Stay the heck away from this god dam awful disgusting site. Robbing c,,ts they are! Will take and take and take.I feel sick with how disgusting this site is and it still open to public! Raised a complaint via resolve. Virgin bet replied saying they couldn’t find my account with the email provide, but quoted the email address of resolve, clearly showing they hadn’t bothered reading my complaint and don’t take the process seriously. The allowed me to bet with the for a year whilst been self excluded through gamstop, a service they advertise as using and supporting. Not only did they allow me to bet consistently high amounts, they called me and said because I am a very valuable customer I will be given monthly reviews by my person player relation team member to see what bonuses they can offer me each month. They gave me £200 cash some months to further encourage gambling. I have since made a freedom of information request to access all of my betting history but they have so far ignored my request (not complying with data protection regulations). I am still waiting for a response or even confirmation that they are looking into my complaint. Gamstop are aware of the situation and have asked to be kept informed as they are clearly worried virgin bet does not adhere to the exclusions. If I don’t hear back soon I will take the matter to the gambling commission and further legal action.

This casino site is a scam I have spent over 2 grand in 3 weeks on the slots Christmas bass, the original bass, The goonies and King Kong and all these slots have not give me a bonus round out of all that money! Found it fun at the beginning!!!!! But was the Worse place where I ever gambled. So disappointed. Playing from a few months on it and losing only, they restricted my account after a phone call with customer service that I had to do, asking me about safety gambling, and of course when I’ve been asked about how I feel now losing a certain amount and just losing I mean…I’ve been honest saying that I feel a bit stolen by!!! I started using Virgin Bet just before Christmas 2023. I put on a few bets here and there. And didn’t have any winners. I then got a Win on the Casino part where I pocketed £120. Great I thought – that was a wonderful Christmas Present. Then over the coming 10 days I proceeded to place 6 bets totalling £60. I lost all of them but 1. And the bet that did win was such small money it wouldn’t be anything to brag about. What surprised me on the 8th January they sent me an email saying I would be banned from any promotions. So I wouldn’t be offered any promotions that other customers would be offered. Why would this be? Becuase I won £120 off a Casino? In total I was probably up between £50-£60 in total (hardly a gambler that has taken much off them!). And yet they still banned my account because I had bet on mostly (but not exclusively) promotions. Very disappointing and this is why I give you 1 star as you have failed to look into this. I got in touch with Virgin Bet as soon as they said I was suspended from promotions and the response was there was nothing they could do or could they justify the reason. VirginBet are more than welcome to reach out to rectify this.

Another one of the Poundshop Bookies who restrict profitable accounts. Used to be confined to professional gamblers and high rollers but they now ban anyone who wins money.Football odds are 2nd rate. Stick to the more established bookies like Bet365 and you won’t be holding your breath for a payout when you get a bet up.Edit. They might be “highly competitive” but they’re still amongst the worst odds on every market.The email you sent me :”Our customer service team won’t be able to give any further insight into why this decision has been taken.” So probably no point following your advice and contacting them lol.Only reason I’m here is to warn other people to avoid your company.

Today I got the letter that I will be stripped from any promotions. Have joined recently.It looks like this company doesn’t like when you get free bets. They advertise free bet if your bet looses but they don’t like when you accept that and use them. So, I suppose I was punished for using my free bet. Which was granted by Virgin bet.No matter how much you bet, whether they are small amounts or big, they decide to restrict you in the end.I also couldn’t bet when I wasn’t restricted, especially on the horse market. The betslip would give a mistake “the bet stake is too high”. So, they don’t want you to win over certain amount.To note, I only won 2 bets, all the rest lost. But I suppose, it’s enough to win even a little to be restricted by Virginbet.Also sent the message to customer service.

App is down frequently(I cannot log in) and this is happening every month. When I transfer money from my account to your app…there is an enjoying delay…money are transferred slow to your app and if I want to bet fast on one game I cannot because I need to wait for the money to appear on your app. This is annoying !!!!!!!!! This issue is not because of my bank…it is because of your app. I don’t have this problem on Bet365(their money transfer is instantly). If the problems persist…in the future I will prefer bet 365 .Thank you.

Best betting app out there for me. I’m not a huge spender but they do give two free games and that keeps my interest along with the occasional dabble. So far the worst online betting site I have yet come across regarding their promotions. I was given 31 picks out of 49 pick on their free game. And received just 1 free 10p spin. Of course I won nothing. It’s actually DISGUSTING.I’ve just been reading some reviews about there is always glitches and accounts being closed because they do NOT like it when you win. An ok site . Before my account was shut down because I wrote a bad review of livescorebet I was enjoying the site after a long losing run I finally had a good one , withdrawal were quick and staff were helpful and usually had things going on for casino and sport players , they didn’t have much for loyalty probably because I was only a small depositor. But overall I’d say its not a bad site . I no longer own a phone so can’t try and sort my account out to get it re opened. So now play else where

Was refused an account due to verification process failing.
