Never had an issue so far, quick withdrawal won a decent amount and was in my account almost instantly using trustly bank transfer! No problem with this site so far

Just joined these 10 minutes ago. Deposited £10 and got £40 bonus to use on casino which needs wagering through £2000. I done 90p spins and even used the option of extra scatters which cost more. The RTP is 97% on this game and it wasn’t anywhere close to that so the game is rigged. I won 3 times. £1.50, £1.50 and 60p. Safe to say you can enjoy my tenner because I’ll never be back you absolute con artists. I just wish I had come here first and looked at all the other reviews. Been an account holder for 5 years and my account was always verified. I made a deposit last week, which they happily accepted and are now refusing to pay out winnings of €50. I have to pay €100 for a passport to get them to release my funds. And their bonuses and promotions are non-existent. Total rubbish. AVOID!!!!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before being tempted in with there £50 casino offers +100 spins on starburst with £10 deposit. I agree with the bad reviews about the slots being rigged because I used all the £60 on one of the Irish slots and didn’t get a single bonus or free spin in £60 worth of 20p spins. I then received my spins on starburst a day later and only won a couple pound. Got rid of my account but I would advise against using this site as there are much better companies out there with slots that actually seem legit and not rigged.

Do not use Unibet.They offer you free bets but when you win they don’t pay out I contacted them 3 times to make sure I was doing everything correctly..I won and they asked me to send ID which they didn’t ask for when I opened the account.They then refused to pay out saying I was committing fraud?zi appealed to them and the gambling commission they came back with another excuse for not paying out.They have all my ID which is in breach of GDPR rules but they are ignoring this .Do not use them they will find a way not to pay you.

Criminals – do not go near this company. They accused me of fraud/cheating as the bets i placed won! They asked for all of my documents to verify my ID including driving license, bank statement, selfie holding ID and copies of the front + back of my bank card. When i provided these they then closed my account and kept my money!!!!! Absolute thieves. Customer service is nonexistent – i asked them what additional information they needed so i could prove i am not a cheat or fraudster and their response was nothing, your account is closed end of matter. I feel this is slanderous and a disgusting way to treat genuine customers just because I actually won the bets i placed. Please avoid unibet at all costs.

Avoid at all cost.Have put my withdrwal on hold for over 3 weeks now, pending verification eventhough all the requested documents were uploaded but not returning my money. they have no real reward system , their bonus system locks you in at the boosted price 6/4 to 13/8 for example while stopping you getting best odds , they give fourth place bonus when the market is mainly short odds which also stops best odds guaranteed . their customer service is a joke . the only thing guaranteed is they go off and make tea , change the babies nappy while you wait .not sure of the date

These jokers sent me an email saying they’d closed my account down permanently due to cheating and fraudulent use. Well, firstly I have never deposited with them nor played any of their games so in the eyes of the law that is called slander, Calling someone a cheat and fraudulent without evidence is slander. When I signed up they asked for documents which I sent, they then verified my account but refused to let me deposit, they said a department will get back to me this was 6 weeks ago “they must be very busy drinking tea” and decided to close my account like I give two s**ts. This company is just making money on the hope of winning thousands. You can get your deposit back as a win, or get a few pounds more but that’s it, if you keep playing, you lose it all. Writing this on behalf of my wife. Logged into account and found that there were deposit bonus offers in her account. She completed them and lost on every one. Next day she tried to login and account was blocked. Contacted customer services who advised the account had been closed with no reason given other than it was a ‘management decision’ I have no doubt that this would have been because she completed the deposit bonus offers despite the fact she lost on all of them. Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst poker room and customer service I have EVER experienced in 20 years of online poker. They’re practices around blocking your account for no reason when you try to withdraw, other than to try and bump their profits, is straight up illegal and no one is doing anything about it. You hear about some online betting sites are a scam but you think “no way, theyre too big and theyre regulated.” Well thats rubbish. I won and then they asked for verify , did all and bank statement declined 10 times already , support doesn’t know what IBAN means , doesn’t know what Bic or swift code means , so pretty much i can’t verify myself because of that. Placed a bet on Iroko in the 5.30 at Cheltenham last Friday. It won at 6/1 . I had taken 9/2 because Best odds Guaranteed was plastered all-over the website. When I rang customer service they said I had to email someone which I did , only to be told it was an “Extra place” race so it wasn’t Bog. I didn’t back ew so I should get paid at 6s was my argument. Have been having trouble logging in in for some reason. Couldn’t login although my password and email address is correct as what I created it with. Tried to reset password and use the new password and still doesn’t work. Back and forth keep trying and suddenly it said there is technical problem. After a while I do not give up on logging in as there is money there. I finally logged on and tried to withdraw the money. They said I could not withdraw the money because I only deposited it and not played any games. But the thing is. I did. And I have money left after playing a game. After reading reviews I wont sign up. Never understand these companies making it difficult for people who sign up to use their site. I understand there might be a few reviews that are biased if something hasn’t gone their way but just too many bad reviews here. Verification Process is a joke. I was asked for very specific documentation for source of funds. I provided this and had to continually chase for updates despite being told its 72 hours, then a week, then 2 weeks. On my final call to customer services, they told me that Id not provided the right documents and they now needed something else. Having checked what theyd originally requested, Id provided the correct documents. Its excuse after excuse to cover incompetence.I decided to close my account instead of continuing to deal with this nonsense.
