Virgin bet is the worst in the betting industry.they never let anyone win anything.when we stake £6,8,10 pounds the payout is actually worse than £2 stake in the bookies.i lost almost £2700 in just 2 days. They are so clever as soon as you loose big money, they will put deposit restrictions to make it even harder for punters to recover their money.first of all bonus hardly comes in their site even if you’re lucky enough to one they don’t pay more than £250 to £300 for the stakes of £6 £8 £10. Nothing but 25/50p wins on £1 when you do eventually get a winning spin. Feels like you’re just waiting for bonuses that barely ever come in and when they do are only a few pounds. Been playing here for a few weeks and still waiting on my first withdrawal.

This website is the worst sport bet platform I have ever used. I placed first bet which I have not been able to confirm if it either went South or not. Because ever since I couldn’t log into the account anymore. Any attempt to login is greeted with “error occurred “. Am sure it’s a delay tactics to avoid giving the much advertised welcome bonus which elapsed a week after the first deposit. Too bad.

When having problem go on live chat to many questions you then ask about what selection I did only able to do that by looking at history then not be able to continue chat as left to look at history. Them can’t be bothered to go through again so give up. You win again

My account has been closed- I have around 190£ on it. Have lost access to the email registered on the account. When contacted virgin bet no one helps. Literally the customer support is not bothered to help – just keep saying I need to wait a reply from the compliance team- but to where???? Because I have no access to the emails. Agents are ridiculous and useless and all they provide is robotic answers which does not help at all as they are doing this just to keep the 190£ I have on balance on an account they closed with no reason. I am going to move this forward and complaint. Very bad service – the worst I have seen.

Heartless company used just a handful of times £5 probably every 4 months over the last year or so. Was deposit blocked and asked why and how I was funding using there site. I told them I have had cancer and depression and only use them for fun and don’t spend a lot. I only use the money I make off surveys or selling my old stuff on eBay which isn’t a lot. As they could plainly see in my deposits I have made over the time I’ve been with them probably £30 in total. They have no compassion or empathy and sent me a email shutting my account down.

My experience with virgin bet so far been very good. I feel that it’s fair and even itself out. The fives game and daily spins are excellent too. I also enjoy the bet offers and feel it probably the best site out their. Only negative I would give is sometimes they send me offers and I get the spins, then they send again and I think I am getting free spins when I have already had them, it’s kind of frustrating.

Can not really put more on that. Just join yesterday, placed first bet, but unfortunately it changed from 154.5 to 155.5 line without my consideration. I checked in settings and it was correct – does not accept changing odds. However today wanted to place a bet on e game- based over goals was frozen- that i wanted, under was active. Terrible site. The sports lay out is horrendous looks like something from the 90s. Their casino side is on par with being one of the worst on the market. Low paying wins. No chance of hitting bonuses. Their daily free game I stopped playing a long time ago you could see how rigged it was. Definately not the same as it was when we all first joined and won loads of spins off it, funny that isn’t it. Their fives games is equally bad as many others have said its mainly defenders and midfielders that it gives you and you usually get 2 pound or below per goal. And the have FIVES- totally novel, however the most you can win is 50p with 10p per goal the norm. Not being funny but what can you buy with 10p?? I’d need 9 goals just to win a mars bar!!!! Use account for horse race betting a couple of times a month and restrict bets to £50.00 maximum a month. Usually ignore any free bets on casino etc., but last week thought I would take advantage of free spin offer and have a go. I’m back again as always i’ve been with VB since the beginning and Until a couple of months ago loved it. A lot of the tech issues seemed sorted I had previously complained about a change in style of the spins very juddery etc but this last week everything seems fine again, disappointed with the free phoenix game harvest resulted in zero its lost its excitement maybe add a different game, good that we have a recently played game now to enable us to carry on with a game we like, would be nice to have an add to favs section, some cool new games too I previously dropped this down to 2 stars and I review every few months just because people can be quite harsh with reviews, I think a regular review always helps to show that the site overall is good or bad and in all honestly whatever was wrong seems to be okay now, hoping to win a daily or a jackpot one day deposit and withdrawal is super fast no issues, I dont use the betting side. Awful bookie, promotion restricted at the start of the year but was recently able to opt into a free bet promotion on their site so assumed I had become eligible again. Not at all the case, just crap software that still shows customers offers and let’s them opt in despite being ineligible. Poor.
