get it is in their T&C's but it seems to be a pattern from what I have read on other chatrooms. Absolutely disgusting!

It’s a decent sports book but STAY AWAY FROM THE CASINO. it is so fixed and you witness highly unlikely trends that will lose you a lot of $ very quickly. Do not put any money in the casino, it is not regulated and should be illegal. It’s run by foreigners and they love American currency!

Deposited 100 and before i could even log back in to spin on Casino they had frozen my account and stated in an email that they "do not need to give me a reason for doing so"

customer support are an absolute joke and all they could say was it is in our terms and we feel you have violated them, again could not tell me how or when or even what i had done (which was nothing because i hadn't even logged in!!) This will be disputed with my bank and they claim they are going to fight it!

gave this site a try…. lots of slots to play but rarely pay out more than half or equal stake.. returns are terrible. bonus round free spins etc just never come in to play over hundreds of spins and the odd time they do the payout is appalling not a good experience… time to close the account i think its very suspicious.

I set up a Unibet account 5 weeks ago. After a number of winning bets I was asked to send in a photo of my ID, a bank statement for the card I used to deposit, and another proof of address. I was told it would take up to 72 hours to review. I sent all of these documents in, confident they’d all be verified quite quickly and so continued to bet in the mean time. I ended up winning 1,100 in my account. I kept on chasing them up on live chat for an update on my verification and kept being told my documents were still in a queue waiting to be verified. I was told this daily for four weeks (despite being promised only 72 hours max). After four weeks I was then asked to send in a selfie style photo ID which I adhered to straight away. The following day I was then asked for a photo of a second form of ID which I sent in. I’ve had to wait another week only now to be told that a decision has been made to permanently close my account and that they’re under no obligation to give me any explanation for this, nor to pay my winnings out. Avoid them at all costs, they’re the most fraudulent bookmaker I’ve ever come across!

Decent Sportsbook with a ton of betting options and awesome plus money lines

I just can’t get over how fixed the casino is. Whenever you start to put real $ on roulette (50$ or more a spin) not only do you lose every spin but the ball doesn’t even bounce. Lower wagers you will see the ball bounce around but when you wager more it just instantly sits into a losing number. They’re not even subtle about it. Stay away from casino. Lost 20+ hands in a row once in BJ.

It’s becoming a joke now. Thousands upon thousands of spins on millionaire megaways now and I can count bonuses on one hand. Not that I get them because I’ve never managed to make it past 8 lousy spins. Thought I’d play it enough to see if it would change or show its potential before I came here but no it’s the same crap everytime I play the thing. Wilds never connect anything, always one symbol off a decent win and you will never see a king drop in reel 2 after a cascade. Pretty convenient as kings literally flood the first and third reels all the time. 100% rigged I’ve played it enough now to know RNG is a load of lies.

I would put 0 stars if I could!
So I have sent in my documents to be verified 5 days ago still not heard from them I have made withdrawals which are on hold. I also have money in my account that I cant even use. Live chat are useless they just say the same over and over again "your accounts under reveiw"
A few people told me to stay away from this company but thought I would give them a try.
If it's not sorted out asap I will be taking it further, I just want my account verified so I can carry on and play & then il write a good review!

tricky bonus offers. Making no sense. Betting within odds of 2.0 but because it’s multiple all game need to be 2.0 odd. Usually when a mistake it’s done they realise the free bets anyway. But not here. Not a good idea to bet here at all.

Do not use this company, they profile there customers. Do not help when problems arise and staff just hate you if you don't have a western name.

The app is dodgy, it will close down on its own and also the staff are rude and do not reply to you.

I deposited amount fits first time to receive bonus match, I waited 72 hours and still haven’t received bonus, when you go to ask for help or live chat, if redirects you to site where you log in doesn’t work, then gives you a few options I have written several requests, but still no answer or response. Then it gives an out of country code to call, cashed it with no luck. So save your money and go to different site. They won’t give you bonus!

Got robbed for 1700 pounds – they refused to accept my docuements, because of double standards they have regarding winnings/ loosing clients. After 2 months of waiting and tens of unecessary documents – some of them already accepted, and then rejected 1 month later by the same departament, I lost my patient finally.

Registering was easy and depositing via PayPal without any problems. From the start I played an unknown slot but quickly realilsed I could stop the reels something I prefer. This resulted in a 300 win for my 50p bet. My withdrawal of 300 was done overnight without needing my ID. Obviously my electronic ID was acceptable. But then I played over many days 220 on low stakes as per norm and not one bonus and hardly any wins. I found this to unfair and just very expensive entertainment, so I closed my account. So much for RTP as I do wonder now if their RNG is in question.

Just had the most bizarre experience with a betting company since I started betting a few years ago. Congrats Unibet.

Signed up and instantly was asked for verification. Now I'm not against that, sometimes I'd rather they did it before I started betting than when I ask to cashout my funds after a win like lots do. I uploaded my drivers license and proof of address bank statement .pdf file. I was then asked to check my verification status and the .pdf file wasn't good enough (why?) so they wanted one sent through the post. Fine. Took the time to phone my bank and order one then took a photo of it when it arrived. All approved apparently.

I then went onto live chat to ask for my welcome bonus to be re credited as it had expired because of the verification requests and the time it took. The live chat operator credited it and all was well as far as i was aware.

About ten mins after the live chat I had an email saying that they wanted ANOTHER proof of address sent to my house and then a selfie with my proof of address! As if I hadn't jumped through enough hoops already. They are just taking the preverbial p1ss now.

I still hadn't had a bet or made a deposit lol. I've closed my account.

What a bizarre experience as a new customer. Are they not interested in new customers?

Now I feel p1ssed because I've given all my ID and proof of address to a company based in fkn malta or somewhere and I suspect they are involved in fraud with peoples IDs. Fully expect to find my ID on the darkweb now available to whoever the highest bidder is.

Do not bet with unibet. I tried to withdraw money from them and sent them all the verification documents that they asked for. They asked for a picture of my driver's license next to my face which I did. They then responded with closing my account down and freezing my funds.

They would not let me withdraw my own money and provided no explanation why other than the fact that as per their t&cs they have the right to freeze funds.

Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!! Hope they can keep anyone's money is beyond me
