Good site fast payout but after spending more than 3 thousand pounds I have 200 pounds and they blocked my account for 31 days said time limit I’m not asked for any limit no one asked mi never no one asked me how much I can spend I don’t have any gambling problem so why blocked me to keep playing I’m very not happy

Easy to use app, great odds and variety to bet on. 0.05p minimum, not forced into high minimum stake.Some nice freebies. Quick to payout, none of this that you hear from other betting companies, endless requests for different id’s or outright banning peoples accounts once they win.

Once verified the withdrawal process is quick it says 2-3 days but usually within 5 minutes. I understand people have issues with withdrawal to different payment methods (I also have), but using your bank is easy. I win often (not on slots) and except for the cashout system which is flawed this is my favourite site. Others have ceased my account until I verify income which is something I draw the line at. For the first month or so I thought this site was pretty good, some markets provided better odds than other bookies, good range of bets available, no issues.Then, max bet of 50 on an odds on shot, true colours to the fore. Thought I would look to see if Chaldean was refunded, as per all other sites I use, and NO was the answer. Enough for me, closed account. My experience was OK, but this site is nowhere near 365, Sky, and a couple of others.

Just played through 20 on amazing link bounty. 80p stake. Won once with wilds on the board and won 76p. The RTP% obviously isn’t what they claim it is. I’ll be sending this to be looked at because that’s a complete rip off. Won’t be depositing there again so enjoy that 20 because I’ve took more off you on bets haha.

Placed a bet, bet paid off. Suddenly my verification documents havent passed security and my account was closed with no actual explanation for what was wrong or attempt to reach out and resolve the issue. Money lost, doubt Ill see it again. Wouldnt recommend using this site.

Left a review with some constructive criticism for the customer support and they banned my account and ignoring all messages, I only wanted to know if it was legal to keep losing so much as i was continually losing over and over with never even 50x with months and and several hundred deposited.and instead of a response I got banned and didn’t eventell me I had to find out for myself.

Hello,I experienced a bad interaction with this beeting house…I use bet365 being unibet..Ladbrokes..and never wait more than one day for refund.. this is the worst online beeting house where I played..I’m waiting my withdraw since Friday and still I didn t received and also bad customer support via app..I ask them for 23 digit numbers for my bank to check where is the payment and they didn’t want to provide me..pure disgusting experience on virgin bet.

Terrible company, restricted my account due to a “business decision” but never informed me of that decision until I found I was unable to place bets and their livechat told me they reserve the right to not inform customers of such decisions. Company is a joke. There is no redeeming this situation.

I opened an account with these jokers at the start of the Cheltenham Festival.I placed two win singles for 10,both lost and I thought no more about it.Today I received an email stating that my account had been reviewed and that any concessions,( best odds etc.), would no longer apply to the account and stakes may be limited!REALLY!!! I only put on 20 in that month but that’s what I wanted to put on,sorry Virgin if you wanted me to lose more,have you not heard of responsible gambling?Needless to say I have closed the account and would advise any other dissatisfied customers to do the same.

Just went into my account on Vbet, it said I had a free 1 bet on a bet builder (what’s that??). I picked a premier league but couldn’t work out how to put the free 1 bet on it, So i thought ‘bet builder’ might mean more than one bet so picked 3 matches, again how do I use my free 1 bet? Went to chat, starts off with ‘chatbot’, cut a long story short didn’t get the answer I want, it says how to gain the free bet but not how to use it!! Had to fill a load of security questions before being put through to a live talking human being then he asked me the security questions again!!! I’ve had enough by now and gave up. Shame its been a good site in the past 🙁

Do not use Virgin Bet its a complete scam. If I could give one star I would. Been a customer for years, played their free game “the ladder” and the app crashed. I know this will sound crazy but I SWEAR they changed my selection on a double so I lost. Can’t prove it of course. I will be taking screenshots of betslips from now on, but not with virgin. Agree with previous reviews. Used to be ok , used to do a monthly bonus . That has now stopped without warning. No deposit offers , zero loyalty for their customers whatsoever! So they let me join and place a bet, which lost. Then when I tried to log back in I couldn’t so I spoke to someone on their live chat. They said I need to send them a photo of myself holding photo id, then the photo id on a blank piece of paper and then a picture of my bank card with the sixteen digit number blanked out (the sixteen digits they already have by the way) If that all checks out they will consider opening my account again. All this considering I have a Virgin media broadband account paid from the same bank card so checking would be easy. The app itself is ok but I don’t think this a the way to treat their customers and I’m sure there must be some GDPR issues.
