AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMING THIEVING LIARSI have been gambling most of my adult life and never had a situation like this.. I placed a few bets with £100 and they all won and my return should have been £5000 as a total, which I withdrew, just to be sent an email saying they had to verify my account before payout. After sending drivers licence, bank card, proof address, and then a specific statement with certain dates they asked for but were not generated yet as it wasn’t end of month, so had to visit my local branch, I sent all documents and after waiting for 15 days I receive an email to tell me they are only giving me £1000 (which is total of my deposits) and confiscated £4000 because apparently I breached there T&C’s but when I asked what I had done wrong I was sent a reply basically saying don’t contact us our decision is final!!!!!! Never in my life have I been robbed so blatantly. This company are so illegal and run by Jekyll’s DO NOT GAMBLE OR DEPOSIT WITH THESE WA*#$#s they will allow u to deposit but keep your winnings. SCAMMERS They just steal your money with NO explanation. Please everyone report this company to the gambling commission

This company is a disgrace, I have bet with them for 7 years and today I have just been told after jumping through hoops again to repeat verification they have now CONFISCATED (STOLEN) £326.01 also there are 2 winning bets from league 1 relegation not yet settled totalling £248.05 as well as Luton relegation returning £224.Look at the reviews flying in lately of unibet doing this to customers.It seems any profit I have made in 7 years has been stolen.This company seems to think they are above the law and this has to stop.THIS IS THEFT.I urge everybody to contact the gambling commission, make contact with newspapers.. this bookmaker has to be stopped.I only ever bet on golf and football season bets for last couple years, the very occasional bet on a horse race.I’ve been betting more than 30 years and I will not let this lie.Tiktok Instagram Facebook are all good platforms.. the more people that tell their stories the more this bookmaker will have to stop this deceitful underhand tactic.It’s disgraceful.30 years I’ve never worried about leaving money in my accounts I love sport and can no longer play.. season bets on all English football leagues have been ruined.. Rubbish. Laggy site combination bet builders are not placeable and the odds change literally when trying to apply a bet builder. Forced to select selections that are not wanted I.e sot has to be over 1.5 but I want over 0.5. This is not fair to players. Selections not available. Lack of selections. Slots are poor too. That’s me done betting here. Slot promotions should come with no wager not 35x wager I’d never participate in that. Poor poor site.

After 1+ year of betting, Unibet have closed my account and confiscated all funds. Live chat advised me I was in breach of T&C 16 (this is my own account and I just bet on football markets). Despite asking specifically how I have breached their T&Cs, they refuse to answer and just say they are within their right to close my account at any time.PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE. There are plenty of really good sites offering just as strong odds as Unibet that do not rely on underhand tactics.From reading the reviews this is very commonplace now

Have bet with Unibet for well over a year, never really had any issues, at one point they just stop letting me bet on horses for their cash back if 2nd/3rd promotion. Which was a bit odd why offer if if you don’t like it being used? Regardless just stuck to football, they have instant withdrawals which was great after a win, straight into account.Now I’ve been doing the same football nets for over a year, but today they decide to close my account out of the blue. And confiscate my money, which was my deposit I had now winnings in there this week as my bets all lost.Can’t give an answer why just directing to some random terms non of which I breached. My betting pattern hasn’t changed, I’ve done nothing unusual at all so a complete shock.Have heard this has started happening to a lot of people. Problem with bonuses, I had to contact them several times. Problem with payment (there are no problems with taking money during payment).First, there is a problem with the card, I change the card and make a payment, then they say that the earned money was not paid from that card, so you cannot withdraw the money. If you earn something by any chance, you can’t take money because they won’t let you, there’s always a reason. Avoid them!

Guys listen a friend of mine opened a unibet account deposited £1100 got her account upto £1800 then pressed withdraw all of a sudden the FUN BEGINS…Picture holding driving licence,bank statement and then these inform her that they are returning her deposits of £1100 not the £700 winnings on the account…She asks why they are doing this and reply was BECAUSE WE CAN….So if you want to win you cant because all gambling firms wont put up with it read all my reviews

When I first started using this site ( Online casino Crazy time) I used to win fairly often. Last 7-8 months absolutely nothing, no matter how much i spent or what i place my bets on. DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY DO NOT PAY WINNINGS. I DEPOSITED £400 from a joint account that my husband and I use, I won £5500 and tried to withdraw on the 17th march. I uploaded all documents that they asked for, they didn’t not verify any of these during their mentioned timeframes, I even linked open banking to “speed” the process up, which did not happen. I complained on the live chat every single day and got the same generic reply each time, the team are looking into and there are no managers you can talk to. After raising complaints via resolver they got back to me yesterday to advise me that I supposedly have breached their terms by using my husbands card and they are voiding my winnings. (email was riddled with spelling mistakes, professional company)Funny how it was acceptable for me to make multiple deposits with that card but not acceptable to have a withdrawal with it. I wonder if I used that card and lost £10k if I would have been eligible for a refund for the same above mentioned reasons. I think not. Had reasonable luck at first, but then they blocked me and after many attempts to supply them with the information they needed they didn’t accept my documentation. I have contacted customer support many times and nothing has happened. They are a scam and will steal your money! Be very careful if you choose to use them! There is no telephone number to contact and after numerous attempts to escalate my issue they never get back to me. Be aware. Don’t loose your money likeI have!!!!

Had a £10 welcome bonus. Used bonus on a football acca. Won £369.10 which was added to main balance then refreshed page and it was added to bonus balance. Fair enough I know bonuses you have to wager a certain amount (normally 3 times the original £10 bonus). Before moneys will go into main account then you are able to withdraw.I then go to a different page and both balances are at 0.I then use the online chat and get an advisor tell me that I have cancelled the bonuses and I have lost the money. WHY WOULD ANYONE CANCEL A BONUS AND LOSE THEMSELVES 369.10.?? Its a joke. Fine to use if you just keep losing money to them BUT as soon as you make a decent win they will try everything in their filthy corrupt book to prevent from paying out.This will start with ridiculous amounts of documentation where they keep moving the goalposts and keep adding new requirements. Documentation consists and is not limited to:- Selfie with bank card- Posted, yes posted bank statement- Selfie with posted bank statement (good luck getting a crystal clear photo of that)- Selfie with posted bank statement outside the front of your house showing the house number (not even kidding)By they way these all have to be impossibly crystal clear or they will outright reject.After weeks / months of back and forth you may eventually pass the document check and may even be lucky enough to have the initial deposit returned BUT then they will 100% confiscate your winnings hiding behind their vaguest of terms and conditions.This could be as far fetched as your address matches someone who lived there in the past who once had a Unibet or one of their sister accounts, or that you have at some point logged on to Unibet with an IP that has once been connected with some other Unibet user in the world. Absolutely disgusting. Unibet showed the information that a Player was sent off in the 9th minute. I placed a bet on the other team to score the next goal. At half time Unibet added a correction that a player had not been sent off. The team that they said had ten men, actually had eleven, and scored. I contacted Unibet to void the bet as they had given false representation, but was told it was my fault, as I should have checked that their (UNIBET) information was correct. MY FAULT?? Lying, Cheating, over a few quid, quite simply this is an act of theft. DISGUSTING COMPANY, with arrogant, cheating Customer Services Representatives.

Locked my account with no notice or email which I only found out after trying to log in. Then after I went on livechat they requested a rediclous amount of ID such as a selfie holding my driving license. I sent in all the requested ID and then then confiscated all my winnings and didn’t even tell me again and I only found out by live chat again.

At least they had a freephone number to follow up but the agent had little more clue as to why this had happened than me. So if they can send you to the wrong bank to make a deposit then surely they can pay any of your winnings in to the wrong account too?Avoid at all costs.
