What a ripping off gaming site never ever pays out any money I have played the same game for 5weeks now without a substantial win where all the other sites give you a win to draw you level eventually and this site never gets me even why is that obviously it is rigged and all it has done is take my money never ever does it give a win more than 10 your initial deposit it is a rigged site and when I contacted customer services they said they are regulated by the ukgc which I investigated and on that site said unibet was investigated for taking 629000 pound from a punter and never stopped them gambolling what a terrible site which needs stopping and made to pay people money back as the only reason to be on a site is to win and have a chance of a win not to lose constantly leave the site alone and if you have been ripped off report um this site needs stopping ripping people off

Keep well away!!! Worst site I have ever played, the chase for the bonuses on the slots last forever and a day and when they do appear several 's later they pay rubbish. I have just closed my account.

The exact same games on this site compared to other site plays totally different in favour of this casino, it is almost impossible to profit but can guarantee a loss. We all know gambling is a risk however it should still be fair.

Do not sign up, I was 3 months trying to get my initial deposit of 500 euro back, they ended up only giving me half, what would it be like trying to get paid, they are the worst online site I’ve ever seen. I know the procedure as I worked in a place like this, they try not to pay hoping you’ll just end up gambling it away, staff are also scum, they won’t speak to you, everything done through email. Stay Away or be prepared to lose whatever you invest

Made a deposit and turned a small profit. Account suspended. No reason given. Have chatted online multiple times, emailed in and spoke direct to customer services. Im in a queue and that's it. Ridiculous. Now into day 4and no further forward.

I am back with another review today since my last. Seeing as it was my first time playing and making a few deposits last time I reviewed I decided to give this site the benefit of the doubt and make several more deposits… did this make my experience better? Did it hell. I've made 4 deposits since and no matter what price you put the bets on slots at they will take away every spin without giving one win. They are tampering with the slots 100%.
I am mortified with the company and to add things further I tried getting in touch to put in my complaint and they have seemed to have blocked all online contact.
Please please if you are looking for a good casino with the best slots you wont find them here. Avoid at all costs unless you want your money stolen with each deposit. Shame on you unibet. Vile company.

Beware of accepting bonuses at this website. I made two €60 euro deposits, for which I was rewarded a total of €80 in bonuses.
After 30 minutes of playing ‘Monopoly Live’, I was up €400 and I wanted to withdraw. When I tried to do this, it said that my ‘cash balance’ was only €10 and my ‘bonus balance’ was €590. Unibet does not allow players to withdraw the so called ‘bonus balance’.
Thus, in addition to overstating my bonus balance and not letting me withdraw it, Unibet took the money I deposited and ran with it.

Having had an awful experience at Betdaq (basically Ladbrokes).
I signed up to Unibet, they are by far the best site I’ve joined. Withdrawals are quick and the sports betting site works well, live casino is the best I’ve used by far.
Excellent work and restored my faith in the betting industry, keep up the good work.

I've played on all the bookies and without a doubt unibet is by far the best. Great bonuses offered to to customer and the wagering etc is always made nice and clear prior to accepting. A vast amount of slots and the sporting betting couldn't be more simpler. Ive been on noumours bookies and they either have limited slots or their sporting betting is not straight forward. Top notch customer service , I had to contact them once and they are really good ( I have contacted CS on other bookies in the past and they are by no means as good as unibet) just an all round top bookies and would highly recommend.

Overall unibet is a above average site. Everything runs smooth and fast without any technical issues. One thing that the company should definitely look into is the reward system for loyal customers who spend a considerate amount of money on their platform. One thing that wasn't clear to me when I registered with unibet is that in order to get a money bonus you had to contact them and request one, where other sites I use give me bonuses automatically for being a loyal customer, occasionally even getting 100 pounds of money I don't need to wager! The bonus I have been receiving are sadly low comparing other sites especially when the amount I spend on unibet the bonus money should be more satisfying. Once that changes I will solely use Unibet but until the reward system is more beneficial for the loyal customers, i will use other companies. It does get a but annoying that I have to contact UNIBET each time I want a bonus money reward, where for the first time since joining I haven't asked them for any bonus making me feel like I lost a good amount in bonuses all because I wasnt aware you had to request it yourself. Other than that the services are great. Easy to operate platform with great visuals. Thanks

should combine Horse Racing and sports in accumulators….not being able is very odd…think you might well lose a lot of customers on this basis…but your bonuses are great …and extra places on racing now and again is competitive!

I enjoy the app, I like the markets, but to be denied my biggest win this season which is tragically small by most people’s standards because I selected a new bonus before I cashed my bet out is really bad… genuinely feel like I’ve been robbed here. Evil scam website. Don't take the bonus. They use it to secretly make rules up attached to it and anything you win like I did in one of the cheaper lotteries they snatch it in 7 days! Reminds me of the conniving British Empires bloody merciless thieves that forever owe me money or large compensation settlement for theft who if they don't pay will be absorbed of their luck, sleep and recovery in life. Very difficult to make significant winnings at this casino. Usually, I make small winnings on the 1st or second game, after that, forget it. There is something wrong with their games, in my opinion. You get small winnings but bonus rounds or are difficult to show up, or you need 100s of spins to get them and when finally you get them they give you peanuts. Even if you try the next bonus round you probably will get peanuts again. I play on several casinos and at this one games work different, so it's good for the first couple of rounds if you're happy with 10-15% winnings, after that, move on, too risky, and initial winnings are not great.

The best price option on horse racing is excellent as is the ease with which you can deposit money, but withdrawing winnings is less well advertised and aspects of the site are difficult to navigate. It appears you are encouraged to a variety of betting options but if you are interested in specific sports bets over a period of time eg soccer, horse racing, rugby, you have to go through a lengthy process by comparison with a number of other providers to get there
