i think i,m up overall in £ so 4stars , the games load fast and plenty of them. Can be hard to get any wins above small values but now and then they can come in and be really entertaining. Just have to treat it as entertainment and not for a guaranteed making money strategy and set your stall up carefully for how much money you wish to part with for this 'entertainment' and all is fine.Had some nice wins so far and not had to speak to any customer service agents they have just payed me out with no hassles or inquiry. Not sure on thesholds for Sow etc but so far so good, play now and again but not too much.

I have only ever used them once and deposited £10 4 months ago , not signed in since , yet some horrible person has managed to take £910 out of my bank and empty it and plave bets on there site throughmy account , yet it is impossible to talk to a real person, and they couldn't care less when you do manage to get through to someone on there chat , so there just happy they have the money , they take no responsibility strait away. Instantly saying it's my fault as I've clearly not kept my details safe to sign in , which is crap as I had to search my emails to even find my username so it's been safe 🤦♀️ mum of 3 2 disabled now left with no money at all because there security is terrible

Shame on virgin bets. When you make deposits, everything works very fast, but when it is time for withdrawal, you have to wait until eternity. Also, the slots keep throwing you out of the game, which is done on purpose due to their server configurations. I have gone on to find Solick.Unity for great withdrawal options. No delays like here and no mastercard info like virgin bet will ask to provide for deposit

Reacently had a bereavement so went a bit mad gambling. Virginbet reached out to me and gave me some very good advice and put a block on further bets. It made me feel like I was being treated like a human being and not just some punter who was being taken for all their money. Fair play to them.

((((( L@@K ))))) i contacted PayPal to report the issue they told me to cancel my account with Virgin Bet as a unsafe site so if your wanting to open a betting account stay well clear from virginbet.com otherwise you will have your fingers bite off As the money has vanished ive been told to contact the Police Fraud department & seek legal advise. i will keep Trust Pilot up to date as ive decided to spend a total of £150.000 that's right its not fair that a big company like VIRGIN keep getting away with claims.((((( WARNING! ))))) After that amount of money has been used another £250.000 will be added they should have some idea who i am by that point the surname says everything. This company and its sister company, livescorebet, are two sites I've recently tried and trusted by name, but they've been a huge disappointment. Here’s why:1) Their customer representatives are extremely harsh and short-tempered. They don’t listen to you and always act as if they're right. I came across 1-2 good representatives, but most are terrible.2) If you lose, they don’t message or email you, but if you win a bit, they immediately start a “Safer Gambling” protocol, and your account gets disabled 2-3 times.3) The games are like other companies, with miserable RTP (Return to Player). Update: Because of me posting this review my account has now been disabled. It's ok. The manager Debbie Carter from the gambling commission and Ron Hearn from IBAS have already been informed about these corrupted SCUMBAGS.

I have been a loyal and frequent user of Virginbet for a long time now. All I can say is it's a bit of a Rollercoaster ride with this company. I hit a big win back in December of last year and since then it is like a switch has been flipped on my account to just drain any balance I have. I always hit my £2000 a month spend limit and seem to win nothing. Last month for the free to play end of month game I won back £15!!!! Imagine playing the game all month to be rewarded this in the monthly special game. Free to play game and the FIVES just seem to be none rewarding.I do receive monthly calls I remember my first call for an account review I was awarded £50 cash as my account was under rewarded. Since that first call they have never done that again they offer measly £25 sports bets here and there and they can see from my history I don't like to bet I use the casino. It seems like the longer your with them the less valuable you become as a customer it's weird.I'm going to give it one last month to see if anything improves but if my experience remains the same I will be using another site. Will update my review if something changes.*As you can see from the reply from VirginBet they simply don't care. Happy to verify your email but….. when you win and try to withdraw, they suspend your account and then ask for a ridiculous and undoable amount of information to prove your identity!!!Literally your driving licence, your bank statements , your bank card, your utility bill, that s fine. But they then, in addition, want each one taken as a selfie holding a piece of paper with the date, outside your front door showing your house number. They won’t tell you why they need all this and you are expected to trust this information will be safe from data breach! I assume this is in the hope you give up and let them have your money. All this for 30quid! Disgraceful behaviour.

Well well well. Same old same old. Withdrawals (when you win small amounts) get processed straight away. But now because I have £900 withdrawal it's being held longer than necessary. Isn't there just one betting site that doesn't mind you winning? It makes you wonder how some manage to get a gambling licence. Once my withdrawal is processed I will NOT be using this site again.

Got a call today from a wonderful guy named Dan from Virginbet customer care team. Iv fortunately had a very good month with regards to winning. Now you would say EVERY bookie would let you just play it back, but not Virginbet. Dan said as you have had a profitable month don’t you think it would be good to put a limit on your monthly spend! Basically saying it’ll stop you not only gambling more but to not loose your winnings. They also have tools set in place for me to have a cool off period, for example if I’m feeling annoyed I can put a week or month cool off period, as feeling down or emotional can make you gamble more. The questions asked were not in any way misleading nor trying to get you to bet more but to make you see that it CAN be a problem. Very unfair site, as soon as you start winning there trading team changes the maximum stakes you can bet! I now can’t place any bets over £10. Great site, easy to use. No problems with withdrawals. But playing a game the other day and hit a 4 scatter bonus and the game crashed. Their technical team played the bonus out for me and said it paid £13.88 which is impossible as you can only win increments of 10p on the game so to have the odd 88p is impossible. Apparently they are right though! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!

Spin through £10 at 25p a spin and won 4 times the highest I won was 23p so less than my actual stake. I stayed away from here for a good while because it used to do the exact same when I played in the past. A nice little win would have been great but a leaopard never changes its spots does it. Won't be depositing again for another long time.
